problem installation cc lightroom on the trial version
I downloaded the free trial lightroom5 on my MacPro desktop. works very well. then I bought a full license.II of creative cloud
I haven't installed on my laptop, no problems and did not all versions of the trial thereon.
I installed everything on my desk but lightroom is still in trial in 23 days mode. All other installed fine.
Now, it is not incompatible material. Trial is fine.
The CC said lightroom desktop is up-to-date, but it is up in the CC window not down with pre-installed applications.
I 107 pictures of the birthday of my grandson to the test then, my questions are:
Can I save the catalog file and lightroom trash before reinstalling the entire CC desktop application?
There may be a few prefs I can delete instead?
How can I protect this last photo shoot?
I guess that the resettlement is preferable. What adobe look at to determine your update or there at all?

Purchase DVD LR6 Adorama, but Setup does not connect to the internet so that I can record. Internet works fine. I have Adobe account.

I created an adobe account and I am currently trying to install creative cloud in order to try the trial version of photoshop and lightroom, but I can't get insofar as the process of checking e-mail and adobe is sending the e-mail to my email from hotmail to nephews who is not associated with this account. He used my iMac in November but I only created this adobe account this week. His e-mail address is not linked to this account anyway... help. How to activate the trial version of lightroom 3

I'm new here and need help.
I downloaded the trial version of lightroom 3 in my windows home computer and like it a lot. I then buy a copy of the box that will happen only after two weeks. However, I don't plan to install it on my computer at home, but my new imac computer at my desk where I do all my photo editing.
My problem is that I can't wait two weeks to get the product. Can I download another version to test for my new imac in my office and when the box product comes from what I can simply use the serial number and activate the trial version or do I need to uninstall the trial version and reinstall again. According to my seller, she said I can't do that because I need to reinstall the box again product that seems weird to me.
My other question is the earlier trial version I have installed in my home computer, I do not plan to use it more, so can I just ignore it?

Importing photos updates information for each of them in the LR catalog, which is just a database that LR can read and write. Reopening of the catalog with a new installation of LR looks like LR where each of these pictures is, and what adjustments you made. You must re-import as long that you reopen the file catalog even with the new facility. You can try this on Windows: uninstall-reinstall-reopen and see how it works at ease with her. Simply re-import if you lose your catalog and have to start again. If you write metadata in files, automatically via a preference, either manually via the menu point mode metadata and grid, then you can even have your intact adjustments if you need to import, but you will lose your history and other things that are only in the catalogue and not in sidecar XMP files. These sidecar files is probably the only way to transfer the changes to the PC version for Mac from LR version which probably had not considered. At least I don't think that you can copy the catalog LR from a PC file and open it on a Mac.
If the LR trial expires before you have a serial number then you can't use it, but once you do not enter the serial number, you can pick up where you left off.
Lightroom is not activated as Photoshop where there is a file Adobe-server from each computer and the serial number. LR is just a non-proces, a trial has expired or recorded. LR is intelligent enough to understand if you have installed it on the computer before, so you can't expand a trial in uninstalling and reinstalling without reformatting your hard drive and reinstall the operating system, or at least, I think that's enough.

I bought LR6 and installed cloud creative ok, but when you go to installation of Lr, it allows only one installation of the trial version, the other options are to buy.

First, I installed the trial version, just moments after I decided to purchase the Lightroom program. Now, I already got the Bill but in the program is that the trial version runs in 27 days. Ive been having problems with my Lightroom 6 (desktop only version - version installation CD), so I uninstalled. But now I can not re - install. Help, please.
It seems that you try to install the version of Windows on your Mac, that will not work.
I haven't used a DVD for installation of Age, but I would have thought that the Mac version would also be on the disk.
I'm not a Mac person, but I think that the executable file would have the .dmg extension.

I tried the method via install CreativeCloudInstaller, it shows no AE in the application list.
It seems that I do not meet the minimum requirement for the installation of AE, my computer is 32-bit instead of 64-bit.
It would be more useful if they show the more accurate message in installer CC and the free trial link page in the Adobe Web site.

I'm trying to download the trial version for Acrobat DC edit PDF files, but when download initializes, it gets to 11%, gets stuck, then gives the message "request from Web Get failed. I canceled, downloaded the installer again and got the same result. I'm on a PC running Windows 8. Any suggestions?

I bought creative photography cloud and I managed to install Lightroom, but I am unable to install Photoshop (which must be included in the package) - the problem is that in the creative menu cloud soft PS is always the trial version (which ends in 3 days) and the only option is to click on the 'buy now '. 3 Rename the OOBE OOBEOLD folder

I'm having a problem with the trial version Adobe creative cloud lightroom cc. Here are the steps I took:
1) got an Adobe ID.
(2) downloaded and installed Lightroom CC 2015 through the cloud of Adobe.
