• Problem with the swatches Panel

  There is a problem with my Swatches Panel.

  When I select an object that can be colored in the page, such as a box, I choose a color for it in the swatches Panel. but, the little icon top left of this Panel that normally indicates if the color is applied to the fill or line, is empty. I can click on the arrows swap fill and stroke, near the icon and the fill and stroke will swap; but the icon is empty... just gray.

  Indicators of background and outline in the Panel of colors and the toolbar but displays correctly, however.

  The swatches Panel is displayed correctly when logged in another account.

  I'm on a Mac and tried to screw up the "idcs5_Swatches Panel.mxi" and "idcs5_Swatch Library Panel.mxi" files or not available.

  Is there another file I should try screw up? Could this be a conflict with another program?

• Problem with report filter (security issue)

  I'm having a problem with a filter on one of my reports. We report a listing all units of the organization. Unity in this report can be clicked to go to B report that shows the details of this unit.
  
  When a user accesses A report, they should be able to see all the units, but if they click on a unit that they are not Member, B report should show no results.
  
  If they click on a unit that they BELONG to one, then the B report should display correctly for them.
  
  I have a session variable that gets their unit number and confirmed that it works.
  
  My filter on report B is:
  The year is invited
  AND
  (Unit is equivalent to / is in NQ_SESSION.) Unit AND is invited)
  
  I'm assuming that this filter only results would show if the user clicks on a unit (in the report) that they belong to. However, what is happening is that if a user clicks on a unit that they belong not to them, it still shows the results in the report B for this unit.
  
  Does anyone have ideas on this one?
  
  My only other option is to use a CASE statement on report with URL GO so it only allows users to click on the units they belong to- but I would rather avoid that because go the URL isn't really open the report in a page that maintains the appearance of the rest of the dashboard.

  When you click the button filter options, you will see the option for the filter to protect. This limits the filter unchanged after the wick down. I guess your session variable to work properly.

• Problem with a filter

  I'm having a time really difficult application of the filter "Brush-> Angled Strokes strokes" to a color box, whether just a selection or a rectangular box.

  I did it once and it worked (that is, the area remains the same color and the right filter has been applied to it), but now I'm doing it with another box, whenever I have access to the Gallery of filter with the box checked, the color remains flat, even with the filter in question highlighted. I've tried everything I can think of, but it just seems like a weird bug... First time it worked, now it doesn't. Any idea what could be the cause?

  It makes sense, because the traits in angle (really one of the filters contours) smear what is already there.  A bit like dry spraying it on the paintings.  If it has only one color, then only a single color is spread out.

  I have a laptop with win7 32 bit. I installed 3 days ago and yesterday when I want to go in Panel said that Explorer Windows has stopped working. Except that everything works perfectly.

  IF it works in safe mode, you can use a clean boot to diagnose what is causing the problem. It won't take long to test.

  Another thing to try is to create a new user profile and connect through that to see if a new user can access control panel. You can delete the new account if it is not helping, or transfer your data to the new account if it helps.

  You might also consider trying a repair to re install - install windows 'above' of your existing system which should NOT replace your existing installation or data.

  Or, if this happened recently, you could try a system restore to a point before the error occurred.

• Problems with radial filter / adjustment lines error

  I use the paper version of LR 6 (not CC) with more returned updates provided by Adobe (6.3/6.4 or GREATER).

  My focus is on the landscape image editing, so I need the radial filter often enough.

  Here's my problem:

  When I use the radial filter, the effect is applied to the image, but the lines of fit & points appear not at all?

  This is why I can't adjust the radial filter. The program has a bug or I can it turn somewhere? Otherwise, the radialfilter is useless - pretty bad when you pay a lot of money for an original version of LR.

  Press the 'H' (for 'hide' (H) button to toggle the contour of the filter. Press the "O" (for "overlay") to activate or deactivate the mask overlay.

  BTW:

  "the more resent updates provided by Adobe (6.3/6.4 or almost).

  The most recent update is 6.7.

• Strange problem with the object Panel.

  Hi all! I found this forum in a desperate attempt to find a solution to my problem. I searched without success, but if has already replied to this question, can someone point me in the right direction?

