Problem loading the battery blackBerry Smartphones

Hi all

I've seen a few posts related to the same thing, but no one has found the answer.

I just wanted to see if anyone has found the fix for this.

BlackBerry Bold 9780 OS

When I plug the phone into the charger, that it says "the source of load connected to your phone smart BlackBerry cannot charge your battery"

I don't see lightning.  I tried with 4 other chargers all from various points around the AC.

Others in the company use same charger and its fine.

I can load even if via the usb port.

Can someone give me help please.

Details of the phone:

BlackBerry Bold 9780

Platform 6.5.0.54

App Ver 6.0.0.294

Hello quicksilver.

  • Charging of the battery/blackBerry Smartphones Blackberry problems

... My Blackberry has problems. One night I plugged it to load (I always charge it all night, I think it's about 10% charge left). The next morning, I discovered that although I had plugged everything, it didn't load. So he then stop and not restart. When I plug it now, the light blinks red then the white screen with an empty battery icon opens. And does nothing else.

    --------------------

    UPDATE:

I downloaded the desktop from the disk software, plugged my BB to the computer, did nothing, now the light just flashes green (which I think indicates a full charge) but when I turn it on, it instantly says "battery discharged, turn off your handheld".

any suggestions? It's a little crazy.

Leave the appliance to charge 2-3 hours and then, always toujours relie connected to the USB cable, remove the battery from the camera a few seconds and plug it back. If it starts - let - the charges to 100% (check the Options > status for the percentage).

Here's some good advice from loading, please read and you will see that many of them will be applicable to you.

  • Problem loading the battery on Satellite L755-1LN

My L755 is fairly new and was working fine. However, the battery is worrying me. Today I turned on and the battery icon showed about 80%. I used the laptop on battery, for about 10 minutes and the screen is empty and not coming back.

I plugged in the socket and press the power button - he told me it was to recover from a low-power station. I watched load, and he got to 80% in 15 minutes and sat there for 30 minutes before jumping to 100%. I unplugged the power outlet, and he went straight to 80%. I suspect that the battery monitor software is to blame, but can I do to recalibrate it.

Here again, would it be a bad battery?

    Hello

For me, this looks like the battery but problem try to calibrate the battery.
Remove/Disconnect the power adapter and leave the laptop disconnected until the battery is completely empty. Then connect the power adapter and leave it connected until the battery indicator turn green (or blue).

This procedure should be repeated two or three times to recalibrate the battery, but if the battery is faulty of workaround would help a lot.

  • Problem loading the battery/Acer

I have an Acer laptop which works fine when it is plugged. The laptop is not new. As soon as I unplug the power adapter the laptop dies. Windows says "plugged in, not charging." He said also that there is 'no battery detected', but I know theres a battery in there. The battery on the laptop light also flashes orange. I know that the problem is not the AC adapter because it's all new. Any ideas on what could be the problem?

Derrick, I think you know that your battery is probably in heaven with my old beloved laptop Toshiba. But there are a few unsuccessful tricks, you can try.

    (1) recharge the battery. Turn off your laptop, unplug the unit and remove the battery. Plug the laptop and restart, then turn it off and unplug it. Reinstall the battery, plug the laptop and see what happens.

    2) through the Control Panel, system and hardware devices. Find the battery and see if something seems wrong. Before changing anything, do a restore point.

But Derrick, even people who have posted these suggestions said that the battery is dead.

I have a problem with my Bold 9700... Open dosent browser if I click the icon and there is no problem with the other.

I tried to reinstall the software, updated the OS, but I'm unable to solve the same. Shortly after installation, it will work for one time, while connected to the computer and if I unplug it, it's the same problem.

Does anyone have a suggestion for the problem.

  • Satellite click on Mini L9W-B-loading the battery/questions

    Hello

I just got my Satelite click Mini a few days ago, and there seems to be a problem with the battery in the keyboard.

When I got the laptop I have completely loaded him and everything was fine. I have often used the laptop and I noticed today that the main battery had fallen to 3%. I assumed that the power would return to the 2nd battery but it didn't and firm. Then I rebooted and powered it however the charge seemed to stall at about 40%.

After checking the forums I thought that an update of the bios (at 1.7) it would solve however there no and other issues have marked up. The first battery charge very slowly and seems to stall at 70% the second battery is showing zero percent (before the update it is 100%), it indicates also that its plugged in and not charging.

In addition, and I don't know if it's related, but I found it very hard to type in this forum that the screen is blinking and I have to wait after pressing each key. I had this post on another laptop.

Any help would be appreciated, I'm afraid that this laptop has to return to the factory.

    Thank you very much

    Richard Waldman

As far as I know that the BIOS v1.7 has solved the problem with the keyboard dock charger status which was not recognized by the system of window correctly.
You said that before updating the status of the battery was 100%. He was wrong.

You should also know that the battery
#1 refers inside the Tablet and the battery
#2 refers to the battery in the keyboard docking station.
The battery status can be checked in the Windows Mobility Center window.

When you use the tablet with the keyboard dock, the second battery (battery inside the keyboard docking station) is the first source to power!

If you use the keyboard for the first time, it might be possible that the battery is deeply discharged and the need to maintain the Tablet and keyboard dock to recharge for at least 24 hours.
The tablet should be connected to the power adapter and moored at the keyboard docking station.

  • my HP Compaq 8510p said its pluged in but no load. the battery is only around the age of four months

last week when I got home and plug my laptop says that it is pluged but do not load. I've done everything I can think of to fix this, but so far nothing works for me. Now I only have 2% battery left and I must be mobile. Could someone help me please?

    Hi Daniel,.

You can follow these steps and check if it helps:

    1. turn off your laptop, unplug all wires and remove the battery.

    2. press the power button for 30 seconds.

    3. then replace the battery and connections.

    4. start Notepad and see if the battery may charge now.

If the problem persists, the battery may be damaged. To resolve this issue, contact your computer manufacturer. If you purchased the battery separately from the computer, contact the manufacturer of the battery.

  • Satellite A200 and Win7 - problem loading the graphics driver

Hi guys I have a problem with my Satellite A200 (PSAF6A).
I installed windows 7 just now, now half the time when I start the computer it displays a message on windows encounters a problem loading the graphics drivers and the resolution is terrible. When I restart immediately, most of the time, it loads fine - no message and a good resolution. I tried many driver reinstall but it is always the case.
Someone knows what's the problem? Is this with windows 7, or do you think the graphics card can be on the road to extinction?

Thanks for your help, a lot.
    -Chris

    Hello

It was ok before installing windows 7? I don't think it's a hardware problem. Have you installed the driver for the Toshiba driver page?
