Problem with InvokeManager::invoked

I use Invocation Framework as client and target.

client works well.

now added support to be relied on as a target.

added to the handle bar:

        my-name
        assets/images/my-icon.png
        APPLICATION

            bb.action.OPEN
            image/png
            .... some more

Using the application InvocationClient Cascades - community - samples to Github, I can ask my app, app will be found and also launched or opened.

If the app is known as a target and the filter works as expected.

But I don't get the InvokationRequest in my SLOT:

PPS:

private Q_SLOTS:
  void handleInvoke(const InvokeRequest& request);

CPP:

void MyApp::handleInvoke(const InvokeRequest& request) {
  qDebug() << "Invoke Request to handle";
}

debugging and found that the connection has not been made.

This is my login code:

m_invokeManager = new InvokeManager(this);
    ok = connect(m_invokeManager, SIGNAL(invoked(const InvokeRequest&)), this, SLOT(handleInvoke(const InvokeRequest&)));
    if (!ok) {
        qDebug() << "connect handleInvoke failed";
    }

Failed to connect with:

Object::connect: No such signal bb::system::InvokeManager::invoked(const InvokeRequest&)

no idea what could be the problem?

Probably need to namespaces... try this

_invokeManager = new InvokeManager(this);
    connect(_invokeManager, SIGNAL(invoked(const bb::system::InvokeRequest&)),this, SLOT(onInvoked(const bb::system::InvokeRequest&)));

    With an array of objects of virtual machine using this same code seems to work without problems. These virtual machines are distributed over several hosts.

    My guess is that this has something to do with sequential to the same host, reaching a connection limit max, as well as the connection is not completed after a successful execution of the cmdlet. Has anyone seen this problem before?

    on 7.1 OSes such as 7.1.0.1098 and especially on a variety of devices * when the device is locked password (but not when locked screen).  We have seen this on earlier versions of 7.1 (such as 7.1.0.821 and below).  I see no changes documented between for example invoke 7.0.0 and 7.1.0 - anyone any idea?

    * including 9320, 9360 and 9790

    Which seems to be the case, this is the option "Allow outgoing calls so that locked" (in the Options / security / password), which was just a way to allow users to launch manual calls for password locked screen, now also applies to applications as well.  Definition of this indicator in options (assuming that you are not prevented to do so by BES policy) allows applications to make calls when the password locked again.

  • Connection problem with the second monitor, macbook pro 2014, OSX El Capitan

    There are a few threads describing problems with two monitors, but I have not found a match.

    I like for the operating system ask login password once the lid is closed, no matter how much time has passed (even for a moment). Also, I work with a dual monitor. However, when my macbook is plugged into the monitor and I close the lid, the macbook don't disconnect but spends just primary monitors. Understand that this could be a feature and not a bug, I tried to unplug the monitor before closing the lid. But the OS seems not to realize that the monitor has been disconnected, and when I close the lid he didn't ask me for my password once that I reopen it. Does it also if I wait a bit (i.e. one minute) after disconnecting the monitor, but not if I wait a while (or 15 minutes), well that I've not enough highlighted how long is necessary so that it starts locking on my closing the lid. He does it with different monitors, so I doubt that it depends on the particular monitor. In both cases, I used the HDMI port.

    This is quite annoying, because I need to be able to disconnect safely in a short period of time, and I was not able to find a workaround on mine. Everyone knows this? Thank you for any help or advice.

  • SMTP problem with the recipient's address

    Hi, I made a copy of the function of SMTP Email message send to use it with another port smtp (as 587). Everything works well when the recipient's address is like [email protected] or any what normal address. The problem is when I'm trying to use this function to send an e-mail to an address like [email protected]. Each email to the address of the company is like the second example. Does anyone have an idea to solve this problem?

    I had the same problem with my mail server @msu.edu.

    The problem is that many companies use TLS or SSL security settings.

    There are ways around this problem.

    I have attached a VI that should work for you.

    I can't take credit for the VI, it was given to me by a person on the forums.

    I've just modified it a bit.

    Edit: If you look at the block diagram, upward, there is a node to invoke.

    It's for "SMTP Client", and the element is "host".
    You will need to change that to 'mail.msu.edu' to any server used by your company.

