Problem: re-setup Creative Cloud
Hi all
I have a pretty annoying problem... I have to uninstall creative cloud of my computer and since I can't seem to reinstall.
After downloading the file (CC) on the Adobe site, I load the ".dmg", double click, between my password since I'm on Mac and after nothing never happens :/
I tried several time manipulation, nothing evolves...
If someone would have a solution I am really interested.

I have a problem with my creative cloud subscription.
I have a problem with my creative cloud subscription. I used the creative cloud for about 1 year now. I paid monthly fees for the Package of Adobe curriculum for about 1 year. (I pay 35200won (KRW) every month from 19) And today, I update my creative cloud to the CC2015 version, and now I have to use the free trial version. I can't use the previous version more. And I have to renew their subscription. I think that my membership things has a problem. So I think on my creative cloud membership cancellation, but my monthly payment is already in. In other words, I have to use free trial versions of the program (CC2015), but my money for June 20 to July 19 monthly rate has already contracted. I want to get refund or some useful to the resolution of this problem. I'll wait for your answer.

You can follow the article: error: "unable to install". Creative Cloud Desktop that will help you get your number sets.
Alternatively, you can follow the thread: Creative Cloud desktop could not be updated. () Error code: 2) where this issue is already addressed.

I have problems to install creative cloud: he said "can't do file / Cookies: permission denied (error13).
Try the steps below
Click on Finder and then hold down command + SHIFT + G keys on your keyboard
It opens go to the window of the folder, type exactly ~/Library and click Go (be sure to opeb ~/Library no/library, there will be two library)
Then open Application Support
Right-click on the Adobe folder
Click on get info
Under sharing and permissions click the icon representing a lock and unlock
Click on the symbol and add an administrator and your user current name (if added)
Then read and write permission for the username admin, system and all the world
Then click the gear icon and select ' apply to the clos
Click on the lock icon
Try to install Creative Cloud App.

Problem by instilling creative cloud after the removal

I have a problem in my Mac Book,
I instill creative cloud successively.
After that I am instilling Illustrator & Adobe Acrobat Reader and it is working very well.
But when I try to instill Adobe After Effect, the creative cloud does not work and I delete each manual things.
Then I restarted my laptop and I'm trying to download the creative cloud agin, the download of the file, but when I double click to instill creative cloud, there is nothing appear.
I have tried the cleaning of creative cloud tool and restart the laptop, but things do not work.
It is not an error code.
uninstall all cc including the application of cc office.
clean your computer of files cc by http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
Restart your computer (do not skip this)
Reinstall the cc desktop application, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
Use the desktop application to install your programs and the cc events
If this fails, troubleshooting installation problems with log files in Adobe Creative Suite (CS6, CS5, CS5.5), PS Elements and Premiere Elements

problems with renewed creative cloud composition
I have a subscription to creative cloud. I renewed it on 18 June 2016 for a year. On August 1, 2016, I get a Dungeon to receive messages to renew my membership again. My membership is cancelled on 6 August. Says Adobe customer service there is a glitch and the problem will be resolved within 2 business days and I can start a new account, or make the payment again. There is also the assurance that any additional payment collected is repaid. I did a second payment on August 6, 2016 and waited. Membership has not been renewed. I contacted the service the customer again on 10 August. I was assured that the problem will be solved within 24 hours. Nothing has been done yet. I would like to know if anyone else faced with these problems. I got a trial of Photoshop and Lightroom subscription, which I use a lot. The photoshop trial subscription has expired and I can't use, while the number of members of Lightroom will expire in 4 days. Could someone help me please?

Problem with the creative cloud download
Hello, one that our user have problem with download updated compared to the creative clouds. The download begins and what is 5%, it ends with error 213. Does anyone have advice, how to fix this? I put info of the newspaper here.
