  You probably have a rectangle as the background on your page? When you click anywhere on the rectangle with the text tool, it converts your bulk text rectangle and the insertion point jumps to the upper left corner of the frame.

  It s a little annoying, but you can get rid of this feature of preferences, in the Type tab, there is a text check function tool converts frames for blocks of text (or something like that) just uncheck it... To change these rectangles accidentally converted to frames grapgic (select the rectangle and choose object > Content > graphic)

• Label text issue with SDK 1.1.0 / Simulator 1.0.6

  I just updated my Simulator and the SDK to the latest versions (and also moved my projects to a new computer at the same time, although I don't think that is the question), and now I have problems with the text of the label in three of my apps.  Most (but not all of them, which is confusing to me) my text, which is displayed as labels in scrollers, are appearing as «...» ».  If I scroll, I can see that the height is always defined, but just the text itself does not appear.

  These were all working previously and are released apps, this problem just started with the new SDK and Simulator.  Does anyone else have this problem?

  In Acrobat 9 the tool is called the "Text editor" tool It is included in the "Advanced editing" toolbar, so just with the right button of the toolbar area and select it from the list of available tools. Or you can select: Tools > advanced editing > text editing tool

  Answered my own question: right click in the Ribbon, select Select & Zoom, then select the selection tool.

  This has been covered a lot. • problem with the color picker tool

  Hi there we use Fireworks CS3 and seem to have problems with the color picker tool.