    And you may need to change the port as well.

    I also customized the VI icon, but you can leave if you like it

  • Is there a change to use mediaPlayer with InvokeManager?

    Hi I used mediaPlayer with InvokeManager to play streaming video

    But recently the mediaPlayer is unable to read the file

    Perhaps because upgrading to the new operating system

    It's my job

    void DetailPage::invokeMediaPlayer(QString aUrl)
    {
    InvokeManager invokeManager;
    InvokeRequest request;
    request.setTarget("sys.mediaplayer.previewer");
    request.setAction("bb.action.OPEN");
    request.setUri(QUrl(aUrl));
    InvokeTargetReply *reply = invokeManager.invoke(request);
    }

    When I read the documentation for the new update (release notes)

    Application integration (invocation framework) - in order to adequately support extended characters, the framework of the call games has updated its treatment of URIS to enable clients and targets to better co-ordinate their use of URI. The framework of the appeal now expected valid URIS to spend in their encrypted form to allow the targets to interpret them correctly. For the file URI, handling update ensures that the frame does not change the URI and delivers them as-is. With this change, only receiving targets URIs in invocations should expect to receive coded URIs and are required to decode them.

    What I need to change my code?

    Previously the job very well

    Thank you

    Françoise

    Hi Francoise,.

    Replacing the hash may invalidate the logins of users whose passwords have been encrypted with an algorithm earlier because encrypted passwords no longer match the values stored in the profile repository; That's why you have a problem with the connection.

    In 11 ATG ihe current hash algorithm specified through the property passwordHasher of the component/atg/dynamo/security/PasswordHasherConfigurer.

    By default, passwordHasher has the value/atg/dynamo/security/PBKDF2PasswordHasher-10000.

    Configure this component to avoid the problem.

    For more information please review the doc below.

  • Facing a problem with writing the custom for WLS identity assertion provider

    I am facing a problem with writing the custom for WLS identity assertion provider.

    Requirement:

    Asserter identity configured in WLS should get called when the following cookie is sent in a request by my application
    cookie name: OAMAuthnCookie_blr1234567.idc.oracle.com:7777

    I added the name of the cookie as a token of support and Active token in WeblogicCustomIdentityAsserter.xml

    < MBeanAttribute
    Name = "SupportedTypes.
    Type = "java.lang.String [].
    Writeable = "false".
    Default = "new String() {& quot; OAMAuthnCookie_blr1234567.idc.oracle.com:7777 & quot ;}.
    / >
    <!-ActiveTypes attribute contains the subset of your mbean SupportedTypes who are active in the area. ->
    < MBeanAttribute
    Name = "ActiveTypes".
    Type = "java.lang.String [].
    Default = "new String() {& quot; OAMAuthnCookie_blr1234567.idc.oracle.com:7777 & quot ;}.
    / >

    Problem:

    Identity asserter provider is not invoked for the request that has the cookie named OAMAuthnCookie_blr1234567.idc.oracle.com:7777.

    I did some experiments with the cookie name, to see where the problem could be

    Identity asserter provider is triggered for the following cookies:
    OAMAuthnCookie_blr1234567.idc.oracle.com7777.
    blr1234567. IDC. Oracle
    blr12_XXX. IDC. Oracle.com

    and it does not work for cookie name - OAMAuthnCookie_blr1234567.idc.oracle.com:7777

    I think that the name of the token supports not the colon. I don't have control over the name of the cookie, two points will always be

    Tried it with giving the name of the cookie after the encoding of the colon

    < MBeanAttribute

    Name = "SupportedTypes.

    Type = "java.lang.String [].

    Writeable = "false".

    Default = "new String() {& quot; OAMAuthnCookie_blr2211441.idc.oracle.com & #58;. 7777 & quot ;} »

    / >

    But still does not work
    Am I missing something? Any help will be appreciated.
    Help, please!

    colon ': ' is an illegal character in the name of the cookie.

    RFC 2616, Section 2.2 says:

    token = 1 *.

    separators = "(" | ")" | " <" |="" "="">" | " @"

    | "," | ";" | ":" | " \" |<">

    | "/" | "[" | "]" | "?" | "="

    | "{" | "}" | SP | HT

    It is clear ":" a "separator" and thus not allowed in a token or a cookie name.

