Problem to download an IR in PDF format

Hello

I'm trying to download data from an IR in a PDF file, I already select the download Formats: CSV, HTML, and PDF.

I'm able to download but when I go to open the file just a message: "Adobe Reader cannot open 'monfichier.pdf' because it is not supported for this type of file, or it was a pity".

Apex version: 4.0.0.00.46

Adobe Reader version 9.4.1

This error is related to the version or I need to do another configuration?

Thank you
Alan

  • How can I change a download from Word to PDF format?

When I tried to open a PDF file from my Bank, a pop-up window declared that it would not recognize a PDF (which has never happened before). So I saved the file in Word. Big mistake as each document that I now open cannot be read. How to reverse or cancel the saved document download format?

When I type in the PDF, and then on 'Action', nothing happens (ie., not provided with any option). I don't remember if I checked the original "Do this automatically" etc. Could this download doesn't apply only to the site of the Bank? Still, I should be able to solve this problem.
UPDATE: solved the problem. Thanks for your help!

  • Problem of visibility field in FormsCentral pdf format.

I had a FormsCentral that was saved in PDF form. I received a form filled out by my colleague and the text in the fields does not appear. Only when you mark a specific field, who filed the text appears but disappears again when you select something else. What could be the problem here?

The problem * may * be that the form was not filled with Adobe Reader, but a different PDF Viewer.

  • When I select the share on a WORD doc link in Dropbox, Firefox SENDS it in PDF format. Why?

I have the documents in Dropbox I share with others. Most of the time it works. However, when trying to share a single file for a particular email the original WORD document appears on my screen (until I pressed SEND) in PDF format. When the person receives the invitation of Dropbox and press the link in his Inbox, WORD file appears also in PDF format. There should be no PDF anywhere in this transaction.

Dropbox has a feature of practice to preview the DOC files to PDF in Firefox built-in PDF Viewer. It is convenient, but can lead to this problem that you eventually download the document in PDF format instead of a DOC file.

As long as the recipient is using the download button on Dropbox toolbar above the Viewer (see screenshot attached comparison), the beneficiary must obtain the original instead of the preview format.

    What is the question?

(See also the current thread: firefox is reading from word to pdf files when I download from DropBox.com)

  • Download an ePub to PDF page

    Hello!

I'm new to ePublishing, so it's probably a simple solution. I published with success an InDesign page online, going through the process, I ticked the box that allows viewers to download the page in PDF format ePub. However, I can't understand how they do it. When the page is open in my browser I can't drag it to my office, the icons at the bottom of the page have no option for this, I can't right or double click and I have no option for this in my safari toolbar.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thank you

  • Problems with downloading the reports BI to Excel in Office 2007

    Hello
I created reports using the plugin BI Publisher for Word 2007 and deployed through the Apex. Users with Office 2003 is installed get download the file without any compatibility issues. These users on Office 2007 get a warning as follows:

'The file you are trying to open.' filename.xls, is in a different format than specified by the file extension. Check that the file is not corrupted and precedes from a trusted source before you open the file. Do you want to open it now? "

The file will open and save, it's all just annoying to get this message every time. There are no problems when downloading the report to other formats.

It is a known problem... It is a "Fix" of Microsoft, to ensure that people know that the file is NOT a style true Blue XLS file... My office just to go through it and it is adjustable, but involves a registry setting that they do NOT HAVE want to impliment...

  • HP photosmart 7510e, C311a, able to download my fax that you download in Notepad, but in pdf format

I have a printer HP photosmart 7510e c311a, when I send me a fax I had the possibility to download but when I did he downloaded in Notepad, but is unreadable because it is in pdf format, how to change it, also I am not able to add contacts to my eFax account.

I only use the free service that I just need to send or receive a fax, once a year or more, but it will be useful for when I need.

I am not able to change my printer settings in eprint I could do before HP Smart friends helped me not with it when I could get it no longer to recognize my password or start the installation disc, after a complete system restore, I could connect but now have a different ePrint #, Fax services still recognizes my PIN code and it is already added to the Google chrome printer service in fact right now everything is download on Notepad instead of the Adobe reader, bills etc. online.

I am a home user and do not need to purchase or upgrade to Adobe Reader to convert my documents, users at home not much need to purchase this service.

When I send a picture it also prints in black and white even if it is set to the color.

If anyone can answer my question about how to solve this problem, I'd appreciate it. I am using windows 7 Home premium 64-bit, computer to desktop HP Pavilion Elite HPE-150ff.

emma22 - I agree completely.  If it's working now so that, by far, is so important. I'm sorry they removed some of your previous features and I wish I could find a workaround but when it comes to their Web sites, how they save their faxes and contacts, among other things, I found that a suggestion of e-mail may be useful to reset the numbers or PIN codes , but that's all I usually ask them based on what others have told me.  I want even once, I could have done more, but I'm always happy to help or try.  Thank you for being very informative with me your experience. I really enjoyed that a lot.

  • Downloadable in PDF format unsupported or corrupted

    Hello

When I try to download the report in PDF output using the interactive report, I get this error:

"Acrobat Reader cannot open"report [1] .pdf, because it is not a file type supported or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an attachment to an email and has not been correctly decoded).

    Select
    a.user_id,

    BILLING a, b of USERS
    where a.USER_ID = b.USER_ID
    Group a.user_id, (b.FIRST_NAME |) » '|| b.LAST_NAME)

If I comment the line "sum (a.TOTAL_HOURS)", it is able to produce the file in PDF format:

    Select
    a.user_id,
    (b.FIRST_NAME |') '|| b.LAST_NAME) as "full name".

    BILLING a, b of USERS
    where a.USER_ID = b.USER_ID

Nobody knows why the SUM is causing this problem and have any suggestions to fix it?

    Thank you

    Matt,

Have you tried to give this column one alias?

    Example: sum (a.TOTAL_HOURS) AS total_hrs

Well, you have used transparency and belnding modes and such things must be correctly flattened in order to maintain its appearance and/or requires treatment appropriate overprinting in Acrobat. Merge layers manually, check the flattening settings in the PDF export presets and / or use the printing processing tools in Acrobat to rectify the issue and check what it will actually look like when printed.
