Problems to export HD of first Elements 9 for Vimeo video (program plant or video is fuzzy)

I have a 10-minute wedding video I am trying to export from Adobe first Elements 9 for download on vimeo. I followed the instructions in this video: export to upload to Vimeo with Adobe Premiere Elements on Vimeo for how to proceed. The first time I followed the instructions, the video file that results is fuzzy and blurry, not at all like HD video, I could see in the program prior to export. Since then, I tried to export several times with different parameters, and every time the program crashes when the video is approximately 95% complete. How can I correct this situation? It is a wedding video that I made for a paying customer who would like their video on vimeo as soon as possible.

Thanks for your help!

Let me know if you need more details or clarification.

Sorry about that. I thought at first Elements 10, when you posted clearly whether you work with 9.0.

It would seem that we are OK with the project preset

NTSC

DIGITAL SLR

1080 p

Digital SLR [email protected]

for your import AVCHD or H.264.mov.

In the Premiere Elements 9.0/9.0.1 share/calculation/QuickTime

= NTSC 16:9 DV presets

and as for the customization tab Advanced Settings button/video

I'd go with the frame width 1920, frame height 1080

and I would increase the flow according to the guidelines of Vimeo

Guidelines of compression on Vimeo

Even if you were to stay at 1280 x 720, I think that your flow of 5000 Kbps setting is too low. If you stay with 1280 x 720, I would

Watch the kbit/10,000s to the value ' limit bitrate to. " If you go with 1920 x 1080, I would look at 10 000 to 20 000 Kbps, probably closer to 20 000 kbit/s.

First determine if these bitrate increases have no effect on what you are looking for. Then, we will focus on the size of the file. Are limited to a given file size?

Superior throughput, more quality, more the size of the file. You need to find a good compromise between bitrate, file size and quality.

As a point of reference, which is the bitrate of the video that you import into the project? I saw a Canon T2i video sample that used something like 42 Mbit/s (megabits per second), in contrast to 5000 kbps (kilobits per second), which would be of 5 Mbps.

Please review and consider.

Thank you.

  • I d/l both photoshop and first elements 14 for 64-bit windows.  Installation is done in what concerns the extraction of files...

I downloaded the Bundle Photoshop elements 14 and first elements 14 for 64-bit windows.  The installation gets as much as self-extracting files, giving me the opportunity to run or open the folder that contains the files, and then tells me to restart may be pending, so restart the computer and repeat the installation process. • Problems of images with Adobe first Elements 9

Hey everyone, I'm new to Adobe first Elements 9 and I really need help because I have a school project due tomorrow! My videos are filmed with the Nikon D3100 camera. I can play the clips individually without problem, but once I add effects, the video is jerky and seems to be ignored. The sound is fine, it's just the video. When I play the whole thing from the beginning, it's jerky, but like I said; If I play a clip individually, it works. BUT if I play a clip that has effects individually, it's jerky, once again. Help!

    Welcome to the forum.

If I'm not mistaken, the Nikon uses the MJPEG CODEC. This ARTICLE will give you general information. Can you confirm that your Nikon shoots with the MJPEG CODEC?

What project Preset you chose again project?

When you have changed your Clips, is there a red line above them. If Yes, press enter and the red line should become green. How the images then play?

If none of this helps, see this ARTICLEand give us as much information as possible.

Also, how you will need to complete your project?

    Good luck

  • Problem with playing live at first Elements 10 - edition

Hi there, it has been a while since I used the first and decided I'd do a video. I copied all media across and began to edit the clip. I dragged the first clip on the timeline and click the play button so I could find where I wanted to make the first cut. And there is no video, just a still image where the marker has been. If I click on the area of direct reading, it pauses for the video and updates the still. I tried to update the software to see if it was a bug that has been fixed, but it's still there. I have never had this problem before and would appreciate any help that guys could lend.

    Thanks in advance,

Is your first items 10 on a computer that is using an NVIDIA video card. If so, please check the following

Your video card driver may require a roll back instead of making sure you have the latest version of the video card driver. There was an epidemic of this kind of things specific to the first items 10 and NVIDIA video cards.

Please check the above and let us know if any of this applies to you.

Unless you have the information in front of you, please download and install the video properties MediaInfo reading program to determine the frequency of images or your video frame rates. Cell phone video is often characterized in variable rate which can (not always) create problems to get imported, video audio out of sync...

MediaInfo - download reviews and free software - CNET Download.com

Be on guard for any unwanted alongs carry with the MediaInfo. Excellent program, but those carry alongs can be a major nuisance. The reading of this program will tell constant compared to variable rate.

Also check the display to confirm that you are working with progressive video and not interlaced.

