  My computer running Windows 7.  I receive invites UAC, for example when I want to get Advanced System Care Pro, but the UAC control prompt box has the option 'Yes' grayed and I can't click on it.  It makes you think of someone is logged in as "System administrator", but it's only me, my wife and my son.  Not one of these users has an administrator account.  We are all of the users 'Standard '.  When you connect the computer from starting, it is not also ask for a password.  My Windows desktop to work wonder at the beginning of the boot upward.  I wish it was as simple as that!  I looked online for answers, but most of them have to do with 'cracked' my password.  Right now, I can not even up to the point where I have to put a password!  BTW, when I go into control panel > user accounts and family safety, 3 accounts there, and none are listed as 'administrator '.  The system has created its own default administrator?  Is this a sign that there is some problem with the computer, i.e. software, malware, virus, trojan, etc. ?  Can I enter in the registry and edit registry value to '1' to '0', as I read somewhere online?  Will you please help me solve this problem, so I can use the computer in a normal way again.  Thank you!

  If there is no administrator account on the system, you can start safe mode to access the built-in Administrator account.  This account is normally hidden and disabled so that it cannot become broken or damaged (of course, it is important to protect this account so that you can use it when you really want to).

  Gerry, thanks for your post. I have the same problem as Joachim started this thread. I am running Windows 7 sp1. I have a Dell computer and it's certainly a legitimate copy of Windows (confirmed computer 'properties' and it is enabled).

  By your post, I saw just to update and the KB3004394 (installed on 12/10/2014) and KB3024777 (installed on 12/12/2014) show as comfortable. I usually leave the Windows download updates automatically and I install them to stop. I watched the second update and according to Microsoft.com:

  The KB 3004394 update which was dated December 10, 2014 can cause additional problems on computers that run Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1) and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1. This includes the inability to install future updates. This new update is available to remove KB 3004394 from your computer.

  My problem is, as of today 14/12/2014, I still get the pop up "this computer is running not windows genuine', even with KB3024777 installed.