  • Problem with the bulk loading IOM account to AD

    Hi all

    I'm doing a loading block account for AD in IOM. I followed all the steps in the oracle documentation.

    I entered the user in the format of CSV file data. Data in the example are given below:

    Primary data in the Table:
    UD_ADUSER_UID, UD_ADUSER_FNAME, UD_ADUSER_LNAME, UD_ADUSER_ORGNAME, UD_ADUSER_BNUMBER, UD_ADUSER_OBJECTGUID
    TWoods, Tiger, Woods, "' 22 ~ CN = Users, DC = gkidmsolutions, DC = com", B000004, 104 "
    TCruise, Tom, Cruise, "" 22 ~ CN = Users, DC = gkidmsolutions, DC = com ", B000005, 105"
    WSmith, Will, Smith, "' 22 ~ CN = Users, DC = gkidmsolutions, DC = com", B000006, d149e9add00198469b1ebef579911024 "

    Data in the Child Table:
    UD_ADUSER_UID, UD_ADUSRC_GROUPNAME
    TWoods, ' 22 ~ CN = users, CN = Users, DC = gkidmsolutions, DC = com ".
    TCruise, ' 22 ~ CN = users, CN = Users, DC = gkidmsolutions, DC = com ".
    WSmith, ' 22 ~ CN = users, CN = Users, DC = gkidmsolutions, DC = com ".

    All of these users are already available in both IOM and AD. I am trying to establish links between these users through loading bulk. I am able to load bulk account using the IOM bulk load utility. After loading bulk accounts, when I go to the tab the user resources, I see a user resource AD for the respective users with the status 'Configured'.

    However, the problem is when I try to update any user information through the process of the object resource AD shape, this not updated for AD. An exception mentioned below can be seen in newspapers. Looks like the loading block creates a map that can be seen from front end, but in fact, he is not pointing the user to the AD. Am I missing something? Help me!

  • Problem with flight

    Hello

    I created a simple bpel process using the flight activity.
    An entry for the bpel process is a bunch of names of employees. I get the number of names and setting the value of N in bpelx: stolen.
    Inside the activity of flight, I have an assign activity to map to the input of entrance ename of an invoke activity variable. Until this part it works great. For several streams of the assign activity correctly maps the names of the employees of entry. But the problem is the invoke activity.
    In the invoke activity, the entrance is always defined as the value of the first Ename and webservice is always called with this entry. Although the entitlement activity assign ename call properly - activity always picks up the ename first entry.
    I put my bpel code and sample entry. Pls know me if I'm missing something.

    Hello

    I had the same problem, and I solved it by:

    -in order, add a scope and set the variable Invoke for this scope. Actually, you get a local instance of the variable for each managed instance.

    -in the context of flight even define the partner link, you intend to call (if you wait until an asynchronous response).

    10.1.3.4 and partner JDev I had problems with part 2, creating a link with the stolen range always seemed to cause Jdev declare as incomplete/corrupt XML. In the end, I defined the partner link in the world, and then he moved to the correct location by using an external editor. Jdev complains again, but deploys the workflow and the features I'll be waiting.

  • Problem with flight when using no call blocking

    Hello

    I have a scenario in which I need to call a service several times based on header lines. I used the following approach to reduce the execution time:

    1. use flight with "n" being the no. lines in the header.
    2 call the service inside the flow with nonBlockingInvoke set to true for the PL. The assignment of the var of entry for the service takes place inside of flight activity.

    The problem with this approach is that the assignment happens correctly. for example. LineId1 is assigned to the service entrance in the first stream, LineId2 the second rate and so more..., but in the used input variable values by invoke remains constant in the first mission that produced the first stream Viz LineId1 will be happened as an input for all activities of other flows, despite the copy in entitled operation happening properly.

    Can anyone share some thoughts on this?

    Kind regards
    Sandeep

    Hi Sandeep,

    I think the mistake you make is that the defined variable to call the service endpoint (i.e. the input of the invoke activity variable) should not be a global variable, but instead should be defined as a local variable in the scope that contains the activity of flight.
