Problem when inserting xml with a dtd inline data.
Hi allI have an xml that has been posted wrt a DTD.
The dtd is included in the first line of the xml file.
What is the tyrying to insert the xml code in the database, that the exception has occurred
"ORA-31001: handle or path invalid resource name ' / Sample.dtd ' ORA-06512: at"SYS." XMLTYPE", line 254 ORA-06512: at line 1"
type of the column used is XMLType.
Using oracle 10.2.
Table - create table xmltable (versionNumber number, xmltype instance);
When we do the insertion as
insert into values xmltable (1, xmltype ("<?")) XML version = "1.0" encoding ="UTF - 8"? >
<! DOCTYPE SYSTEM "Sample.dtd" >
< NAME of CONFIGURATION = "config1" >
((' < / CONFIGURATION > "));
Must be inserted normally, as I'm not validate r w t a pattern recorded.
Please, help me in this issue.

problem in parsing xml with validation
Hello
I use webservice and xml parsing allows to get data from it, he worked successfully when I put data valid that webservice are made up.
But now, I want that if I put some data not valid in URLs for validation purposes.
When I put the wrong data, it shows me exception. So, how I can handle it when the user put data not valid.
Please help me .it's urgent.

Performance problem when inserting in an indexed table space with JDBC
We have a table named 'feature' that has a "sdo_geometry" column, and we created the spatial index on this column,
CREATE TABLE (ID, desc varchar, sdo_gemotry oshape) feature
CREATE INDEX feature_sp_idx ON feature (oshape) INDEXTYPE IS MDSYS. SPATIAL_INDEX;
Then we executed following SQL to insert some 800 records in this table (we tried this using the DB Viewer and)
our Java application, both of them were using JDBC driver to connect to the database oracle 11 g 2).
insert into feature (id, desc, oshape) values (1001, xxx, xxxxx);
insert into a values (id, desc, oshape) feature (1002, xxx, xxxxx);
...........................
insert into a values (id, desc, oshape) feature (1800, xxx, xxxxx);
We met the same problem as this topic
Performance of the insert with spatial index
It takes almost 1 dry for inserting a record, compared with 50 records inserted per second without spatial index.
which is 50 x slow performance when you perform the insertion with the spatial index.
However, when we copy and paste these scripts inserted in Oracle Client(same test and same table with spatial index), we got a completely different performance results:
more than 50 records inserted in 1 seconds, as fast as the insertion without having to build the spatial index.
Is it because that the Oracle Client not using JDBC? Perhaps JDBC has been something bad when updating of these tables indexed on the space.

I know not all customer Oracle. In sqlplus, insert is just an insert,
and you run "commit" to commit your changes explicitly.
So maybe that's the reason. -

I don't know where you got the impression that I said that the DOM would be better. It will be definitely worse. The only advantage of the evaluation of DOM based (or functional) is that it can handle a much wider range of XQuery and XPath expressions. However there is nothing in what I saw in your examples the SQL execution path is not be be able to manage the only way you get the performance you need is to get the work of path of execution of SQL. To get the job of re - write, you will need to avoid wildcards and get the fix for the bug.
I hate to disappoint you, but your XML schema is actually quite simple, it is certainly not in a class, that I would not complex, for recording results in a hierarchical structure very simple, unique, with 42 nested tables, if you want to see an example of something I would consider as complex search the Web for the FpML or NIEM schemas , recording these patterns result in recursive structures with multiple nested tables 1000!
I see nothing in your XML schema that would make the use of wildcard characters required (with the exception of running in this bug). For tasks and Instance/tasks / * are identical in your use case as a tasks element can contain one or more elements of task, not do I see anything that would make me think that some how transform XML CSV would make it easier to load.
My number 1 recommendation is to apply the 10.2.0.4.0 patch or upgrade to GR 11, 1 material. According to your deadlines, you can also consider 11 GR 2 beta.

