  Re-activation by internet is allowed 5 times - then the next activation must be by phone, to confirm the right and proper use. I think that the meter is rest afterwards.

  In theory at least, you can activate a license on the same hardware as many times as you like - MS can take a dim view of him, if this happens too often too early and require activation by telephone every time, but there is no time limit for the license.   I did a little more digging into the problem following your advice and that of the original notebook computer manufacturer. It seems that the copy of Vista that I was sold with the laptop is an edition OEM who cannot be virtualized in this way, and therefore the problem with activation.
  So it seems that I have two choices, (1) try and find a replacement laptop that comes with Vista (unlikely) or (2) buy another copy of Vista (full version this time) through Microsoft (if possible).
  The only other option after that must pay my original developers an extreme amount for re - write the software for a Mac/PC/Tablet platform to date. I know that I'll need to do afterwards, because of the nature of something to do with computers (i.e. nothing left hard or constant for decades), but as with any business, I can't keep bleeding of money on perpetual upgrades. This is especially true when the only reason for the upgrade seems to be that the software is ' is no longer supported "rather than because it no longer meets our needs.
  Once again, many Christmas thanks for your help anyway. Do you by chance know if there is a way to buy a new key license through Microsoft?

  I loaded wind 7 from a disc to test 30 days and after having loaded Microsoft software for a web cam using the optical drive from the int (type: Optiarc AD 7560 has (ATA device) - all ok.)   OEM Windows 8.0/8.1 Professional (Major) comes with downgrade rights.

  Windows 8.0/8.1 Professional Retail doesn't.

  For OEMS of Windows 8.1 a single system locked preinstallation SLP key is a unique 25-digit product key integrated in the UEFI BIOS.

  For Windows 7 OEM SLP credits is entered from the installation media. This key works only if the markers in the BIOS are present, it is that the BIOS is checked by the OEM. For this reason, you need to an OEM license and support OEM installation.

I.e. the procedure normal functioning for me. You know, rather than having two windows open where I have to close one, I have just the bookmark opens instead of the original content of the window.

  Today (and it happened before today, but rarely), open the bookmark page as if it was a picture in the active window... otherwise said, my ISP Portal occupies about 3/4 of the window, but more on the left side of the window (not another tab or a window, but in the same window) is a thin view bookmark page. This new web page - quite foreign to the original page - has a scroll down bar, but can be made to fill the window... the previously opened web page acts as a barrier to the pleasure of the 'new' image/web page. While I can understand the right border of the "new framework" and drag it to the right, he still cannot push the 'old' web page of origin of the road... the old page reached a minimum limit and I get a split screen of two completely different websites mode contained in exactly the same active window.

  The 'new' frame has an 'x' at the top right, so I could close... but my question is, why it is opened in web page/window...how from a completely different company can two web pages from completely different organizations/companies/websites are the same active window in Firefox? I have... attached screenshots. And, oh yes, not to mention that the HOW and WHY, how can you prevent (or is the best thing to just right click and open in a new tab or window...?) Which is not always convince me... I am someone who needs to know WHY something happened that should not have happened. It drives me crazy when something strange happens and the 'solution' is to change MY behavior. (You know, like if YOU were the problem, but I need to change MY behavior Instead of correct what's wrong with YOU... When YOU could make all of the obsolete situation.)

  You can check this bookmark in bookmarks (library) Manager and expand the details pane by clicking the button more.
