  I posted a question earlier and received a response, but it applies only to Windows.  Can someone help with the eissue of sam on a Mac?

  Here is my original question:

  I'm unable to install Adobe Air on my Macbook Pro (OS 10.6.8).

  I had a previous version (2.7...) and uninstalled.

  I get error "an error occurred during the installation of Adobe AIR.  Installation may not be allowed by your administrator.  Please contact your administrator. " and I followed the what to deal with this here http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/902/cpsid_90205.html but without success.

  Can anyone help?

  I found the answer!

  I had to delete the folder HD/Library/Frameworks/Adobe AIR framework and it worked!

  Windows 8 is not the version with support for Elements 6. I suggest that you upgrade to Photoshop elements 11, which is supported. Apart from all the amazing new features compared to the versions, the new update has been redesigned to make the editing process and organizing photos much easier.

  I'm new to mac so this could be a user error, but I was able to install photoshop without problem but with first I get an error message at half way through the installation, that says something like warning. Code 7 output. With several messages DW036 and several DW050. I googled and he said trying to install the trial version and the same thing happened to halfway through by the judgment of the installation. Not sure if the messages were exactally the same property. Are there simple ideas for an entry level computer person?

  Try to install Photoshop Elements 10 on my iMac Mac OSC 10.7.3 running. iMac already has first Elements 10 successfully installed (using the Sonic workaround). No matter how I try to install Photoshop elements (from DVD, download of the internet, as a trial, with a code) install always gets to watch and wonder to close a program called 'dynamiclinkmanager '. To my knowledge, that I only am not running this program and a search on my iMac for this name gives nothing. How do I install the program?

  For the third time... I'm unable to install Photoshop elements 11.  There is a loop about Roxio Burn E:.  These files are in use... and need to update.  When I "click" the file in the dialog... is highligted. I click on continue... the same message appears.  There is a line.  How can I fix it?

  Nicholas, I recommend to review your log files to determine the exact problems you are facing.  Please see Troubleshooting installation using newspapers | Elements - http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/troubleshoot-install-using-logs-elements.html for more information on how to locate and interpret log files.

  You can also try to remove Roxio software you have installed if it is in conflict.  Please make sure that you always have good available installation files in the case where you need to reinstall the software at a later date.

  I have a new PC with a small C 55 gig SSD boot drive. I want to load all my programs on my much larger D drive. Photoshop Elements 9 does not give me a choice to load on a drive other than drive C can someone help pls.

  On to problem by upgrading Photoshop Elements 9 to 10 elements. Went on drive D, no problem.