Doc problem analysis of XML with XPath

Error when inserting XML file into a table in Oracle10g
Hi team,
I'm trying to insert an xml file into an Oracle 10g XMLType table. During the insertion, I get following error:
ERROR on line 1:
ORA-22285: non-existent directory or file for FILEOPEN operation
ORA-06512: at "SYS." DBMS_LOB", line 523
ORA-06512: at "SYS." XMLTYPE", line 287
ORA-06512: at line 1
I did following steps.
(1) create the DIRECTORY xml_dir as 'c:\xmldata ';
(2) create table xmltab XMLType;
The following packages are executed by schema 'Sys '.
(1) dbmslob. SQL;
(2) prvtlob. PLB;
A xmldata folder is created under "c:\". "and with data_file.xml file is stored in it.
After Insert stmt is executed that returns gives above error.
Insert in xmltab values (XMLType (bfilename('xml_dir','data_file.xml'), nls_charset_id ('AL32UTF8')))
Can you please give me a solution. It is very urgent.

Photon: Problem when pairing phone with SYNC via Bluetooth
I have associated my first phone Motorola Photon my F-150 with Microsoft SYNC without problems. It connects automatically and correctly uses the directory. Unfortunately, I can't associate my second phone. When entering the six digit pass code displayed by SYNC, the keyboard of the phone suddenly closes after I get back only from 2 to 5 digits. The phone displays a message that there was a problem with this phone for pairing. Some put the wrong phone or telephony hardware has a problem?

I found a trick somewhere on the Net and it helped. Simply continue scrolling after that you get the six digit code and you arrive at a menu that will display a code of alternative access - for me, it was four digits 0000. It worked like a charm.

Audio post problems when you work with AnimateCC and FlashCC
My colleagues can not yet updated to AnimateCC, although I use it already.
They are if they open my files in FlashCC (I'm careful not to use specific newer tools) Audio post parameters are not defined for what I put them to.
We always use MP3 / 80 / stereo / better that our workflow & event sound settings but FLAs they open is displayed as MP3 / 16 / mono / fast.
Not only that, if they save the file to FlashCC after setting the parameters of what they should be, when it is reopened they always see the quick / mono / 16.
I can recreate this problem on my own machine using AnimateCC & FlashCC.
Our only workaround is to copy the images to a new file in FlashCC (until they are able to update their facilities to AnimateCC).
Can you advise if this is a known bug or something that can be fixed in a later version of animate so that people can continue to use older versions of your software?
I tried with Flash Pro CC, and once again the publication settings were correct. I downloaded your original sample files, and all of them show 80 Kbps.
For what it's worth, mabrouk might have used Windows, but I used Mac OS, this isn't a question of Mac/PC.

Error when inserting XML Date in the Table
Hi all
I am working on Oracle 11 g and trying to insert a date XML in the table but get error - below
Query - insert into TableName (ID, CREATION, CREATEDBY) VALUES (50, *'2010 - 12-15 T 12: 57:19'*, 'Name')
Error - java.sql.SQLDataException: ORA-01861: literal does not match the format string
CREATED column datatype is Date
When I try to use sysdate instead of hard-coding XML date of obtaining inserted successfully into the table. Please let me know how to pass this XML format date.

is a string, not a date. Use:
to_date('2010-12-15T12:57:19','YYYY-mm-dd"T"HH24:mi:SS')
For example:

Error when inserting Record with GoDaddy hosting
When I try to insert a recording on a Web page hosted by GoDaddy in SQL server, I get the error:
Microsoft OLE DB provider for ODBC error «80040e09» drivers
[Microsoft] [ODBC SQL Server driver] [SQL Server] EXECUTE permission denied on object 'sp_execute', database 'master', owner 'dbo '.
This error occurs on the line:
MM_editCmd.prepared = true
After some research online if I change the line following the error disappears, but the fact the behavior insert record:
MM_editCmd.prepared = false
Is it possible to change the behavior so that it will always use false instead of true and always appear as a behavior on the page.
What happens in Dreamweaver 8.0.2. It happened not in Dreamweaver MX 2004.

MikeAfter a lot of tinkering, I tried a test with a new table and web page. Dreamweaver has added the code to insert as before--the same code that causes the error. I tried the test and it worked. No error?
The only difference I could think about was that the original array was created on a local SQL server server, and then I used generate the SQL Script for the create table statement, I then ran in on the SQL of GoDaddy Server Query Analyzer.
I then removed the table and created through the user interface of GoDaddy and now it works. I don't know what the difference is, but at least it works.

Audio problem when exporting effects with dynamic link first.
