• What is the problem with the bridged networking option?

  I have an iMac intel with 2.5 GB of RAM under Snow Leopard, I recently installed VMware Fusion 3.0 and installed OpenSuse and Windows 7 as guest operating systems. Everything seems to work fine when I use the NAT option for networking. Whenever I try to use a network bridge or the internet or communication between the mac and one of 2 guests is possible (I have only run a prompt at the time). The system seems to create an 'unknown public network' that is an obstacle to any communication.

  Does anyone know what could be causing this?

  FWIW, I have no problems switching between NAT and Bridged under VMware Fusion 3.0 and Windows 7 or any other guest operating systems and with good connectivity between the host and guest network and/or reviews and comments.

  One thing to remember when you change the default value of NAT at the bridge while the Virtual Machine is running, then one needs to release/renew the IP address.  Take a look at: Understanding Networking in VMware Fusion

  As to which area Windows 7 puts the card network in the present has nothing to do with VMware Fusion and is only feature in Windows 7 and you, the user of Windows 7 need to learn and understand how the networking (including the Windows Firewall) is configured and works in Windows 7.

  Hey Ive had problems to install the following Windows 7 updates:

  Update cumulative security for Internet Explorer 8 for Windows 7 (KB978207)

  Update security for Windows 7 for x 64-based systems (KB975560)

  Whenever I try to install these updates I receive error 800b0100 code and 8007065E. I tried to make these updates with my disabled antivirus software to see if that was causing the problem, but it still doesn't work. I use Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. Oh I also forgot to mention that it is only these updates I have a problem with. All other updates installed fine.

• Trying to solve a problem with the list under display properties screensaver!

  When I try to put my screensaver, gout dwon displays a completely blank entry followed by (None) & the list of available screensavers.  Every time I choose (none), it is up to the last installed screen saver.

  An example: the last installed screen saver was ArcSoft Photobook screensaver.
  So, when I select (none) for no screensaver, it is up to the ArcSoft Photobook screensaver.

  This happens each & everytime I have add a new screen saver.
  (None) option always returns to the last screen saver installed.

  There are moments that I need the option screensaver set to (none).

  Any ideas on how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.

  Not sure as to what I did, however, my problem with the screen saver has been fixed.

  I've been messing around with a number of things that I thought might have caused this problem.  And wala, suddenly the problem existed no more!

• I can't receive e-mail of 1 specific address and this address has the same problem with mine.

  It is a problem with Thunderbird. I can email on the web client, but not through thunderbird for this one specific address.

  Thunderbird gets all messages if you use IMAP. If you are using pop, you get what's in the Inbox. This limitation is based on the Protocol of messaging of your choice. Even if your email provider may be in ages dark and offer only pop. But they would be in a very small minority, if that were the case.

• Problems with Mail running under the Sierra

  Mail does not display / download (PDFs, etc) attachments in emails that are sent to my e-mail hotmail.com account. The correct size of the email received is indicated, but the ether attachments are not visible or are not complete.   Often, with large attachments; I could not find a systematic reason I don't have a hotmail account, but just a normal IMAP account.

  Ping from A to B seems o.k. for abt 1 or 2 minutes, then no answer for about 3 to 5 minutes then answer OK again...

  the signal strength is about 50%, power 50mW

  This happens both on 5 11 MB, I tried different radio channels, this makes no difference.

  To exclude different subjects, I disabled wep and mac address filters

  The SSID is the same on all 3 br350, software version is 11.21

  the log on A file has the following messages:

  associated with the parent (macaddress)

  lost authentication with parent

  deauthenticating (macaddress), reason not authenticated.

  I need advice that we must then try to solve this problem...

• Problem with labels (bridge)

  Why I can't label tif files?  I have two images that were originally imported in Lightroom and then edited in Photoshop CC.  When I had finished editing, I clicked 'save', and they were created as .tif files.  They are rather large, 1 GB and 2 GB.  I gave them the labels of 'Blue' and 'green '.  When I now look at in Bridge (6.1.1.10 x 64), they are recognized as having 'blue' and 'green' labels that are not the typical bridge labels.  I'm given the labels of 'review' and 'approved', respectively, but if I use the label of the menu drop-down or CNTL + labels do not change.  I was able, somehow, to create in the folder one. BridgeLabelsAndRatings of the file with the correct values, but they still are not displayed in Bridge as "Review" and "approved."  Is this a problem of bridge?  Moreover, my operating system is Windows 10.

