Problem Z10 blackBerry with call instance and telephone conferences
When I commit "call waiting" to answer a new incoming call and return to my first call after hanging up on the second call, I can not hear my first caller. The only problem - is that I am living in countries that are NOT supported by BlackBerry at all. Belarus (Belarus). With my work, sometimes I leave (Russia, Poland, Germany) and I can activate my Z10.
In my country, all the 'usual' phone services works great, calls, internet with a local carrier, currently I use Velcom. But its suddenly yesterday morning, my phone has become "Device PIN Blocked.".
It's terrible, I don't even understand WHY? What is the mechanism of the use of BlackBerry, follow or do something else that blocks normal users?
OK, I understand that my country is not in the list. But I can't use m big phone, no worries. It works.

I've updated my stl z10 100 2 to 10.3.1 20 Feb. After that the phone becomes slow and started to hang. And the battery run out very quickly. I did the shot to safety. But after that when I tried to restore the backup blackberry link show successful restoration but phone start there is nothing in the phone. All my data is lost. So I downloaded applications for BlackBerry World. I turned off the phone during the night and when I turned on this morning it was like new. There are no applications in there. I tried to reload the BlackBerry connection software, but it displays no update software available. Please help me. What can I do now.
I'm not 100% sure that this applies to you. The symptoms don't exactly match your description. But see http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB36747 and check your operating system against the versions indicated in the article. If your OS is one of those affected, discover the related utility. I don't know if there is a readme file when you unpack the zip file. If it is read everything first.

Strange problem with call manager and call before all
Not sure whether this post about unity for or CCM. I will post on both. I have a main number customers dial in. When they call this number and they do not get a response, it passes to a call handler. Sync Z10 manual blackBerry with Outlook calendar and contacts

Problem dark videoconference with WinLive Messenger and LifeCam VX-3000
My LifeCam VX-3000 webcam cannot support a video call in Windows Live Messenger. I can text back OK, and sound and motion video work very well when I check the audio/video settings. When I try a video connection, the system hangs on my end... the other party may accept the call but my end still ringing and the video image is frozen... There is no sound during this video call attempt. The system is XP Home SP3... all security is up to date. I use a 6 Mbit internet service. I did a complete uninstall of Windows Live Essentials, re-installed components and get the same result. This Setup worked fine until a week ago. This problem would have started at the time, I installed and started using MagicJack, but I tried to uninstall Magic Jack and the result is the same. Maybe another change is that Windows Live Messenger has offered an upgrade to a newer version that was made. I'm looking for some ideas on any peripheral or software conflicts and methods to isolate or resolve them.

Method 1.
First of all I ask you to re - install the Microsoft Life Cam software and drivers from the link below and then check out.

If the problem persists, perform a clean boot to find any conflicting with the Windows Live Messenger application.

Win 7 problem: "the remote procedure call failed and did not execute."
I logged on my account that has administrator access. However, I just rebooted and find that I can't run from the desktop or the control panel.

Please use the Microsoft Windows Forum.
Try the following steps:
Type services in the start menu search box.
In Services, scroll down to "Remote Procedure Call", and make sure that the status is "started."
and set to automatic.
The second 'RPC Locator' must be set to "manual".
(a) what is the error message he gets when they try to run.
(b) are there any error messages in the dealing with RPC event viewer?

Strange problem Z10 blackBerry using the BBM on WiFi service
Hi all
I have a strange problem. I have an unlocked Fido Fido phone and I am trying to use it on a different sim card. I am able to connect to internet and BBM surveys with all well data services plan. I call everything works fine.
When I connect it to Wifi I can surf the web everyting except BBM! Without the sim card BBM works very well in wifi. The minute I have not given the SIM no BBM!

This problem is now resolved. For the record it's because of my new carrier does not accept my unlocked phone Bell Inc., did not accept it so I tested with Tellus at the Canada and T-Mobile in the USA it works perfect...
Still don't know what is 3G has to do with Wifi anythong but it was solved by switching to Tellus

are there problems of compatibility with the V6 and Norton 360 as there were in the past?
When I tried upgrading to a newer version, a number of my functions of Norton 360 would not work and I got a pop-up message indicating that there is some sort of compatibility issue. I got eventually back to V4.
No there aren't any 'problems' with Norton. Norton has released a fix for compatibility for Firefox 6 last Tuesday, a few hours after Firefox 6 is out.
