• Lag / smooth problems with edge 7

  Sorry for the silence on this point - we have been working on it internally and we believe that we have discovered the source of your problem.  First of all, here are the fixed files:

  What was going on, it was that you were maxing out the memory of the device on the iPad.  Even if your png is small on the device, they are each 1024 x 768 with huge parts of transparent background.  While this tablet really well in PNG format, he ends up taking a lot of memory when he gets blitted to the screen, as the operating system interprets the PNGs and transforms a bitmap internally.  Then think: 1024 x 768 x 4 bits per pixel and 19 pictures (18 pictures falling and a background image), as well as a possible additional bit per pixel transparent to indicate its status as a transparency.  Depending on the device, it could run out of memory pretty quickly.

  So that it is much lighter, I've cropped each PNG as close to the image I could using Fireworks and then edit the file to use x, info is for the image to animate dashboard instead.  Once we released this version, we were unable to reproduce your problem.

  Please let us know if the new version hosted on my server works best on your device!  BTW, the graphics are beautiful, and I like the hexagonal works.

• Exporting the problem - Long Edge

  Export an image with "Resize to fit: Long Edge ' and 1250 results of pixels in an image of a size 1873 x 1250 pixels! This isn't fair! The long edge should be 1250 pix, no 1873 pix! All the ideas! Using Lightroom CC version 2015.3.

  In my iMac, if you type in a space as 1 250 creates an error message.  Type in 1250, iMac happening at 1 250.  Typing in 1 250 is accepted as it is typed.  Something is strange about this with a space in the number.  Try to set preferences such as suggested by the Photo.Net link.

  There is no need to uninstall. You can have both versions of the edge that is installed on a system.

• Problems with edge in DPS parallax effect

  I know there are a lot of discussions on the use of the touch events (from 2013) to control the timeline of animaiton of edge. However, I have tried several approaches, including the EdgeDocks / EdgeCommons.js - I tried it by downloading their JS and link to it locally. It has worked well in the browser, but not on the iPad. Seems to be stuck on chassis and causing not to be crontolled by the scene animation scroll or affect events.

• Problem importing edge

  I import bland-in simple animations of Adobe Edge in InDesign using the. File of the OAM. Animations play perfectly in desktop preview, but once on the iPad, they flash white screen at the beginning of the animation.   I did an Ae file with transparent stage. A word that fades and turns. I also manually created a .png poster that is an empty (transparent) file and register and published. Then placed the Oam file in an indesign doc. My indesign doc has a black box the size of the page. then I placed the OAM file in the indesign file. He pushed behind the black box. Selected the oam Board of superposition of folio play oam lime to AutoPlay, Transparent background and flashing box of Pentecost goes far.

  I have a project loaded, saved dashboard and running. The project plays perfectly in firefox 17 when I use "Preview in browser" dashboard. But if I try to open the html package exported directly in firefox I get a message error "additional plugins are required to display the media on this page" with an option for 'install' plugins such as of course it does not find when you try to do. All java plugins are up-to-date and updates. Then...

• Bluetooth-problems on Edge E520

  When I Add Bluetooth device it says "Configuration of the Bluetooth Services" but then it happens 'no service '. I tried to connect different devices to see if the problem was on the computer or other device, and the message is always the same.
  I downloaded the latest bluetooth driver but its still a problem with sending files between pc and mobile phones.

  Suggestions for the problem?

  I have a small header built in animate... works very well in exported HTML anime...

  When putting in the animated animate OAM packet, then inserted into my site from Muse...

  everything looks fine in the preview browser (chrome) then when you export as html... it gives this error

• Problem with animation .oem EDGE

  First of all, I want to thanks to all of the community forum Adobe for many of the useful discussions and lots of useful information. It is my FIRST post in the Adobe Forum.

  Well, I am a member of creative cloud and I'm almost finished our first DIGITAL MAGAZINE (visit Montenegro). I think we're doing great work, and this digital magazine is published as a standalone application.

