Problem with an "unknown device" having an impact on the performance of the pc

Hello world! My name is Lorenzo, and I am currently having problems with my laptop, a HP Pavilion dv6, 64-bit laptop running Windows 7 that runs more slowly.
At first, I thought that the problem was a malware, so I decided to follow this procedure: http://www.techsupportalert.com/content/how-know-if-your-computer-infected.htm.
I tried TDSSKiller, Comodo cleaning Essentials, Killswitch, Malwarebytes, Hitman, Combofix then I installed Driver easy to update the drivers but it doesn't change anything.
Even repairs Windows or Windows Fix it does not solve the problem.
This is the message I get from Tune Up Utilities: Windows reports the "A2 Direct Access Driver Support disk" device does not work correctly.
When I open the Device Manager and try to manually update the device it doesn't seem to work; the same thing happens if I disable it or uninstall it and restart.

Well first, uninstall the update of the pilot program, using such will only cause problems. Drivers for your laptop are available free of charge at HP, nore if you use windows update for drivers.

And then uninstall Tune UP utilities because it is only likely to cause other problems. Win7 contains all of the built-in tools in order to maintain the system.

The "A2 Direct Access Support disk driver" part of Emisoft Anti-malware, you have this program installed?

And in the future do not try to update something on that you don't know anything
