Problems with my subscription...

I bought and pay for a full subscription of "all apps". For some reason any "subscription free CC" is also marked as 'active' under my account details.
This has created problems with active Adobe and storage. I have 2 GB of storage in the cloud (even if I have to pay for 20 GB) and active Adobe in the application of CC desktop
says I need a full subscription "all apps" (which I did not). I have been in contact several times via chat with Adobe, but I am told that someone will contact me by e-mail (don't have).
so I was hoping someone here knows what to do, or what is the cause? :-)
