    Thank you

    Hi zsaire,

Let us know the updates that need to be download.

First go through all the steps and then start troubleshooting.

Step 1: Check if Windows update-related services are set to automatic and started.

Click Start, type services.msc in the start search box, right-click to services.msc, and then click Run as administrator.

    Check the above services below:
    (a) Background Intelligent Transfer Service
    (b) cryptographic service
    (c) Windows Update

Step 2: Rename the Catroot2 folder

To rename the Catroot2 folder, follow these steps:

    1. Click Start, type cmd in the search box and right-click on cmd.exe, and then click Run as administrator.
    2. at the command prompt, type the following commands and press ENTER after each line:

    net stop cryptsvc
    Ren %systemroot%\System32\Catroot2 oldcatroot2
    net start cryptsvc
    output

3 remove all tmp*.cat to the following folder:

    % systemroot%\system32\CatRoot\{F750E6C3-38EE-11D1-85E5-00C04FC295EE}

If any of the files that begin with tmp exist in this folder, do not remove any other files. Files .cat in this folder are necessary for installing hotfixes and service packs.

Important: Do not rename the folder C:\windows\system32\catroot. The Catroot2 folder is automatically recreated by Windows, but the C:\windows\system32\catroot folder is not recreated if is renamed the folder C:\windows\system32\catroot.

Step 3: Reregister DLL files that are associated with Cryptographic Services

To register .dll files that are associated with Cryptographic Services, follow these steps:

    1. Click Start, type cmd in the search box and right-click on cmd.exe, and then click Run as administrator.

    Restart the computer.

Step 4: Empty the software distribution folder

    1. Click Start, type services.msc in the search box, click services.msc, and then click Run as administrator.
    2. in the Services (Local) pane, click Automatic updates and then click on stop.
    3. reduce the Services (local) window.
    4. Select all the contents of the Windows distribution folder, and then delete them.

Note: by default, the Windows distribution folder is located in the drive: \Windows\SoftwareDistribution folder. At this location, the drive is a placeholder for the drive where Windows is installed.
    5. make sure that the Windows distribution folder is empty, and then enlarge the Services (local) window.
    6. in the Services (Local) pane, click Automatic updates, and then click Start.

  • Someone knows a problem downloading update (42) with Illustrator CC (2014)?

Creative residence Cloud was me excited to update for a few weeks, so I succumbed this morning.

The first part was the creative cloud application that succeeded after failing a couple of days.

I then clicked on the installation for the following in this order because they showed:

    Photoshop CC (2014) successful

    Illustrator Cc (2014) failed

    First Pro CC (2014) failed

    Dreamweaver CC (2014) successful

    Media Encoder CC (2014) successful

    SpeedGrade CC (2014) failed

    That equals 50%. Impressive!

In any case when I tried the 'retry' as suggested "a total failure".

I tried one more time, by first closing the application cloud creative and reopening, but these 3 applications still come with the failure message and the "Start over" button

I really hope that Illustrator and Premiere Pro continue working for me until this mess is resolved. because I've paid of course enough for the privilege.

CC Adobe has once again met my expectations!

    premiere Pro download error 49.jpg

    illustrator download error 42.jpg

As the song says... "What a difference a day made twenty-four hours little... "

When I started my diet this morning, I opened the creative cloud application and 'Retry' buttons were gone to be replaced by the buttons 'Install' usual index.

Close the application Cloud Creative yesterday did not have that effect, and it seems that my system had to be rebooted to reset the buttons 'Retry '.

I decided to click on one and let it also update, before you click on the other; Although the app is designed, you can click on the many and he will put their queue.

I believe that a question yesterday was a matter of Creative Cloud App, although he made the queue and update the other three updates without problem.

In the future, I probably not queue updates but make one at a time just to see if my creative cloud experience improves.

  • Problem installing updated June 3, 2013

I have installation problems with the last CS6 update released June 3, 2013. I tried several times to install the update and the installation program is going through the installation process and then gives me a message saying that I should check the error log to identify the problem. The log shows this messageAdobe Photoshop 13.0.5 Installation failed. "Error code: U44M1P7. I have no idea what that means is no help. Anyone have any ideas. I use a MacBook Pro 3, the latest version of the Cougar.