  We discover very nice and attractive opportunities for animation with Adobe EDGE Animate. Unfortunately, something is not right here. We install the new EDGE (v 1.5.0.217.23270) and we create an animation

  for the COVER page. We follow all the instructions and we publish file OEM.

  When we put this file OEM in inDesign, we had not seen the animation in the PREVIEW of the OFFICE, but also when we test folio on iPad - same problem appear - we have not only static IMAGE POSTERISEE animation.

  By the way, animation works well when we saw in the browser (and for more information - put us AUTO PLAY on the EDGE - SCENE and also in inDesign Web Content + 0.125 dry delay).

  Now we try with another solution - make us frame in inDesign and we put the HTML file of the same animation in this setting (Folio overlays/Web Content). Then, we discover that NICE WORK with this kind of implementation of animation.

  But still, we want to know WHY. Animation of the OEM did not work in inDesign (folio files/articles)? Do you have someone from Adobe can tell us is there any problem with EDGE .oem files and inDesign CS6? It's strange, because we have the most recent edge and inDesign versions, but still we have the problem with the .oem animation files (does not work!). This great opportunity to make the most attractive digital magazine with animations created in Adobe EDGE must be better tested and be reliable for users in my opinion.

• Smooth scrolling Firefox 40 problem

  Since I upgraded to Firefox for PC 40, I noticed that the smooth scrolling is not smooth at all. Fact scroll the page, but the text is choppy I scroll down. By "jerky", I mean that it seems that it is refreshing and redraw on the page instead of scrolling.

  Unchecking the options-> advanced-> general-> use of smooth scrolling eliminates the jerks, but now the scroll is not smooth and now is similar to a button "next page".

  Scroll smoothly worked very well in 39 FF.

  I have an eVGA (NVIDIA) GeForce GTX 960 graphic card running v353.62

  Any ideas? I'm NOT having this problem in Edge or Chrome 44, so I guess it's Firefox 40 associated...

  Hi, it's probably because of the current nvidia gforce driver be blacklisted to use hardware acceleration, due to an explosion in firefox crashes, it was originally in windows 10 until this problem is resolved...

• Why animate Edge not working correctly in Muse?

  I have problems with edge animations animate working constantly in Muse.  I import properly and test it in a browser, and it works very well.  And then I test again and preloaded tracks forever and the film edge never charge.  Are there known issues with Edge and Muse?  I know there have been problems with the edge of the last months and maybe that's the problem here.  But in the meantime it is very frustrating.

  BTW, I'm on a 13 "MacBookPro retina which runs the latest version of Yosemite and all my Adobe apps are up-to-date.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Hi Robyn,

  Looks like a problem with chrome. He is not able to manage the z-index property (although set) in this case. Due to which the user is not able to click on the button that is hidden by another element.

  There is a workaround solution you can do on board animate:

  You simply select the item named "s_cpl_fa_nav_x2" in the Panel edge ' Elements' animate and drag just below the element named "s_cpl_fa_0_guide_page1" and delete the selected item. This will place the first below the latter, with regard to the stacking order of the UI, and so the click event will work.

  I hope this works.

• Muse do not edge...

  Try to put a file edge of Muse. When I place the MCO in my Muse site it is an angle showing the cursor but no image. When I have 'place' the only limit this box, not the content element element. HOWEVER, if I try to review in the browser, the item appears!

  Then it crashes Muse... :))

  Very difficult to work in this way you can imagine.

  I checked and rechecked the publication settings and they ARE correct.

  I think you're a bit quick to claim a correct answer. There is certainly a problem between Edge and Muse.

  As I said in my post, I checked and re-checked the export parameters. Check their new how to cure the problem I have no idea.

  You see the problem? Once the positioned element is empty.

  Another is that when the Muse is opened immediately after use on board, Muse crashes. In addition, if the Muse is running at the same time as Edge, Muse crashes.