  FreeHand MXa works with Vista? (Or MX, I tried two versions of the disc in the box). I can install that's fine, no problem at all. When I actually started working, I noticed that the object Panel was not on the right side where it normally is, so I click on the window and you click object. Instead of giving me the Panel, I have a popup that says "Could not complete your request because an unknown command has occurred", and then a little box pop up that looks like it might be the object Panel, but it is empty. No marks, no nothing and it does not meet anything, except when I hit the button of output on this subject. It is the same version I had installed on my old computer. I got a new computer yesterday and I tried to install today and I can't understand why it doesn't let me open the object Panel. I'm so lost without it! Is there another way to work in FreeHand without it? I have Illustrator, but I really prefer working in Freehand for more things I did on a daily basis. It's just much faster for me to do some of the things I do. I need my object Panel...

  Cannot display properties selectors/CSS - just gives me a grey area empty. When I click in the grey, dreamweaver crashes.

  I found a solution that worked for me.

  I removed all the fonts Adobe CC installed out of my library folder: fonts and just left in the base fonts Apple as Arial, Courier etc... Launched Dreamweaver CC and the designer CSS panel work. I don't know exactly what font it is, or creates the conflict. All I know is it works fine now.

• Problem with the monitor Panel and display driver - first Elements 9

  9 PE worked fine since I bought it two months ago and then this week I opened the program, he stated "we have detected an incompatible display driver. • Display problem with Spry tabs Panel

  Help, please!  I have read discussions for hours and still cannot understand why my tabs Panel will not display correctly in firefox or iexplorer.  It seems correct in design mode in cs5 and the browser control.  Here's the URL http://www.rrsfoodservice.com/indextest2.html.  Any help is appreciated.

  Use FF to access your page, right-clickwhile on the page and select view source or similar. When you see the code click on... /SpryAssets/SpryTabbedPanels.js and you will see that there is no visible JS code.

  Do the same with the other files.

• Problem with PS Extensions/panels

  The other day I received an error message in Photoshop by saying that the generator has crashed and cannot start as long as other plugins 3rd party to uninstall and reinstall the Psalm so I am go to the plugin Manager and tried to delete but finished with a ' error code:-451 cannot remove the extension.   Great! Now all clean s. I reinstall PS as requested. and Duh! Nothing has changed! The extensions are still there.

  So I tried to uninstall again, using the adobe cleaning tool and ten reinstall. Same thing: it is still there, but the generator does not work.

  OK now I'm getting desperate. First I uninstall ALL adobe (flash player), use the cleaning tool, and then locate the hard drive to have anything to do with adobe - all adobe files, including records temp, all accounts of the registry and remved them. Then I removed all things having to do with extensions, searched the whole hd and if found any instance I removed it. Great, now I'm clean!

  So I redownloaded Adobe cloud, has started a new account (of security) and began to reinstall...

  After the launch of PS, I see that the "reflow" generator option is back, great! But, what the duck? The extensions are still there!

  

  So I launch the extension manager, and it is empty, completely empty.

  

  Hmm... I try to reinstall the plugin but I get a message saying that I can't (guess it is because they are already there somwhere, somehow...)

  Following the http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshooting-plug-ins-photoshop-cs6.html article still signs, but all the folders are empty.

  

  How can I now update the extensions? And how can I remove them? It's embarrassing to say the least...

  The solution was found after reading of this

  CEPServiceManager4 seems to be some temporary files referring to the old plugins. So after having erased all records relating to CEPServiceManager4 and put it back now seem to work!

  Hope it helps somone else who has trouble so you won't lose a couple of days of work like me

• Problem with Panel tabs

  I have a problem with the tabs Panel, this Panel has 3 columns, I copied each other text (different heights)... I expected to get different work area of the column, for example 1st column height 7500 px, 2nd-1500 px, 3rd-2500 px, but I received a 7500 px height, each column has been formatted at this size... below a text, I "empty space" - (this is a difference between the work and the text box area)... I put the text up to px column for example 7200^st 1, empty space below this text is 300 px 7500 px of work area, I received in this column, here there is no problem but... 2^nd column I have text for example height 1300 px, below this text, I have 6200 px empty space... It should be 1300 px of the text height and maybe 200 px of empty space... for the work area can have 1500 px not 7500 px of height... I try to change (for example 1500 px) but it always come back up to 7500 base px and cannot do... The solution is to use another form like. the shape of the accordion... but it is a form of line... When you put a different text to size (height), you will receive a different size of the work area (height), you get empty space of 7200px text + 300 px = working area of 7500 in^{1 row} ... 1200 px + 300 blank text area workin in 2^th 1500 px = px line and workspace to 2500 px in 3^rd row... everything is fine in this form, each line has been formatted with different size of height... but I prefer to use a panel tabs (column shape) instead a form of accordion... I don't have the time to fix the code in the html as waste PSPad text editor...