    Hi LCPhoto86,

This error (U44M1P7) usually indicates that a required file has been deleted or changed by another program or user. The solution is to run the CS6 Installer to repair/replace the file missing or changed, and then run the update.

That should do it for you.

  • Problem installing operating system with Satellite L30 (PSL33E)

    Hi all.

So I got a laptop from my firiend from set. Now what he told me is it. He plays a game and the laptop froze. He pressed the power button and restarted the laptop. After restarting the laptop it says windows has recovered from a serious error. After that he could log on to his computer. Then he used the toshiba recovery cd, but this only corrected the problem for a short time.

Now when he gave it to me I started and he tried to load vista it says that there is a missing file: wdsuti.dll and I had an ErrorCode:0x3E7. I looked this error and then I formatted the drive and tried a fresh install of vista.

Vista installed fine up to the point where it asks to restart the computer once it restarted it could not load again.
Now, I tried another disc as the XP disc I install XP and then use the vista upgrade disc but the same thing happens.

At the moment im trying another installation of vista. It has installed vista, but is running very very slow and took forever to install. From his first start, he crashed and came up with this error message:

    Cannot start Windows

    file: windows\system32\config\system

    status: 0xc00000e9

Now I'm stumped with an im PC very well I can remove the parts and exchange them etc.
I guess that the hard drive is dying.
Am wrong me, or would be - this another problem?

Any help would be much appreciated.

  • Problems installing update PS CS5 new Windows 7 laptop w / prior to PS. already installed

    Hello

When I got my new Windows 7 laptop, I tried loading on PSCS5, but given that it was a record of update and previous versions weren't there, it has not loaded. I finished my work for a trial period of 30 days on a sabatical recently, I uninstalled it and all the PS files except the recorded images and have now gone through the following process to try to load it:

    (1) 6.0 PS to a CD and serial number that I have - no problem

    (2) expenses PS CS2 on a CD and the nuimber series - I own no problem

    (3) charge of PSCS5 from a Update CD also bought, and got an error saying something about CS4 have to be uninstalled before CS4 could be loaded correctly.

Curious because A: I never loaded CS4 and B: did not. So I uninstalled all possibly troubling to Adobe Flash Player, even files of Patch, but no ASA or Adobe Download Helper. Some files Adobe leaves behind, I deleted and emptied the Recycle Bin and rebooted more several times different. To my knowledge, my CS5 has been used on another computer. I have to disable on the other? I find it on a 3rd computer, but if it was just uninstalled without disabling, would I need to re - install for the deactivation of this feature on the 3rd. I hope someone can help me to say how many computers have CS5 activation.

Now, I tried to simply load the disc of CS2 and will the PSCS5 and failed, so I re-did steps 1-3 after serving as Lightroom3 and DreamWeaver CS3, think about something from them might have been the culprit (however they previously loaded flawlessly after a deactivation of the DW function on another computer). This time, that Support Adobe area came upwards and after searching for the system or something else, said "no problem found", and I have to contact Adobe Support. Address no FAQ this problem and an analysis of the forums was not helpful. So here I am.

Any ideas? If it is the lack of a registry entry, it would be useful to know exactly that which and how precisely is it and patch in Windows 7 for those of us who aren't geeks. I'm guessing that this might be a recurring problem and it would be useful to have this code for the patch, if known.

Otherwise, I'm stuck using CS2, everything OK, no CS5.

All of my Adobe products were purchased originally bought and activated by me.

    Thanks for any help,

  • problem installing updates

When I reply to update applications, I get the following message: "" this update is not available for this ID Apple either because it was bought by another user or the item has been refunded or cancelled '. " How can I rectify this?

Ce_que this means, is that the update that you are trying to get 1) purchased under another Apple - ID which means that it could have been someone else ID Apple connected when the original update was purchased or 2) anyone who initially got the update went to people from the App Store/iTunes Store and return their money.

Have you changed your Apple ID email address? You have purchased this computer from someone else and their login Apple always corresponds to this topic? Someone else has access to your computer to get the App Store?

You can check with the Support of Apple at 1-800-MY-APPLE is you think that there is an error. Otherwise, you will need to check with the original owner of computer to download your update.
