Problems with my subscription...
I bought and pay for a full subscription of "all apps". For some reason any "subscription free CC" is also marked as 'active' under my account details.
This has created problems with active Adobe and storage. I have 2 GB of storage in the cloud (even if I have to pay for 20 GB) and active Adobe in the application of CC desktop
says I need a full subscription "all apps" (which I did not). I have been in contact several times via chat with Adobe, but I am told that someone will contact me by e-mail (don't have).
so I was hoping someone here knows what to do, or what is the cause? :-)

Hello I have a problem with Adobe Stock.

Today, I logged on Adobe Stock and I noticed that I got more than 10 pictures.

Open the Adobe Creative Cloud application then go to preferences then sign out and then sign back with the same Adobe ID that you used to purchase the subscription photographers, that is to say the same e-mail address and password.

I had an account for CC for quite awhile and a few weeks back he was interrupted when I tried to update to Photoshop by an ad for a free trial. This seems to be the only way to go on my screen.
The trial is time expired and now and I can access Photoshop without going through a free trial ad (which I couldn't since I just had a). I can access to Lightroom, but not Photoshop.
Can I please continue with the subscription that I have which is CC with Photoshop and Lightroom?

I recently bought a new subscription to BitDefender Anti Virus for my new Mac running OS X El Capitan. I had on my previous Mac, running OS X Yosemite. My husband now uses my old Mac and it has updated to the new subscription very well. My new Mac will not recognize the new subscription and will not work the old BitDefender or the other. With the help of the BitDefender Support, I tried several was to install, but after installation, it won't let me past the login page. BitDefender support says there is a problem with my keychain and I will need to uninstall and reinstall OS X El Capitan. I really hate to do this! Has anyone else had a similar problem? Any suggestions on how to fix?

Yes. "BitDefender" is worse than useless and you should get rid of it.
Please remove "BitDefender Antivirus" by following the instructions on this page. I can't guarantee the effectiveness of these instructions. If they do not work, see the developer for more information.
Back up all data before making any changes. Never install a software "anti-virus" or "anti-malware" again.
