Problem with Alogging as an administrator

Recently, I changed my admin to the standard rights.  There is no other user profile on the pc.  Now, whenever I need to adjust something, he goes to the RA administrator and request a password.  I've never created which (as far as I can remember).  How I create a password for this or you can also reset my administrator's personal profile?

  • Problem with customization specifications setting Administrator Password Manager

    I have two problems.

I have a model R2 Windows Server 2012 in a vCenter 5.1 (Build 1123961) environment. I created a vSphere Client Windows customization feedback, however, (and the main issue) I notice that it does not have the administrator password to what I entered after it don't this is sysprep deployment of a model.

I've created a script around to do this, which works very well, unless I experience my second question. When customization is started, it creates the event "vim.event.Customization.StartedEvent". He is then supposed to create the 'vim.event.CustomizationSucceeded' event once it has successfully managed the customization, including the command sysprep (and setting the password). Occasionally, but does not trigger the event "vim.even.CustomizationSucceeded" until the days or weeks after the initial event of beginning of customization, which will cause the sysprep crush my difficulty scripts and not allow me to log in under the administrator because of the question first, main account.

Any thought to why sysprep does not have the administrator password to what I specified in the customization of the OS? Or why the successful event of customization does not always raise after it was launched (in minutes and not days/weeks)?

I ask just once more: the administrator password model guest empty OS?

vSphere 5.5 Documentation Centre : you can change the administrator password if the password for administrator on the Windows virtual machine is empty. If the model or the Windows virtual machine already has a password, the administrator password does not change.

  • Problems with Windows Update! ("some settings are managed by your system administrator"?)

I seem to have problems with my windows update. Last week when I checked to see if updates were needed that I was unable to view them because he said that "some settings are managed by your system administrator" who won't let me change the settings and the display of updates. It's my own personal computer so I am the administrator. However, this week update windows begins to function normally because there was an update available and I managed to download it, but a few days later, the windows on the screen update returned to say that "some settings are managed by your system administrator. I did a scan for spyware/adware/virus recently and I had only a low risk of adware that was detected and deleted without modification with windows update. This problem started right after that I got a warranty of software installed by Dell, I don't know if what they did could cause the problem. The system I use is Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 2. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  • "You must be logged in as an administrator to install this program" error when I AM logged on as administrator. possible problem with TrustedInstaller security

I am logged in as administrator on the single computer.  I try to install Net Nanny, which claims to be compatible Windows 7.
The first time I tried to install it I got the error, simply, 'access denied '.  After several attempts with the same error, I rebooted in Mode safe mode with network and then got the error that the Windows Installer Service is not accessible.  After some research, I discovered that Windows Installer is not available in safe mode.
So I booted in Normal mode.  Logged as administrator.  Tried to click with the right button on the installer downloaded for Net Nanny and ran as administrator, the connection of the administrator.  Now I get the error, "You must be logged in as administrator to install this program."  I am.
I closed all firewalls, anti-virus software AND turn off the UAC.  I checked the compatibility AND security for the download tab and it is configured to run as administrator and I tried to run in several modes of compatibility.  I still don't "You must be logged in as administrator to install this program."  No matter what I try, I still get this error.
I used the command prompt, type msiexec.exe / unregister, and then msiexec/regserver.  No new results.  Still the same error.

I called Net Nanny press SEVERAL times and they will know that this is a Windows problem, because this is the first time that they already got this error.  They had me to download another file on a mirror site.  Not always the same error.  People what I'm doing wrong?  I was able to successfully install other software.  Thanks for any help!

UPDATE * I am researching always this.  This would be a TrustedInstaller security problem?  If this is the case, is it possible to fix the TrustedInstaller or turn it off?  The big question, is that I want to turn it off?  My first thought is 'no '.  However, this software is listed on the Microsoft site as being compatible with Windows 7.  Therefore, an application that is 3rd party that is accepted by Microsoft.  Wow, I'm confused.  Don't know what to do here.

    Hello carpetfresh,

A test, I temporarily disable user account control and then see if you can install Net Nanny. If so, we know that UAC is what is causing the problem with the installation.

    1. access control panel user to the Start Menu-> Control Panel-> user accounts and of security for the family-> user account

    2. click on the settings of the user account controll link.

    3. move the slider to never notify

    4. click OK for the changes to take effect

    5 reset.

Once you have correctly installed the Net Nanny, then back to the control panel and reactivate the UAC.

Answer please come back and let us know.

    Sincerely,

  • I have a problem with the implementation of the administrator.

Original title: can not become administrator on my own laptop

When I try to define myself as an administrator on control userpasswords2 it says access denied and I have no idea what do I do

    Hi Lobik,

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Community Forums.

From your post, it seems that you are getting the error message access denied when you try to set the type of administrator account.

To change the administrator account type, you need to connect to the computer as an administrator. The default account created during installation time is the administrator account, try to connect with the administrator account, and then try to change the standard account for the administrator account.

To change the user account ttype, please refer to this link:
Change the type of user account

    It will be useful.
