I bought a subscription to photoshop and lightroom for PC, but CC is still saying I should buy subscription. I tried all methods to solve this problem, but it did not help. What should I do?

Problems with my subscription...
I bought and pay for a full subscription of "all apps". For some reason any "subscription free CC" is also marked as 'active' under my account details.
This has created problems with active Adobe and storage. I have 2 GB of storage in the cloud (even if I have to pay for 20 GB) and active Adobe in the application of CC desktop

on my acer travel mate 6292 which I just upgraded to windows 8 pro recently got a problem with teredo tunneling adapter.
