Security update Office Publisher 2007 (KB969693) and failure of the junk e-mail Filter Outlook (KB971933)

To Tuesday 7/14 set to automatic update downloaded a bunch of updates. The two updates mentioned in the title, do not settle.  the error message is "Code 89 b" I can find no reference to this code.  I tried to reinstall with firewall and antivirus disabled.  Tried to reinstall a manually downloaded version. Vista x 64 on the new system. any ideas? THX.

Also do you have Office Publisher 2007 and Outlook 2007 on your computer? I saw him try to download

His e-mails addressed to my sbcglobal address are not in my Inbox, or in my junk e-mail folder. I did not block lists, but I use Spam Assassin. is there a technique to solve this problem? It is the only email address that I don't get.

    Connect to your sbcglobal email by using your browser and see if they are put in a spam folder before Thunderbird never the chance to see it.

    Thunderbird does not use the term Spam and I do not believe that it delivers any form of Spam report. It can receive one issued by your email provider. I sign in to your account to your web e-mail providers page and check their spam folder to see what is there.

    Thanks a lot for your answer. I followed the actions in the link provided, but the problem persisted. To fix it I had to remove the .NET Framework and then reinstall it by using the following procedure. That solved my problem.

    Step 1: Remove the .NET Framework using the removal tool

    1. download the tool from the following link:

    6. restart the computer.

    Do you by chance have Google Desktop? Some users have reported interference problems in Winodws 7 while using an older version of Google Desktop.
    Try to uninstall it if it exists.

    When I run Windows Update it shows an important update available. "Update for Windows Mail Junk e-mail filter [December 2009] (KB905866).
    When I try to install the update, it downloads, create a restore point and starts to install the update.  The green bar goes all the way to the right and then I get a "failed" message with a 8007371B unknown error code.
    KB905866 appears in the list of installed programs.  I tried to uninstall and rerun the update of Windows, but he continues to go through the same sequence of activities having the same error message for result.
