Problem with creative management account?

I've been on creative cloud since 01/01/2016 (LR & PS). Last month, I receive a notice from Adobe everytime I open LR, indicating that there is a problem with my account plan and my last payment (June) has not been charged. NO explanation of what the issue actually is, I checked my card information of credit on my account plan, everything correct, even entered the details to make sure.

Continue to receive this error notice, without any explanation, with the addition of a meter running backward until my account will cease to be active.

I now have 6 days left.

I was twice in contact with Adobe helpdesk, twice they promised the team counts would return to me by e-mail.

So far - no email, no responses, don't explain - and the meter keeps running!