If variable rate, the next step would be to take video in brake hand and export it as H.264.mp4 with a rate constant, not variable. Use the median between the min and max.

We will follow to your results.

    Thank you.

  • Question of fundamental change first Elements 7 for DV

    Hi all

    I have PE7, a quad-core Q6600 and Windows 7 64-bit.

I captured about 6 hours of Standard definition a film DV 16:9 of the church ceremony.  Video was taken of an old Pana PV-GS320.

The Church wants a dynamic video to be produced from the captured sequences (60 minutes more than in length).  I intend to do a lot of different effects including semi-transparent overlay video, picture in picture, inserting pictures and audio inputing the video of the ceremony.  The final product will be a standard definition DVD disc.

I did some research about how the DV is interlaced and output to DVD must be interlaced (unless I am mistaken in this conclusion, let me know).  I also know that doing heavy editing with interlaced images (slowing/speeding up footage, zoom in and out, rotation, several overlay, etc.) may create flicker and "mouse teeth" in the video.  I also searched through these forums and continue to run in HD questions/solutions...  I guess I asking an old question that has probably been answered a long time ago when a DV tape ruled the world.

    QUESTION 1:

So, if I may ask, in order to obtain the best results, prepare my raw images in PE7 before editing it by (1) deinterlace it? (2) exporting as progressive? (3) both? (4) leave it alone and start to change there? or (5) if I'm missing another option?

    QUESTION 2:

Also, what the resolution would be preferable to import photos into the project?

I know that the best way to work with any video must make as small as possible changes to it, but it's inevitable in my case.  No one wants to attend 6 hours of video...

Thank you very much for reading my questions and I really hope that you have time to answer!  Thanks for any information!  I really appreciate it!

    -141rockwell

Relax, rockwell. You do all this unnecessarily complicated.

If you capture your video to DV - AVI via a FireWire connection, you will not get "mouse teeth" in your final product. The program is designed for working with interlaced video and create interlaced DVDs. The results should look almost as good as the original film. You can't damage video with "excessive change.

Just trust the program to deal with technical issues. You can concentrate on editing.

In regards to the photos you want to add, you will get the best results if they are not larger than 1000 x 750 pixels in size, by the frequently asked questions to the right of the forum.

Just installed a new copy of first items 14 and I can't use it. Basic navigation of my video project does not work. The video is choppy and does not update. I tried restart, disable hardware acceleration, by removing all renditions files etc. Don't know what to try next. I have readers striped Raided, 4th generation of i7 processor and 8 GB of RAM. Not run other applications, but this!

On the same PC, a copy of the same project file works perfectly in Adobe Premiere elements 11. See the attached video. Was looking forward to play with new software this weekend, is now planning to return...

    It works!

I found the new dragged files would work successfully. However, the solution to my existing project work files had to get out and shift-delete the following folders:

    "Adobe Premiere Elements preview files"

    "Encrypted files".

Interesting choice than rendered deleting files menu option wasn't enough, I had to manually remove these files in Windows Explorer. Then I rebooted and made new, and the new software works as well as the former!

  • First Elements 9 for Mac: import misfortunes of format clip

So, is the Mac of PrEl 9 version simply impossible to import video clips in .wmv or .avi format, or is there some codecs or modules I can install for this?

The Mac version absolutely change DV - AVI. In fact, he modifies them natively - as if they were DV - MOV.

But I doubt that your editing software is create DV - AVI. It's probably using some codec owner.

There is a program called G-Spot for the PC that will show you your view codec information. There is also a program for Mac that will do this for free, but I don't know the name of it.

If you can find it, and we can determine the codec of your notice, we may be able to figure out what to do with it or how to convert an editable file.

In the meantime, you can try to put it in Premiere Elements, place it on your timeline, and computer/sharing/MOV by using the built-in DV. It can convert the file into something that you can use in a publishing project.

Imported only VHS movies in first Elements 8 one hour video. I would just point out specific, such segments that minutes 4-8 and export to a new avi file. After that, I might want to export minutes 12-20, etc.

So far I got a cut and delete everything except what I save, save this file, and then import the original file again in the first and cut and remove everything except what I want on the next file.

Looks that way back when, I was able to save the different segments of a file open, but not sure.

Any help would be appreciated. Tried to ask adobe when searching for answers on the first 8 crashing so, no problems with 7, but they refered me to Adobe.TV, where I found no answers. Maybe in the tutorial, but not able to find it.

Thanks in advance for any help.

In general, I think you want to set the working area of PE chronology bar more only minutes that you want to export and then export it by specifying only the current work area bar is to be exported.  However, for more details on version 8 and any other relevant factors, it will be better if you post your question on the forum specific to Premiere Elements to
