After update to v26 I can't connect to the Folio Builder. Whan I press 'connect' Panel or in the Panel menu, nothing happens.

    I'm unable to log in the Folio Builder Panel in InDesign. I'm on CS6 and I all relevant updates. I leave InDesign and restarted my computer. I can log into the dashboard online and all I know is not a problem with my login information.

  • CS5 Folio Builder Panel Update - missing Panel

    I've just updated the Panel Builder Folio for CS5 on Mac to the latest version (January 26, 2012) and when I run InDesign, Folio Builder Panel is gone. In addition, CSLive Panel gives me a message "internal error." I installed the updates on my PC for CS 5.5 and everything seems to work. However, I need to work in CS5 for this project. Is this a known issue? How to remedy the situation? In which case it is important, I've also updated producer Folio tools (January 17, 2012), as well.

    So, I ended up finding all ironed out, though it took a few hours of trying different things. Essentially, the Folio Builder Panel was installed, but Indesign did not see it. I tried to uninstall and reinstall Indesign, but which does not remove the Panel Builder Folio and has not "updated" it becomes visible.

    In the end, I had to go through the app records and manually uninstall the extension. After the relocation, the Panel stood. However, a new problem appeared. InDesign has tried to connect to my account but just turn and nothing happening. I could not cancel the in attempt to "sign". Finally, this has been resolved by opening the key ring and removing the entry of Adobe there allowed me to retype my credentials.

    Phew. Thank God, it's on. (until the next update, that is).

    If all goes well, this can save others some time that can run in this. Looks like it was a little lucky.

  • Problems with outgoing mail / STMP server after has worked for a LONG time...

    Recently I started having trouble with sending an outgoing message. Beyond out lickety split with no problem. Now, once I click on SEND, I get window to send the Message reading "status: connected to stmp.primus.ca...» "but the progress bar continues just to go and go and... rather than a telling me the message has been sent."

    Sometimes the email finally gets sent, after taking in "shipping time E-mail" what's FOREVER, sometimes by that email is not to all and I get the message "send message failed. The message could not be sent using SMTP server smtp.primus.ca for some unknown reason. Check your SMTP server settings are correct and try again or contact your network administrator. »

    I looked in my SMTP settings and noticed that, in aid of Primus, he said the outgoing server port is 465 while mine has been implemented (and worked for ever) 25. I have also noticed that help Primus said connectivity should be set to SSL/TLS, while that mine has been set (and has worked forever) to zero. I made these changes (first simply by changing the port #, then both) but this does not solve the problem.

    I've recently updated Thunderbird to 31.7.0 and I think that these questions CAN coincide with this update, but I am not sure of the time. If this is the case, is it possible that I could get back to the old version of Thunderbird... or move in this way another? ID of the update was not the questions, someone has an idea or an idea on why this would suddenly be a problem with Thunderbird?

    Or should I contact Primus technical support and try to sort it out with them?

    Your anti virus got an update. We get a rash of these every time updates to Thunderbird. The cause is always an anti virus program. usually, Norton or Alvira, but they all get a mention.

  • Strange problem with connectivity

    I had this problem with one of my computers I'm trying to connect to my router ea6500. I have several wired devices and wireless but who are working very well, the router gives me the questions recently and I had to get back to the form of the plant. Once I had setup the configuration again, one of my computers which had run fine before has an interesting question.

    The computer appears in my router with it's normal internal IP address. And my computer is saying that it is correctly connected to the internet. The question? It is not. All my other computers and devices are excellent connections without interruption of service whatsoever. No idea what could cause this kind of problem?

    After crossing, my pilots had messed up a stored parameter which was preserved through updates to pilot. I had to uninstall and reinstall the driver for my machine to fix manually Ethernet controller.

  • Problem with connecting to Windows normally

    OK, so I'm having a problem with a record in my laptop normally and the only way I can get to it is by going to safe mode.

    Basically what happens is that whenever I try to connect my computer normally (not in safe mode) I'll type in my password press enter it will come with the welcome sign and this small circle that tells it to load but it never is as if this drive does not work because the lamp flashes not or anything like that. However, it is very well whenever I login in safe mode and that the laptop came with windows vista on it that I don't have a copy of windows vista to try and slove the problem. This problem acerd after I restarted my laptop because it was slow and contributing generally to make it work properly again, but now this has happened and I don't know what to do.

    If someone could help me? I really need my laptop back to normal because right now, it's my only access to internet that not working I really on heavly for my college.

    You can start in safe mode, and then you put a computer to boot and then restart the computer in normal mode controls whether the issue persits.

    A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.  Let us check if software is causing the problem by following the clean boot procedure.  To perform the clean boot procedure, follow the instructions in the link below.

    Step 1: Perform a clean boot
    Step 2: Enable half the services
    Step 3: Determine whether the problem returns
    Step 4: Enable half of the startup items
    Step 5: Determine whether the problem returns
    Step 6: Resolve the problem
    Step 7: Reset the computer in normal mode and check if the problem persists.
