Problems of printer and WP

Windows 7 Home. I ran into a bunch of small problems that may have something to do with updates on Tuesday. When I open WordPerfect, I get the message "unable to access printer '. Check the printer indicates that its status is ready, with no documents pending. It prints as perfectly normal. LY undxer WordPerfect. Now, with a docvument Word, he refuses to rpint at all. In addition, I can longer open several documents in WordPerfect. All ideas welcome.

Thanks a lot for your help. I finally managed to fix the problem by running the system on a CD to repair restore, although even in this case, the CD said that restoration was not, but when I booted into Windows told me that the restore was successful. As someone once said: Go figure! If the system is back on perfectly (and which includes the restoration of the system, which I have always considered as a lifeline very convenient). Thanks again for your contribution.

  • I have a problem with printing on Windows Vista.

I have HP desktop with Microsoft Vista operating system.  The printer I have is HP Laser Jet P1006.  1 months ago about the computer wouldn't print or download an attachment to an email.  I uninstalled the printer and re-installed, but the problem persists.

What happened, it was this.  With an email (from gmail.com or hotmail.com) once I clicked 'print', the normal menu for printing that should go up.  Then I clicked 'print', the monitor would show a display of the menu "save under" and showed the formulations of XPS as 1 line and XPS Documents like the following line.  When I chose the option search for a printer and typed in the name of the HP Laser Jet P1006 printer and click "select", the system responded to that file name is not valid.

Please explain what was wrong and how to fix these problems with printing and download of attached file.

  • HP Officejet 8600 more print and scan problems

    Hello

I had my HP officejet 8600 more for 2-3 years and always had problems following and just kept reinstalling the drivers as a quick fix. I am now starting a business from home and I have no time to deal with printing and scanning the questions and, of course, my warranty has expired! My operating system is OS X version 10.9.4.

When I scan to my computer, the printer indicates "not found computer." The status of my mac is no different than when I scanned a document a few days ago! Remove and reinstall the drivers solves this problem temporarily but I want it fixed permanently.

In addition, when printing, sometimes a page can print immediately and at other times, it may take 5-10 minutes to print even if its status is 100% full in the print queue - even once, reinstall the drivers is a quick fix but I want a permanent solution.

Any help to solve these problems would be greatly appreciated.

  • B50-30 and problem with printing

I have Windows 10 on my desk B50-30 and have a problem. When I click on something - whether it's online or in the mail, etc. it makes no difference to print the item a window arrives and instead have two options to save or print on it, there is only the registration option. So, having to save it and sets it as a PDF file. So, when I go into my files it is here as a PDF file.

I checked the printer and it seems not to be (it's a HP Envy 4500). So all that remains is that it's something goes on the computer. but where? I looked in all the nooks and crannies. I checked the properties of the printer as well, and he's not about that.

somewhere somebody said to make sure that "Print to File" is not checked in the properties of the printer. Well, on mine it is not yet available as an option.

So, I would appreciate help with this. Has anyone else had this problem before?

    Carol

  • Fill out and return to zero problems with Deskjet 3052 has printer and cartridge 61xl black

Yesterday, my new 61xl OEM black cartridge ran out of ink. I had it only for a few weeks, but this cartridge made of course go fast (faster than the startup cartridges, I swear!). This is a printer at home that is used only by me for personal use.  I wonder how much ink was in it when I bought it. Of course, they don't disclose the ml on the packaging more... how convenient for them, huh?

In any case, I decided to fill up again. It was my first attempt for this printer and a total failure. I did some research. I used 2 other cartridges to fool the technology of memory without result. Online instructions for which parts of contact on the Strip are either nonexistent for this cartridge or are as clear as mud so I couldn't try it again... This is where it would have been a picture is worth a thousand words.

It would be a very good alignment page printing. So I think it was successful. But when I tried to print or copy something, it would print the upper part and act like it ran out of ink down. The same thing with trying to clean the print heads. He will start the black stripe and stop about two thirds of the way through. There was less black to have with each successive cleaning, I've tried. If I started on the first cleaning would have the same generous amount of black ink, but decrease as before. I was losing the ink in my brand new color cartridge so I stop messing with it.

