I have a problem with my creative cloud subscription.

I have a problem with my creative cloud subscription. I used the creative cloud for about 1 year now. I paid monthly fees for the Package of Adobe curriculum for about 1 year. (I pay 35200won (KRW) every month from 19) And today, I update my creative cloud to the CC2015 version, and now I have to use the free trial version. I can't use the previous version more. And I have to renew their subscription. I think that my membership things has a problem. So I think on my creative cloud membership cancellation, but my monthly payment is already in. In other words, I have to use free trial versions of the program (CC2015), but my money for June 20 to July 19 monthly rate has already contracted.  I want to get refund or some useful to the resolution of this problem. I'll wait for your answer.

    I talked with Adobe Support, seemingly impossible to install the package of USB keys, you must transfer the files on the osx first and then install it locally.

    2. I installed 5 Lightroom, then uninstalled. When I went back to re - install, the application Adobe Creative cloud wouldn't let me. He says that my 5 Lightroom is "up-to-date" and that it is in my article 'Your applications', not in the section 'find new applications '. I rechecked my programs and features in Control Panel, and it isn't here. I cleaned my registry and it is still there. I deleted the file "opm.db" in my OOBE folder and restarted CC - still nothing.

    Hope this will help others record the amount of time this error I spent troubleshooting.  When you install Adobe InCopy CC, CC of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop CC, CC prelude Adobe and Adobe first Pro CC on a laptop Windows Pro 8.1, I an error similar to the one below.  Other installations of Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, Adobe affect effects CC, Adobe Audition CC, Adobe Bridge CC, CC of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Lightroom 5 and Adobe SpeedGrade CC installed without error.  I ran across this test with a clean operating system, new construction to help isolate the problem.

    I ran a minimum load of the operating system by stopping all non Microsoft services by running MSCONFIG. EXE and disabling and disabling all startup in the Task Manager, Startup tab items.  After restarting the laptop, I was then able to install CC of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe first Pro CC.  However, Adobe InCopy CC, CC of Adobe InDesign and Adobe prelude always failed CC.  I needed to start safe mode and disable BitDefender Virus Shield and BitDefender Desktop Update Service and then restart mode Normal (services were always disabled). I continued and completed the installations of Adobe InCopy CC, CC of Adobe InDesign and Adobe prelude CC.

    It seems that BitDefender is the process to load this function as a virus Trojan markup and stop installation.

    I have a subscription to creative cloud. I renewed it on 18 June 2016 for a year. On August 1, 2016, I get a Dungeon to receive messages to renew my membership again. My membership is cancelled on 6 August. Says Adobe customer service there is a glitch and the problem will be resolved within 2 business days and I can start a new account, or make the payment again. There is also the assurance that any additional payment collected is repaid. I did a second payment on August 6, 2016 and waited. Membership has not been renewed. I contacted the service the customer again on 10 August. I was assured that the problem will be solved within 24 hours. Nothing has been done yet. I would like to know if anyone else faced with these problems. I got a trial of Photoshop and Lightroom subscription, which I use a lot. The photoshop trial subscription has expired and I can't use, while the number of members of Lightroom will expire in 4 days. Could someone help me please?

    I installed the application adobe creative cloud on two computers, one with win 7 64 bit and the other a win 8. It works with any of them

    I can start the application, log in and click the button install for my programs (Lightroom and Photoshop), but the bar for the State of the installation just stay at 0%. I tried twice, reinstalled the app, but it made no difference.

    I have an old installation of Photoshop CS6 and Lightroom 4.4 on this computer, this may cause of these problems? But I don't want to delete it, because otherwise I would have no photoshop at all to work with...

    Today I couldn't even start the creative cloud desktop application, you can click it but nothing happens.

    Win 8:

    I installed the creative cloud desktop application, I can start but I only get this blue spinning wheel and nothing happens. When I close the application, it will start again automatically 5 minutes later, of course with nothing past this wheel that turns, really boring after awhile.

    Please help me, I don't know what more can be done. And I don't want to remove the existing versions of Lightroom and Photoshop, because I need in my workflow every day :/

When I tried after that go on cloud creative install was written something like "to run the application, you must have adobe application manager installed" I tried to download the application adobe for Windows Manager since I'm on a version of Windows 7 but it did not work. The change in message and it was sometimes written "You must download creative cloud to continue" and I click on the link and he send to an error on Adobe page.     Please, try the following steps:

    Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud Control Panel application.

    Step 1:

    Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe "common files".

    Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

    Step 2:

    Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.

    Open the Adobe folder and if necessary remove Adobe Creative Cloud folder. [* important]

    Step 3:

    Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.

    Type below command and press the enter"" key.

    AppData

    Then go to the Local > Adobe.

    Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.

    Step 4:

    Click on the link of shot and download Adobe Application manager and install the same:

    http://download.adobe.com/pub/Adobe/creativesuite/CC/Win/ApplicationManager9.0_all.exe

    Once the installation is complete, double-click the launch of Adobe Application Manager on the desktop icon.

    It will start the update process and is updated for creative cloud application.
