• Determine the number of rows returned by a cursor

  I have a problem when I need to use slightly different logic based on whether or not a cursor returns a single line or multiple lines. I know you can use % ROWCOUNT to determine the number of rows returned far+, but it's not really help me because I need to know this information before I start to do any treatment.

• App to determine the "Signal strength" airport

  I have 1 Airport Extreme Base Station (5th generation) in my house.

  I have a 2nd Airport Extreme Base Station (also 5th generation) in a separate building in my back yard.

  The 2nd airport is connected to the airport 1 via an Ethernet Cable that runs through an underground conduit.

  I'm sure I used to have an App on my iPhone that would check the 'intensity of the airport Signal' as opposed to the 'speed '.

  Maybe it was on my old iPhone 4S & it was never transferred to the iPhone 6 Plus?

  Whatever it is, I can't seem to find the app anywhere.

  Does anyone have an idea on what this app can have been called or who made it?

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  iOS does not allow access to the wifi signal measures last I checked...

  However, I can recommend the app Netspot (PC/Mac friendly) to measure the signal wireless throughout your home.

• unknown problem using WMP 12 no sound when played the song in the folder but has sound when he played in the player

  Hi all

  I have a weird problem using WMP (Windows Media Player v12).  When I double-click a song of in my library, the trail seems to play, but didn't have all the sounds.

  However, if I hover over the same path and then click Preview, the pop-up, the track plays with sound.

  When the track (s) do not play, all indications show the way to correctly play through of progress ' Now Playing ' screen, but no sound.

  In the past, when I clicked on any MP3 file, he would play using WMP.  Now, when I click on an MP3 file, it brings just "Now Playing" and looks LIKE he plays, but no sound.

  I have looked & looked for clues as to why it may be of WMP, but I can't understand the problem.  I also searched the Web for 'day' drivers in the Win System Manager, but Win says that pilots are "up to date".

  I have rebuilt the DB Library (twice) by removing the DB files in from WMP to a procedure in a WMP support forum. I also went to check the audio device in Device Mgr Win (mine is one on one). Everything seemed ok.  I also changed the devices to "Win by default" to what I think my onboard audio device is called.  I thought that that can do, but it's not.

  I was struggling with this since the day of the year.  Please help me solve this problem!

  Appreciate your efforts to try to resolve the problem that you have set so far. I guess that is not a problem with the driver that ultimately, the songs are playable using the media player. It could be a corrupted in Windows Media Player framework that is causing the problem. Let's run the Windows Media Player troubleshooting utility that resets all parameters to the player.   I have a need to know the number of rows in a database and save that number in a local variable. I tried to practice using the database of the Types of step provided with TS. I tried to use the following in a SQL statement:

  Locals.NumberOfRows = ("SELECT COUNT (*) FROM TEST_TABLE")

  It returns an error: specified value is not the expected type. My goal is possible in this way, or I'm doing this completely wrong?

  Thank you for your response, Norbert. I have a database of who wins new values at random, and sometimes I need the exact number of rows in this table.

  I managed to achieve my goal by using the SQL statement: "SELECT COUNT (*) as Rowcount OF TEST_TABLE", followed by a data GET operation, which records that number of lines in a local variable.

• problems using MS Shared View App

  I have installed(and re-installed) Microsoft Shared view on my laptop under Vista Ultimate SP2.  I can open the program and invites you to a guest, but when I click on it I get the message "Shared View Console stopped".  When someone asks you to join me, I can open shared view and join.  I can then view their workstation (briefly), but if I or the other person is trying to change the control, or don't anyhing else clicking the SV Console my Console to shared view stops.  Made a few re - installed and rebooted, but nothing helped.  A clue to what goes wrong?  I also installed opinions shared on the laptop from my friend and it seems to work very well.  It has Vista Home Premium with Service Pack 2.

  I am writing a small application as a type of control. I use a box like lets say a switch off market. All my pages work well until you turn the check, or removing so the table BD field is empty. I get an error when I uncheck the box and click Update. Can someone help me? I will attach my code, here is the error I get:

  I just got a new computer with windows 7 installed. on XP I could highlight the text or bitmap images and enter a ctrl-C to copy to the Clipboard, and then ctrl + V for pasting in the Clipboard. but now on Windows7 ctrl-C is not to copy the text/images/etc. highlighted in the Clipboard. What should I do to make this the default?

  From the limited information you provided, I can't tell you what to
  evil in your situation, but I can tell you that Ctrl-C, Ctrl-X, and
  CTRL + V work in Windows 7, just as they have worked in earlier versions of
  Windows.

  We have created manuals on Adobe Pro which has fields to fill in edit for notes and it is password protected. Everything seemed to work perfectly on PC and Mobile Devices until this past weekend when we noticed that on mobile device, edit the fields are locked. The security settings are defined for the user to change the editable fields.

  When the password is applied to a PDF document, the PDF document will be encrypted.

  Acrobat Reader mobile products (for iOS, Android, Windows Phone) have the known limit where the changes cannot be saved in encrypted PDF documents.  As a result, users are not able to make any changes (for example to fill in forms or add annotations/comments) to encrypted PDF documents.

  As you already know, there is no such limitation in the desktop version of Adobe Reader or Acrobat.

  I have a problem using ActiveX to open excel files. I get the error code '-2146827284' (unknown error) when trying to open a workbook. This problem occurs on a single machine, that I work with, on the other, it works very well. All machines have the same configuration, Excel97 and Excel2007 installed on them.

  For the people who sent me the same problem... THE Muse CC will not download/install

  In my case it was because of a legacy version of Adobe Air (installed through CS6) which would be update or delete using the updated standard Adobe, or using the feature of panel\programs & features\uninstall microsoft\control

  To resolve this problem, you need the tool of register of Mircrosoft Fixit from here:

  http://support.Microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall/en-us

  Run the tool of naming 'Adobe Air' as the program that could not be uninstalled... it took awhile, but finally finished uninstalling.

  Then I could just install Adobe Air from the MuseCC & using standard abobe installers.

  for ASCII files, you can do so in any first read the file and counting the newline characters, something like:

  int file_handle;
  int index;
  int size = 0;
  char line_buffer [80];

  }
  }
  CloseFile(f) (file_handle);

  This way you can determine the number of rows you have, but you must have an idea of how long a line may be, one number per line or 32000 because you must specify the size of your line_buffer.

  In the next step you analyserions monotube for occurrence of your column separator (say a ;) to determine the number of columns (separators found + 1).

  Variable 1 - I would like to take the cluster name and the name of esx host with the least amount of VM output.
