  "Problem with sound recorder" suggests that there may be a problem with your input device.

  Open Device Manager (right click on my computer > properties > hardware > Device Manager) and search for "imaging devices". Click on the + to expand the category.  There is a warning (yellow!)? Right-click and select Properties.  Is it the box at low say "use this device (enable)"? If not, do so and click OK.

  While still in the Device Manager, click on the + next to "Sound, video controllers and game."  Locate the entry of your webcam microphone. There is a warning (yellow!)? Right-click and select Properties.  Is it the box at low say "use this device (enable)"? If not, do so and click OK.

  Take a look at control panel > sounds and Audio devices

  Click on the tab "Audio".  What is the default device for sound recording?  It should be your webcam; If this is not the case, adjust it using the drop-down list box.  Same thing for the "Voice" tab and the default device for voice recording.  Be sure to click on the "Apply" or the OK button.

  Click Start , point to programs , point toAccessories , point to entertainment and then clicksound recorder .  That you get error messages when you open or you try to open the sound recorder? If so, please include the entire message, without paraphrase, in your response.

  Everything looks good to me... I even tried what in fact throw errors to perhaps trigger the real problem and it does not work. Obviously... I'm missing something.

  You have another potential error of logic.  After you do your

  Insert, your select query can return multiple rows.

  That being the case, perhaps the id that you pass to the next page

  not to be whatever you want.

  In CF8 +, you can use the result attribute to return the value of auto-generated ID of single INSERT statements.

  Table Insert will increase the size of the table and therefore all which comes after your insert index will be its index increased by the number of items you enter.

  If you want to replace an item in a table - use "replace the subset of the table.

  I had this problem too. This isn't a matter of Skype but there is a problem with the Audio driver on your system.

  I used the following steps to detect the problem:

  (a) I uninstalled the existing version of Skype

  (b) installed the new version of Skype

  (c) check if the problem still persists. Given that the problem still persisted.

  (d) consulted the sound link in the Panel control, updated sound card driver software.

  Problem solved.

  3. what applications do you use to make use of the Microphone?

  5. what exactly do you mean when you say an different sound and not my voice?

  I suggest you to follow the steps and check if it helps.

  I suggest you to check if the microphone is set as default as playback devices.
  a. click Start, type Sound in the area start search.

  If you went thru the link I provided you should see where you need to change the code that you did to get the Flash to work code.  Here is a link to an example of work that takes into account the second part of the code in this link that involves sending data (from line 28) with your textfields, etc.

  After taking a photo of LR (4) in the PS (CS6) for editing, I save (Ctrl-S) and close the file in PS.  It does not show in LR automatically.  I import it back physically photography.  This just started hapenning... .previously I did have a problem and the photo shows automaticall in LR.  Can anyone help please?

  I have the same problem as pawel had (in this thread), i.e. cannot insert or update data in the Access database. However, the reason is not that I am using some keywords in my domain name - it has been several years using SQL, some things are 'unwritten' rules But this is the first time I try something in LV

  However, after losing all day for work that I expect to do the same morning in 1 hour, try many different options and debugging until the level low in the Toolbox of data base screw (building or higher), I saw some weird SQL statement being trained in-house - so I tried what Troy has tried.

  "password" is a reserved word in the Jet.  I just looked at MOManagers_M, but by changing the field "password" to 'passworda', it does the job.
