  I try to keep the 2 catalogues on 2 computers different sunchronized.  I export photos

  and collections (in fact a web gallery) from one computer to another, and

  I get an error "collection type mismatch", which prevents the photos to be a

  Bakery to the collection.  I have exported and imported the flash gallery template

  from one system to the other to ensure that the models are identical.  A

  LL as the photos, keywords and attributes seem to be imported correctly, but the photos are not added

  to the collection. Anyone with successful export/import of collections between computers?

  No. I just quit using all special collections. Only the regular use. Hope it gets fixed in LR3 and I can reuse print collections.

  Please follow the steps if you see black pictures after importation into Lightroom below:

  1. Turn off apply tone auto under Lightroom preferences settings

  2. restart Lightroom and then re-import images

  What is the destination folder that the date be underneath?  In the top right it says users who suggests, you try to put the photos on top of your username instead of under your username.  Maybe that's the problem.  So change your folder in the drop-down list at the bottom right of what it should be rather than users, and if you're going to show us the destination of your photos at least scroll through the list of folders down right so that we can see which is the white highlight.

  Here is how mine looks like if I want to put my photos imported under my subfolder users - Steve - photos by date:

  Hey everybody,

  I'm trying to help a friend with a problem he has with a synchronized in first CS6 PluralEyes sequence import. I wonder if anyone has experience this problem before or can point in the right direction on where to start looking for the problem.

  It's the email explaining me the problem he sent:

  "Let me explain first of all the workflow." It is a heavy project to split into 3, corresponding to our three main characters. We'll be working on the 3 characters separately and then import our sequence published in the main project to create our great cut. The question is when we import the pluraleyes synchronized sequences of our project of character for the main project using the option 'import the sequence selected. " At first, it works very well and we can see our sequence synchronized pluraleyes in our new main project but suddenly, all the audio of these plur. sequence appears in red. not in mode offline, but in red and nothing plays.
  It seems I've found how to solve the problem by importing the whole project, but it will do to the eachtime the heavier project. For the workflow, it would be easier to work with the lighter weight of possible project and only import the selected sequence synchronized, necessary in the main project.

  Possibly, you have made changes to your 'by default develop settings'. The default WB in Lightroom should be "under the shot" to view this selection has recently imported a file raw in the develop Module, click history in the left panel, click on the first import. (see screen capture) and then see what settings have been applied to import for the white balance it must be 'in the know '.

• After importing the photos

  I have several weird questions.  Firstly, my computer unplugged and died in the middle to start editing a series of photos after importing (I import using the option 'Copy').  Once I plugged the computer back in and open to new Lightroom, I got the error message there was a problem displaying my previews.  I tried to restart the program, and that didn't help. I tried restarting the computer and that did not work. Then I checked the forums and people told to remove the preview folder.  I did and Lightroom is finally open.  I tried to re - import the photos that I needed to edit because they are no longer there, but then I get the message "there is no picture to import" even if it's picture still in my computer and the disk, they came.  I don't know why when I imported the photos once, I can't do it a second time to change again.  Help!  I need to edit these photos!

  If Lightroom import them it means that really, they are already in your library. You may need to search for them. Just run a search for filename in the filter in case of «all photographs» bar If you still can't find not just imported with "don't import suspected duplicates" unchecked (in the file tab on the right of handling).

• LR4 will not import the photos from the D700

  I upgraded from of LR3, LR4. I can't import pictures from my Nikon D700 to LR4. I get an error message that says it can't find photos or a video to import. It shows the pictures in the preview window, the error message appears, and then turn off the preview windows. What is someone having the same problem? Someone at - there a work around?

  I hope that someone can help you.  I have been using my MacBook and iPhone 6 for many months now, whenever I plug my phone into the MacBook it opens iTunes and Photos and start to synchronize, until this week, I had no problem at all.

  This week, however, my MacBook suddenly decided that he would try and re - import about 1000 photos that were already in the library, there was more, but some appeared to be recognized as he highlighted the importation of all the new photos option, however it didn't delete photos on iPhone when they are imported.
