I bought an Adobe product 2 days ago, already creative Creative Cloud - cloud student and teachers edition of dish (one year), but with the 30-day practice sessions and they are completed. My problem is that even if I bought a package for one year with adobe directly on their site, I can not install applications. Whenever I put a trial version I have to click on buy and have the following message: no package detected with the application in question. Re-download the package iTunes, but before that in this case, temporarily disable your antivirus (if you download directly from Apple, the file will be safe).
Open a command prompt window (start > run > cmd > OK) and type the 2 following lines, pressing ENTER after each line

Step 2:
Start the Windows Installer service.
1. Click Start, type Services.msc and press [ENTER]2. double-click on Windows Installer.
3. set the Windows Installer to Manual startup type.
4. Click Start to start the service. Note the error message, if any.
5. click on OK.
Step 3:
The Windows Installer CleanUp utility deletes all files and registry settings associated with the configuration of Windows Installer of a program.
