  Could check you something for me real quick?  When you start the installer of Flash, could also launch Activity Monitor and then look to see what is 'Genre' of the process, the installer of Flash?  It should say 'Intel', but I suspect your of could be "PowerPC".  If so, quit the installer, then right-click on the installation icon and select 'Get Info'.  From there, you should be able to uncheck "open with Rosetta".  When disabled, restart the Setup program and check it now says "Intel."  From there you can continue normally.  I hope that you will set to the top.

  I understand that you have some problems with your machine of Mac OS x 10.7 printing to your 4650 e-all-in-one printer Officejet. What is happening is that the printer drivers have been installed for Mac OS x 10.8 or later. The installation program is running, but the Mac printer does not communicate. To scan, you will need to upgrade to Mac OS x 10.8 or later version.

  OK so I'm not sure Barbls5280.  Several people, including myself, were able to install CS6 using the steps listed in the install Creative Suite on Mac OS 10.12 (Sierra)..    He shouldn't even be necessary to use the Terminal.
