  From what you describe, I agree that the problem is with the BB to a level of material - and no amount of OS, software, or internet-remote diagnosis can do something about it. If your BB is still under warranty, then seek assistance through this channel (usually from your place of origin of the purchase). If your BB is not under warranty, then you have a difficult decision... you want to know how much someone would charge you for repairs and then decide if it's worth the expenditure only or just buying a new device.

  Together, they reach the 2 GB. But my phone like the Blackberry app on mac both say the memory is almost full.

  Finder and BB app says 5.8 GB are used on 6, 5 GB in total... I wonder where approximately 4 GB here.

  I thought they were like hidden, hidden files folders... but I have not found one of them.

  I looked on the internet, but it seems that nobody has ever had that before.

  HIII everybody... I use bb9320curve with os 7.1, until a few days back everything worked well, in my opinion if it was my friends or community mailer. Then due to several reasons, I disabled my internet connection for a week, now, even once, I enabled the internet, I received a message that in 20 minutes I start receiving my notifications by e-mail, but nothing happened. I have not received all messages on my phone (but a lot through my Inbox in regular line).  I tried to reboot, perform a hard reboot by removing the battery while on and so far nothing has worked.   Steps I took to get my system working again.

  -While the installation worked, I selected "forget device" in the menu of the device.

  -Done a complete uninstall of the software of Office BB, including user settings. (A reboot is necessary)

  -Download a new copy of BB 7.1 desktop software.

  -Installed software, reconfigured synchronization Organizer and everything works fine now.
