  I hope someone can help. I have a Lenovo Ideacentre B520 and a couple of days while using it froze and would do nothing to allow me to turn it off from the power outlet. Now, when I turn it on it won't start, it gets so select source icon, judgment of 10 to 9 and then restarts automatically. I tried to power, avaant during a day but its still doing the same thing. I removed the RAM and HARD drive and put back again but still the same.

  I need to try to get into safe mode to do a restore but I even do not get to the stage where I can press F8 to enter the option. Anyone have any suggestions for me? The PC is a few years old (out of warranty) and would therefore try and sort myself first before sending it to the wide get fixed (if necessary)

  Thanks for the suggestions, I've now sorted. Stupidly was a defective stick or RAM (I thought I checked first), but must have missed it.

  I have the Windows 8 installation problem on my new laptop Lenovo G50-80. I received the CD Lenovo with WIndows 8, inserted the CD into the DVD player and placed the DVD drive as first boot priority.

  I used no bootable DVDs. That was my problem. The DVD I got Lenovo have been only Windows 8 drivers and no OS.

  I have Lenovo G 50-70 I5 and I can't play a game at all when I start a game the laptop stops suddenly, but some games like starcraft 2 running on battery power, but when I connect the charger it stops so what is the problem that I've updated all the drivers to the latest version as well as the bios so what is preventing me from playing all the games on AMD Radeon 8500 with 8 GB of Ram.

  Recently, I bought a laptop computer lenovo G50-40. The specifications are the following:

  8 GB RAM

  1 TB HARD DRIVE

  AMD Quad Core APU A8

  Card Radeon R5 M230 chart with graphic 2 GB memory card

  I installed Windows 8 Enterprise 64 - Bit Edition. The problem that I am facing is that I'm not able to install the drivers for the graphics M230 R5. I've updated the BIOS, tried to download the latest drivers from the Web of AMD site too. Yet, the system is simply not recognize hardware. The screenshot below should give you the image:

  Well, what I did downgrade from windows 7.1 and the drivers worked well. I was a bit hesitant on windows 8.1 and there is no upgrade to Windows 8 Enterprise anyway. The games are now place beautifully. Thank you guys.

  I installed win 7 driver for realtek and that worked, but again, I think it's somewhat outdated, Lenovo should have added a to win 8.1 realtek driver as they did to win 7, but however thank you for time and response
