• Problem with the Apple Core Image?

  Can someone confirm for me that there is a problem with Apple Core Image which has feature to DNG. I have problems with Nikon RAWs converted with DNG Converter. Once changes have been made to these DNG (in Lightroom 2.3) and the metadata and previews updated software (Preview, etc.) based on the main Image don't seem to use the embedded JPG (with applied adjsutments) but well the smallest thumbview, not up-to-date. I do not use the option "convert to linear" when converting.

  "adjusted" DNG will be or does not display a picture of the DNG that has been

  Will not. In general, LR settings (e.g., cultures, fill light, etc.) are not

  applied by Core Image. These types of adjustments are specific to each flood

  converter.

• HP XW6400: XW6400 problem with two quad core Xeon E5335, Intel Speedstep, failing to clock on Linux/Unix processors

  I have the workstation that precedes two xeon E5335 2 GHz CPU running.  Very reliable sound and took everything that I launched on it for a few years.  But I can't for the life of me, download intel speedstep to clock the processor down when they are inactive. I have lived many tutorials, but just, it will fail to load saying the following.

• Problem with multirecord PJC and LAF

  In our team, we use the Lebanese armed forces, and we have a problem with it.
  
  As well as the jar file laf_102.jar, we also wanted to use the multirecord.jar file to change the ToolTip in a multi-record block.
  We copied the file multirecord.jar in direrctory Forms\java and edit the file formsweb.cfg
  in the parameter "WebUtilArchive".
  
  The form under which we use the LAF PJC multirecord gives us the following error:
  -java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: oracle.forms.fd.MultiTextField.
  
  I guess it will contradict the process to find java classes as both the LAF PJC multirecord
  go to search oracle.forms.fd.
  
  I tried to copy the PJC multi-record laf_102.jar classes in the file with Winrar, but the result is the same.
  
  Please help us to solve this problem and can be used all FAA and other oracle.forms.fd CJP.

  I don't know about other issues. There are always 'problems' with any upgrade. You weigh against the benefits. I know that you need more RAM. At least 4 GB, maybe more if you can. Don't forget that this system is produced at a time when most of the machines have + 8 GB RAM and when Apple said 'minimum' they really mean it.  I recently inherited a MacBook that has 2 GB of RAM and the Mavericks. When I checked the memory, the use of the system was using 1.95 GB = nothing to run applications!

  Rane suggested only that downgrade us our BONES to the Mavericks or Yosemite. This should not be the case!

  We need answers, and for not having spent somebody else as everyone pushes the blame.

  Please you can find what the solution is rather then downgraded to a previous operating system. It's a very frustrating with all the people who spent loads of money on a Macbook and RANE hardware especially this time of the year where we DJs play every weekend like our jobs.

  My iMac 27 "has an intermittent problem with the CPU fan runs at full speed. Sometimes it happens at the time when I start it, sometimes only in my session, and sometimes only after a certain time. So does seem to be a problem of "heating".

  Second issue is with the mode 'sleep'. It may occur also at any time, at the start of the iMac, session, or after a certain time. • Problems with firefox and new Seagate SSHD

  I recently installed a new Seagate 1 TB SSHD into my computer, it's the new generation of hard drives with built in 8 GB SSD cache. I cloned my old install and everything seemed to work ok

  I use firefox with Yahoo answers and regularly answering questions. If I answer a question and press on submit my answer is displayed correctly. If I then try to change my answer and press on submit again that my initial response is displayed and not my answer updated. If I change my answer once again the update response appears after one or two attempts. It seems that there is a problem with the way firefox and this new drive interact with each other.
  I uninstalled firefox and deleted all associated data files and made a new installation that actually no difference
  I am running version FF 26
  Windows 7 64 bit
  4 GB OF RAM
  AMD Athon x 2 64 6000 dual core

  The problem did not happen with my original hard drive, nor is it with Internet explorer or Chrome
  I have suggestions would be appreciated.

  Thanks, but my router does not have a cache and it does not explain why the problem started with the SSHD and is OK with a standard SATA drive.

  Clear the history after that outputs FF has not worked.

  I think I'll contact seagate support and see if they have similar reports or waiting for the firmware for the drive update

  P.S. I have now to lower my head in shame, I discovered that the problem occurs on other machines, it must be something to do with my network or on the Yahoo site itself not FF or new hard drive happily.

• Problem with XServe and XServe RAID via Fibre Channel

  I have a problem with my blended Xserve RAID.

  I see in RAID-Admin and configure it successfully (via Ethernet). Connect with our Xserve via Fibre Channel, but the XServe and XServe RAID do not detect each other.

  The fiber on the Xserve channel LEDs are white on the Xserve RAID completely off and permanent.

  RAID-Admin status of Fibre Channel: 'No connection (1 table)' with a red square.

  If I try to open the utility of fiber channel I get the message: "card Fibre Channel is not found." Utility disk OS X can't, too.

  I changed the card connector cable, and made several reboots. But each time the same thing: they do not detect each other.

  Check if you have enabled LUN masking. To be able to see, you will need to download raid admin 1.5 not the 1.5.1

  Have you also tried to use the other controller? Even if there is no disc in there, then it should appear in the preferences of fiber card system.

  I'm surprised, because I use Firefox for years and never met such a problem. Any Web site I can get with Firefox has its missing colors. The background is white. Also color of tab header/Navigation etc are missing. There is no problem with the sizes of fonts or colors.

  I see that this problem is only with Firefox only. I tried your troubleshooting tips which "Tools - Options - content - colours - allow pages choose own colors..." and also reinstall the latest version of Firefox without any addons. Problem persists.

  I tried the same thing about websites using Chrome and Opera, which returned the original colors of page.

  Can someone help me please?

  Today I started to have problems to view integrated in Firefox 12 Flash content. I tried all the usual steps (for example to clear cache, disable extensions, update the plugin and then finally of this update to Firefox 13) but nothing worked.

  Then I found an Adobe forum which some contributors have experienced the same thing in the last days, and it seems to have had a problem with the Protected Mode in the latest version of the Flash player. I disabled this mode and everything now works perfectly again - so I thought I would bring it to your attention in case others have the same problem.

It s is not a hardware problem, it s more a driver related issue No. So, the best thing you can do is update your bios and keep your drivers up-to-date. Just check the download Drivers Toshiba site and make sure you have the latest drivers installed.
