  Sir, I just uninstalled the program and installed it again and my version of lightroom just changed to 2015.5.1 but others still facing this problem and I personally think that this is not a good way to solve this problem, nobody don't want to redownload the entire program for this.   I used ccleaner, after finishing, I was not able to access to word or ppt... I am getting error 1719 and problems with windows install and I got dnssd missing dll, but I put one in Wow64. I really don't know where the problem lies... I tried everything from softbooting to sfc/scannow... I have windows 7... I copied the log on the desktop and I noticed this repetition:

  ->, You might be able to repair the damage with the system restore. It allows setting up Windows to a point before using CCleaner.

  The police seem fine in design mode, but it does not when preview/export.

  EDIT: I noticed now that it works ok with engligh but not with the Greek. I still can't get it to work.

  I suggest you to try the steps below and check if it helps.

  Verify that the Windows Installer service is running or not.

  Start the Windows Installer service.
  a. Click Start, type services.msc and press to enter.
  b. in the list of items, double-click Windows installation service.
  c. change the startup type to automatic and click on the Start button to start the service.
  d. click on apply and then click ok.

  e. restart the computer.

  Check whether the problem is resolved.

  Hello. I am running windows 7, try to install the latest version of Java. Failed to install, I get the following error message:

  Error 1723. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact you staff support or package of the seller.
  I have already searched the internet for a solution and have tried a number of things that have been proposed, including:
  -try "offline" installation of Java.
  -cleaning the registry with CCleaner.
  -try to uninstall any failure installs with Windows Installer Clean Up-> no installation of Java have been found.
  None of these suggested solutions have solved my problem.

  Try the following to correct the setup of Windows 1723 error.

  a. to correct this error, you must ensure that you have the latest version of InstallShield. If this isn't the case, then update to correct the error.

  b. If the installation cannot find the necessary files, try using the search function of the window to locate the files and specify the location for the installation process.

  c. you must log on as an administrator before installing.

  d. If you install on a network, make sure you have full access to the network location where the installation is running.

  e. try the reinstatement of Windows Installer.

• Problems with synchronization to Lightroom Mobile

  I have the following problem with Lightroom Mobile synchronization:

  In Lightroom desktop, it seems that the collections will be uploaded correctly (number of images down to zero). The changes will be also loaded.

  In the web interface, I see somtetimes collections and sometimes not. I can make it appear if I chose the "make public collection" in Lightrrom desktop.

  In the iOS App there is absolutely nothing happens: "it has no collection.

  I have recent versions of all the operating systems and of applications. I deleted and reinstalled the iOS app.

• Problems with keywords in Lightroom 5.6

  I had a HUGE problem with Lightroom since update at 5.6. Keywords are not applied successfully for the selected photos. Sometimes they apply on the last SET of selected pictures, even if I purposely made a "don't select anything" and then chose a single photo. Sometimes they are applied to the whole of the collection even if the entire collection has not been previously selected. I can usually get the help of the keywords applied to the photo (or photos) right if I quit Lightroom and restart-apply keywords to a photo or group of photos, rinse and repeat. It is highly aggravating. Sometimes it does not work yet and the keywords apply to all the or apply to all photos in the grid, either a collection or a folder...

  Have you tried to remove preferences?  See preferenceand other locations of files in Lightroom 5.  Note that on more recent versions of Mac OS, you must restart after the removal of preferences, because the operating system can be cached.

  This dust of magical fairy watering often corrects the bizarre behavior of LR.

  Indeed the DocProc component seems not related with the D110 model, have you had any previous HP model?

  If so what model was it?

  I guess it's in conflict with some old reminder of HP software

  In Control Panel, select programs and features, then type HP in the search bar.

  How many HP applications do you see? a list of these items could help.

  Try the link below and click Run now:

  Of the screen, select apply automatic difficulty, and then select uninstall.

  Look at the list, if there is no article listed as DocProc uninstall.

  Once you're done open the temp folder, as described in my previous post.

  Open the installation folder, then the Scan folder and select Repair for Scan.msi.

  Once you are restarting your PC and try to scan the image.

• Problem with CC / CC Lightroom / Photoshop CC

  Expensive - there seems that struck me a few problems 'standard' with activation of the software CC - I subscription CC and about two months (since the update in Feb2016) CC does not work.

  When I install LR/PS of CC app, I got 'trial expiré' information - then tried to disconnect / Help menu (' "Thanks for subscribing"), tried to reinstall Adobe utility CC app, tried to uninstall the Adobe.com site... problem still persist.
