Problem with the payment of my Plan

30 April I paid for my 1 year plan. Next time when I need to pay is May 30. But when I want to open Lightroom or Photoshop now I see the note that my plan has expired... even when I look in my account I see that the Plan had expired, but payment would you April 30. Before I had the problem as this... after my message to support evert\ything team became normal. Could you look please... I need to work, but can't.

Problems with the functionality of work plan...
I have trouble getting the right size of the image when I export my work. After that I put my the artboard size, I export the image in Dreamweaver. When the image in dreamweaver, the "cropped" portions of the image are still there. Basically, the height and width of the image, I work with Illustrator is on 3 "x 4", but I only want displayed to 2 in. x 3 and didn't seem to do it with the tool of work plan.
If you use save for web, make sure that "clip for work plan" is checked under the tab size of the image.

Today, I made new payment for a plan year of photography plan creative cloud, after that I received an email that it was succesfull with a number of order received as well. But still, I can't use lightroom and photoshop even when I connect adobe, this subscription does not appear on my account. I paid twice but my account is still not active. I will be happy if someone can help me for this.

Your ID Adobe on the forums is good as I see you have a subscription purchased for creative photography Cloud on that plan.

Problems with the edition of work plans
I did not have a good experience. I can't even change my plans of work, they get stuck off the coast to the right or left and I can't scroll right or left to get them to a place where I can zoom in on the map of the art of making changes. The screen of UI zooms only the Board of the art that is visible on the screen at the same time. Also when adding graphics to images or work plans I can't select them at all.
You should be able to use two fingers on the touchpad to the panorama of the view in XD, similar to how you would scroll/pan in other applications on your Mac. Please let us know if this doesn't work for you.

Problems with the payment!
2 weeks back I refused accidentally a payment of subscription photoshop thinking that it was a fraudulent activity. However, I realized the mistake and it reverses the next day. But now my membership says his will expire in 2 days because of denied payment. Adobe update payment details page is empty. I need to update my credit card information as soon as POSSIBLE, else I'll be charged for cancellation unnecessarily. Help, please!
