  I currently use Windows 7 and got a free notification upgrade to windows 10.  However, everytime I try to upgrade, I get an error of "WindowsUpdate_80070002" "WindowsUpdate_dt000"  Don't really know what that means.

  I have a windows OS and even confirmed MS. site I had enough space on the C drive too.

  My setup of origin on this laptop had Windows vista, which was later changed to Windows 7 and now in trouble with having windows 10.

  Please let me what can be done here.

• Problems after upgrading Windows 7 32 for Windows 7 64

  I'm really new to this. I work for a car dealership and recently we bought a program that requires Windows 7 64 bit and my computer is 32-bit. So I got my hands on a disk to upgrade to the 64 system, I saved all my personal files on a USB key and run the disc. Everything went well until I tried to connect my internet connection. So now I can't get online and I guess that's because I'm missing the drivers.

  As I said previously, I learn this by trial and error and would greatly appreciate some guidance. The computer is an Optiplex 380 and I searched for the drivers, but I'm not sure about who I'm supposed to receive and how install the drivers, once I do.

  How do you connect to the Internet?

  Now, I have installed Windows 7 with 32-bit on my E: partition. But this isn't what I want and what it should be. I want to update my Windows Vista 64-bit Edition of Windows 7 Home edition 64-bit, and then I want to buy an upgrade to Windows 7 Professional 64-bit.
