  Please download the last Panel of exchange of http://www.adobeexchange.com/, launch the CC extensions Manager, click on "Tools"-> "Préférences" menu... ', uncheck the option 'Allow the extensions Manager to access the Internet', and then install Exchange Panel.

  You won't have it. The only update for PSE10 is Adobe Camera Raw 6.6 which is indispensable if you have a new camera and take raw images.

  I have an update for Adobe Extension Manager to update compared to the creative clouds to 6.0.5.  Every time I have try and install this update fails with the U44M1P7 error code.  When I look at the log files I get the exit code: 7 - could not complete the silent workflow.  I am under creative cloud CS6 on Windows 7

  I need to install the extension to configure my gfx, scaleform for unreal engine 3. I used the trial flash CS 5 originally, until I got this.

  Problem has been solved by manually installing the extensions Manager CC of the designer Apps Cloud rather than try to update.

  It's the kind of misleading and a bug, I suppose, but there is how it works.

  When you have downloaded and extracted the file, right click and then click on "Run as Administrator".

  This should work for you. I had the same problem and did and everything worked.