I received errors to gogo (not OEM! False! The sky is falling!). The ink is obviously coming out of the cartridge, so it's not the problem. All I know is that I have a good full of the same black refill ink oem cartridge that I use in HP cartridges for years.

I don't really like what is happening to this piece of crap cheapo printer so I am not interested to hear how HP has my best interests at heart. What about someone gullible. If I mess up with cheapo ink, then what? And counterfeiting BS is a bogus excuse too.

Yesterday I had to go out and buy a new cartridge. So today, I found a printer as I used to have (1315) for $20 on Craig's list. Heck, I have tons of cartridges 56, 57 and 58 for this baby and you can charge for this printer throughout the day. I not picking that up next week but then if someone knows how to bypass attempts to be GREEN with this printer and cartridges, of course I understand the help. Maybe who contacts on tape cartridge? Or the head of which HP exec throw this printer to? I'm open to suggestions. Otherwise, the next cartridge runs out in this waste of time and money, it just goes straight to a landfill where it belongs so it won't be wasting someone else's time or money. Thank you!

It seems that you have introduced an air bubble in the cartridge drain pipe, resulting in starvation of ink you print.

Pageyield of HP's site lists the 61xl 8.5 ml cartridge.

  • I have trouble getting documents to print. My printer shows but is not printed and I have problems to open the documents. What should I do?

My printer will print a demo and report, but freezes when I try to print a document or any other task. Most of the time when I try to open a document he invites me to open or save and when I select open it momentarily off and then immediately prompts you to open or save again. It does again and again and never opens. When I select record it indicates that the file already exists. I tried to unplug the computer and the printer and restart their but the problem persists. • Printing problems with XP and Lexmark-documents are just stuck in the print queue

Original title: printing problems with XP and Lexmark

Until yesterday, I was able to print OK using Windows XP and a Lexmark Printer series 3500-4500 with wireless capabilities.  Reported network test wireless (on printer) and report indicates that there are no reported problem, also did the diagnostic test and which shows no problem either.  I can't print and documents are just stuck in the print queue - please can someone help, it drives me crazy because it's probably a very simple solution.

I guess you do not have all of the error messages.

It is possible that comes to mind that your printer has received a new IP address of your router (this could easily happen if you have several computers and other devices that connect to your wireless network).

Find the IP address of the printer of his network diagnostic page.
Click Start > printers and faxes, right-click the printer and select Properties
Select the Ports tab, then click on the button "Configure Port" (be careful NOT to click anywhere in the list of ports)
Make sure that the IP address in 'Port settings' is identical to that shown on the diagnosis of your network printer page.

To avoid this problem in the future, you must configure the printer to have a static IP address.  See your printer User Guide for instructions.

Choose an appropriate subnet address (i.e., has the first 3 groups of numbers the same as the other addresses in your network) but who is not in the range of addresses assigned by the DHCP server on your router.  See the User Guide of your router for more details.

    Hello

Please provide us with more specific information on the issue. Your post is a bit confusing.

If you need to open the PDF files, you will need to install a PDF reader.

If you try to print in PDF format, you must install Adobe Reader.

Open the hardware and devices Troubleshooter

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/open-the-hardware-and-devices-Troubleshooter

Method 2: Disconnect all USB (Universal Serial Bus) devices connected to the computer (unless your mouse and keyboard). Connect the printer and check to see if the problem persists.

Method 3: Connect the printer to a different USB port and check.

Method 4: Reinstall the USB (Universal Serial Bus) controllers.

First of all, please disconnect all USB devices and then perform the following steps:

    (a) click on 'Start', type device manager in the search bar and press "Enter." If necessary, click on continue.

    (b) in Device Manager, double-click to expand the "USB Bus controllers", right-click on the "host controller", click "Uninstall" and click "OK".
