  May I ask why you post this question here in the forum of Toshiba and don t ask for the support of Microsoft?
  Toshiba has nothing to do with the settings in Microsoft Outlook and in my opinion it s recommended asking Microsoft service for assistance.

  I have an iMac 21 "and use Applemail. However, my mail SEND icon is spent on the missing list and raise VIEW / 'Customize toolbar' does not contain the icon SEND so that I could drag-and - drop to the right / top corner where it should belong. Any help would be welcome.

  The button send when you are working in a new message or a reply. It is not in the view of the overall message.

• Can I create a PDF of all electronic mail messages backup in a folder in Windows Live mail?

  We have Adobe Acrobat Pro and ask Outlook on one of our computers (the rest use Live mail). In Outlook, there is a "Adobe" button that will allow us to select a folder and create a PDF multi-page of all emails in that folder. It creates a list that contains all the e-mail, complete messages with attachments that you can just scroll through them to see a history of correspondence. After a job is done, we can create these PDF files and put them in the folder so that the work on the server, it is a nice way to keep an easily reveiwed copy of all emails for work.

  I have not been able to find a way to do it from Live mail, did someone knows if it is possible and how to do... or is simply not an option with Live mail?

  This is not possible with Live Mail.  Acrobat is an add-in for Outlook (that you used it), but there is no similar functions for Live Mail.

  I write a newsletter with MS Publisher 2007. There are 2 recurrent problems all the time.

  1.) when I open the e-mail, it is still on the left of the page site. I want it to be centered, so it is more beautiful. Is it possible to have a background that fills the entire page and writing and images are in the middel?

  2.) when I opened the email there is another problem. The formatting is messed up and completely different, compared to how I created it. For example, writing is on a different location, the pictures are large or small and on a different place. What can I do to fix this?

• Publisher 2007 when I save as PDF, the red color becomes grayscale.

  I created a document in Publisher 2007.  I used the font color to red and saved.  When I then its ved to PDF or XPS, red font converted to grayscale in PDF and XPS.  No idea how to solve this problem?

  I suggest to change the color of the text in the Pdf file by accessing the properties bar by pressing Ctrl + E and change the color of the text that is selected according to the needs and save the file and check if it helps.

• Artifacts when printing PDF created from publisher

  I have a few documents in microsoft Publisher 2007, I need them to be converted to PDF to send to people and that they be able to print. but when I convert them to PDF I lose a lot of quality all the Boret become sharp and blurred edges and then when I go to print one of these documents I get artifacts around the graphics and the back on the ground on a few photos that should be soon white out a light blue.

  I put the conversion to the highest level of quality and this helps alittle blurry but I still get the artifacts

  Acrobat!  Try different methods which actually, for example you could have used the button in Acrobat to make your PDF documents, try printing to the Adobe PDF driver instead.  If all else fails to create the PDF without the offending element, place it in Indesign and add the element here.  Moral of the story?  Editor sucks to create print files.  I think I said it above the Microsoft add-in is probably OK for use online or digital printing.

  You have apparent dbx file corruption.

  Spend most of your messages out of the Inbox and then create new folders to send and sent items box after having moved the messages you want to save to a local folder that you create.

  Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.

  In Windows XP, Win2K & Win2K3 the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.

  With OE closed, find the DBX files for the items in the Outbox and sent and delete them.  New ones will be created automatically when you open OE.

  After you're done, followed by compacting your folders manually while working * off * and do it often.

  Click Outlook Express at the top of the the folder tree so no folders are open. Then: File | Work offline (or double-click on work online in the status bar). File | Folder | Compact all folders. Don't touch anything until the compacting is completed.

  General precautions for Outlook Express:

  Do not archive mail in the receipt or sent items box. Create your own user-defined folders and move messages you want to put in them. Empty the deleted items folder daily. Although the dbx files have a theoretical capacity of 2 GB, I recommend all a 300 MB max for less risk of corruption.

I spoke with representatives of brother and they say that this is a problem in Publisher. I downloaded the latest version of the Brother software and installed during the original instalation without good results. I disabled the Norton IS 2009 smart firewall.

• Problem saving in PDF from MS Publisher

  I have a postcard document I am trying to save in PDF format. The document being saved very well but I had to change the size a little (increased the custom size from 4 x 6 to 4.25 x 6.25). Now, instead of the full document, here is what I get (lack of about 1/2):

  

  Sending to my printer works well, save in JPEG or PNG works fine... it's just the PDF that injects the picture off the page. Help?

  You can play with the insertion of the editor > object to see if the new or create from file supports what you want.

  Actually having content PDF as integrated part of the native content of the editor file stream is quite problematic. Publisher is not a PDF file (aka the application that supports ISO 32000 - 1).

  As 'original' of the plans is PDF PDF "conscious" application is needed to view. Because most computers, most of the time, install Adobe Reader, it will generally that will have users of the application display a PDF file.

  If I used my Publisher Setup to produce the newsletter I master the content and have a link to the PDF file containing the plans.

  Using Acrobat Pro PDFMaker I provide PDF of Publlsher output.

  In a LAN/WAN environment, I have the PDF file (from Publisher) and target of the link PDF file available in a folder where users have read file scan permissions.

  Consult the PDF newsletter, click the link, see the PDF plans.

  In the Web space, I would have a similar deployment.

• problems with sending/receiving messages

  For the last two weeks my iphone 6 s and my son 6 more have had problems with sending/receiving messages in the texts of the Group and regularly comes to a voicemail.  Messages are not at all or you may be able to receive them. Then last night on a group text between me and another user of iphone and a droid user messages were not all going through and an 'unknown' appeared on the screen of the droid users as if this person has attempted to send a message to our group text but nothing was there.  Iphone users could not see it.  This morning - messages still does not go through the text of the group or on one.  Any ideas?

  Settings > messages > iMessage turn off then turn it back on...

  If it does not sign of your apple under messages ID.  Settings > General > reset > reset all settings (will not erase data).
