• APEX 5 - problem with computations in applications.

  Hi experts,

  I am facing some problems with calculations and expressions too.

  I have two EPS. Dev and Prod (4.2). I upgraded to 5.0 apex in the dev environment.

  After a few don't test with applications no DEV I have problem with computation - nothing is changed in both of the approx.

  For example: I use point computation to only display the sysdate value - 10 after a label. (some info default filtering).

  On prod ENV everything works OK - value appears when I reference by + ITEM.

  This same article on DEV invariably shows nothing. There is no error in the LOG.

  Is there a difference any to save the session state for items? Before that the regions are displayed?

  I have same problem when I want to use certain conditions to show some ITEMS/REGIONS/DA... where some ITEM_VALUE is used.

  I tried the same thing on apex.oracle.com.

  For EXAMPLE:

  Some button should only appear if a page element value is not zero (: P_ITEM is not null). (I tried DA or simple condition - screenshot below)

  He worked in APEX 4.2 but not in 5.0 for me.

  If I use PL/SQL Expression and type "1 = 1", everything works. But I need the old feature where I can use the comparison of point values page.

  This does not work for me in the Page load DA. It has never triggered.

  I don't know if I understand your DA it checks the P1_TEST "is not zero", but this element of the page is set anywhere on your page, then this condition DA won't be ever true. For your calculation, the calculated value is correctly displayed next to your agenda of the P1_DATE_FROM page. I'll have a look at what is happening with 'SQL Expression. But please be aware that this is just a warning in the Page Designer, you will still be able to use "SQL Expression".

  I have big problems with Adobe Reader. It won't open / display PDF files and ends on its own!

  Assuming you have XI player installed, here are some things to try...

  • Using Windows Explorer navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Reader 11.0\Reader, and then double-click Eula.exe and accept the license agreement
  • You can open Adobe Reader by itself?  If so, try to disable the Protected Mode [Edit |] Preferences | (Improved) security].
  • If Reader opens in itself, try to disable the Safe_mode in the registry; Download, unzip, then run the attached registry script

  Welcome to the HP support community! I see that you have some problems with your desire to 4. Try to install your driver high definition Audio Intelas it should be the graphics card that manages the basic functions. I'd also sure that your Catalyst Control Center is only the Setup for your high performance games and programs. This HP document will show you how do it.

  By system restore you did take back you to factory defects as in a collection or just go to a previous restore point? If you have a full recovery to factory settings then it seems like it might be a hardware problem with the keys / TouchPad if they start working again.

  Try open Reader and go to preferences > accessibility > Document color option and see if "the colors in the document replace is selected.

• Witch problem Anyconnect - computer reading certificate

  Hello world.

  We are experiencing a problem with our computer Windows 8.1 domain and Anyconnect.
  We have deployed computer certificates on all computers in our area and use them for our wireless networks, which works very well.

  Anyconnect at startup as a domain user, it did allow us to connect using the computer certificate. We get an error message saying: "Certificate validation failure" and the history of message says: "no valid certificate available for authentication.

  If we run anyconnect as administrator, there is no problems, and the connection is established immediately.

  We tried to give the domain users read access to: HKLM\software\microsoft\systemcertificates, but it helps didn t.

  We tested the same configuration on OSX Yosemite, and there it works fine.

  We've had success deploying a certificate user to user (Windows 8.1), but we prefer to use the computer certificate.

  Any ideas? If you need more information, please let me know.

  I try to print with Adobe Reader XI as well as Adobe Reader CD on another computer and for some reason it wont let me print more.  I get a window that says "the document could not be printed" then click OK and another window with 'There were no pages selected' on the printed page where it says printing Pages, I choose 'All' on the page I want to print.  Can someone help me please.  Never had this problem on my laptop with Adobe Reader XI.  Thank you

  When I tried to download the latest updates (4 hours) whenever I started to install, it has achieved so far, then I got ERROR 1311 "who says a file is missing" and stop the installation, how can that be? " I used it for years...

  Need serious help with a serious problem.

• Problems with Adobe Reader and Flash Player

  I have IE 9 on Vista SP 2 that I was using the latest versions of Adobe Reader X (10.1.8) and 64-bit Flash Player.  When I try to open a file off of websites, I get a message that I need to download Adobe Reader or Adobe Flash Player.  I checked using the tools from the Adobe site, and both are installed correctly.  I can also open Adobe Reader and Flash files that I have stored on the computer.  It is a new problem on the two Adobe products in the past week.  Ironically, I have four computers with four different versions of operating system and IE.  10 IE with Windows 7 is also not identification Reader or Flash.  I also ran scans of complete system with Norton 360 and Power Eraser and found no problem.  I can't find a solution to these problems and the Adobe site has 'High Volume' so I don't know if I could even get help through Adobe directly.  It is the first time ever I have had problems with any Adobe application and use the Internet for literally his first days.  Any help would be appreciated.  I can be reached at [email address removed] although I can be gone for an hour later today.  Thanks in advance.

  I bought an Inspiron 15, 7548 end of may 2015. I bought to use for work and college classes and bought Adobe PhotoShop Elements and CorelDraw x 7 software (after PhotoShop has not worked) for photo editing. The screen resolution is so high that I see even the buttons program, Windows Picture Viewer and many other programs. They appear in and 1 "x 2" square in the center of the screen). Can I decrease the resolution of the screen with less desirable results. The laptop also freezes at random and must be delivered to work again. There is also a major shift by typing in Word 2013, Facebook, Tumblr & Pinterest. I spent 8 hours trying to get some sort of resolution with all the problems only to be told by Dell support that he's spent 30 days return period and there is nothing they can do to help me. I'm just trying to get this fixed, replaced or repaired (at this point, I would like my money). I can't talk with anyone in the United States (not Dell policy) and do not know where to turn. I started to document (images and videos) many questions that keep appearing daily. Technical support tells me the question with the hi res screen is a known issue and they are sorry but there are no miracle or patches. I even took off from work and led to their location in Plano, TX to try to get ANY kind of help. No luck there. I work inside and many of our technicians look at there, both say there are problems with the laptop.

  Anyone know who I can talk to (a person in the United States would be although I was very missed by India support person I spoke with last) or where I can take the laptop to someone with Dell show what is happening with it? I am at a loss here. I am a mother single life work paycheck to paycheck and spent over $ 1500 on this laptop and the software I can't use. I own a very expensive paper weight now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was also on the drivers Medion website but it is impossible to navigate around and drivers without end there'e to choose. I would consider ringing them and asking them if they were not located in Germany as it would cost me a bomb!   The message is to be cause the BIOS looking for boot from LAN (not wireless) before it starts and then from the hard drive. The Media test failure is because to boot from LAN it tests to see if the wired Ethernet is connected, it is not if it generates the error message.

  Enter the BIOS press F2 after initial power on but before the Logo Windows shows

  Integrated devices should allow you to set the settings of wired network adapter. According to the BIOS it is either "enabled with PXE" or have another option to enable or disable the boot ROM

  In the boot options the LAN card should be removed altogether.

  This message is ONLY applicable to the transfer of the BIOS boot process and should have no impact on the problems of WiFi (it is not on WiFi)