  Please remove the label from the images using the Lightroom and export another copy on the desktop and then try to assign the correct label according to the requirement.

  It is the 4th month of my laptop (Pavilion dv6 3050tx) & the battery is not working as it should.

  CASE 1:

  1. when the power adapter is connected: no current charging

  2. showing hp battery check: change the battery, failure ID: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

  After a certain time (like 2, 3 or 5 min):

  CASE 2: *

  1. when the power adapter is connected: recharge

  2. showing hp battery check: Status OK

  * Somtimes works well (status ok) & sometimes (poor condition).

  * Then after somtime CASE 1

  Please sombody help, what should I do ?

  Hello

  First, stop the laptop, unplug the AC adapter unplugged, remove the battery and then press and hold the power button for a minute.

  Now, plug in the power adapter and start the PC without the battery inserted, start Notepad, open windows control panel, open Device Manager, expand the entry for the Batteries, do a right-click on theMicrosoft ACPI compatible with battery control method and selectUninstall - do uninstall not something else here.  When the uninstall is complete, shut down the PC, unplug the AC adapter, reinsert the battery and then start the PC on just the battery.  Windows will automatically reinstall the driver - let Windows for a few minutes with nothing running. Then shut down the PC again.  Plug the AC adapter / back in and start the laptop to see if it contributed to the issue.

• Problem with internet connection under Windows XP.

  my mother had a computer of second hand for Christmas.  Windows xp. She has difficulty to connect to the internet. It don't seem to be able to validate the certificate, whatever that means.   Do a right click - go to the review mode.

  Then right click on the image to add a label.

  I think you can change labels and colors in the bridge itself.

• What is the problem with Bridge CS6?

  I have recently experienced a wave of strange problems with Adobe Bridge CS6 (5.0.2.4). Basically, it seems no longer to be able to recognize the metadata. Include the list of malfunctions: No EXIF data displayed, cannot launch the ACR, is unable to rotate images, metadata thumbnails do not display dimensions (a space where the dimensions should be), previews full screen are small, Bridge does not recognize or display changes made to images in ACR, Star ratings disappear or cannot be sorted. I find every day a new problem. ACR and Photoshop are quantity. Running on Mac OS X 10.9.2. Seems to have failed shortly after an update from Adobe.

  From my point of view, it looks like an Adobe problem, because the last thing to change on my system was an update of Adobe. Everything was working well after my most recent OS update. So I do not immediately suspect Mavericks. Anyone else having these problems? Any ideas on a solution or a repair? Already done the 'opt-click' on the launch reset/purge, etc..

• Problems with the 64-bit on Pavilion a6620f Vista Factory restore

  I had a hard drive failure and restoration on a new hard drive. The original HD is a 500 GB Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 model ST 3500620AS. The new HD is a 500 GB Seagate Barracuda 7200 model ST 3500641AS - RK. I bought a set of restore for this HP computer disks.

  First problem was that disk 1 does not start from the internal CD/DVD drive. My Seagate drive boots fine on the same drive! I used an external USB CD/DVD drive and restore disks worked well on that. I went through the process of factory restore and in the end, I get an error message "installing Windows could not configure Windows to run on this computer hardware." I tried to change the BIOS setting from ACHI and IDE to SATA RAID with no luck. I tried to unplug the USB CD drive before the first reboot. That no longer works.  I unplugged the internal CD drive and tried different combinations with no luck. Need help I have run out of things to try! Does anyone have any ideas/thoughts?

  I have a workaround if all goes well, you can use to get Vista on your PC...

  If you can read your 25-character product key MS, you can make your own Windows Vista installation disc. You just download the 3 files you need on the link below and read all the instructions to create a Setup bootable DVD disk using imageburn.

  It was not so hard to do. I burned both the disk of 64-bit and 32-bit disk in case I ever need them.

  I tested both of them (just before going forward with the actual facility) and they seem to work perfectly.

  Apparently, when you enter the product key, he knows which version of Vista you have.
