    -Once you see office, start a scan Disk Utility to detect and repair file system errors (remember to choose your primary hard drive)

    -Click on the disc to check, then, if requested to solve the problems on the repair disk

    -After that click on verify disk permissions, and then click Repair disk permissions

    -Once the process is complete, stop your Mac and turn it on again after 30 seconds

    Please describe the problem in more detail?

    Try to reset the settings of Safari:

    1. open Safari

    2. click on the Safari menu at the top (to the right of the Apple logo)

    3. Select the Preferences/Privacy tab

    4. click on remove all data from the Web site

    5. close Safari.

    Remove cache Safari files:

    1. click on finder

    2. look for the menu GO to top

    3. click on GO and hold down the option key. This will show a user library folder.

    4. click library and find the Caches folder

    5. in the folder caches com.apple.Safari Ouvrezledossier

    6. move the Cache.db file Trash.

    This should solve the problem. If it does not help, try to disable the Safari extensions

    1. open Safari

    2. click on the Safari menu at the top (to the right of the Apple logo)

    3. Select Preferences

    4. find the Extensions tab

    I have several problems with Safari:

    -It shows the URL/website address twice (side by side). Let's say the line below is my address bar:

    And if it's a long URL, you can not read more because it's a URL on top of the other/same URL (so they are overlapping)

    -Even if I open new tabs, it will not show the underside of the bar and I have to close all other tabs to access a specific tab

    -I can't type something into the address bar and have it redirect me to google

    -When I get a letter now, it suggests not only all used frequently sites more

    -Quite often I can't even enter anything in the address bar

    I also closed and reopened Safari, rebooted my Mac and deleted the history, cookies and caches.

  • Problem with Safari

    Whenever I use Safari (including YouTube) and opening pages, or even just scrolling of text or pages, Safari stops working. I can't click anywhere, I can't close the window, I can not CLICK at ALL! Do I have to do, therefore, is to right click on the safari icon, press "Quit". Then relaunch the application (losing all my windows) to make it work again. It happened more then 10 times in the last hour! While Safari is blocked, all other applications work without any problem. I type with Safari now, I'd be happy if I can get at the end of this post!

    I use Magic Mouse,

    on an iMac from early 2009 (3, 06GHz Intel Core 2 Duo. 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3)

    I'm Chrome until solve you the problem

    Force Quit Safari (command + option + ESC keys). Then restart Safari by holding down the SHIFT key.

    If this does not fix it, then download and runMalwareBytes. Malwarebytes was developed by one of our colleagues here to ASC. He received rave reviews and is on the more proven anti-malware for Mac software.

    I have an iPhone of Apple 6s.  9.3.5 iOS operating system.  I looked into Safari and clicked on a Web site.  Immediately a page came saying "alert Apple, Safari crashed" and then immediately taking me to an email as I would send saying I had to call a number, that I've not found on any of the websites Apple officials.  The message also says my credit card and bank information was at risk.  I had on my laptop that I am unable to do anything with safari on my iPhone now.    I tried to call Apple's Support on the legitimate Web site but didn't know that they don't open until 07:00 in the morning.  I have tried to go through Apple's online chat, but keep just have been brought back to a message saying that I need to call or put to have someone call me.  If someone has had this problem and how it was resolved?  I shut my phone down and back several times, but nothing has changed.   For any info or suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!

  • Major problems with all versions of Skype 6. Need help

    So I do experience wih prolems any version of Skype 6.

    When he settled at the time when I restarted the PC, it has been updaed to 6.18 (appears as Skype 6.3 in "Add/Remove Programs" just for that, say.)
    Now, I'm fine with that, as I have means that some the Skype service works.
    What I am not satisfied, is that Skype does not load.

    Picure this:
    An older model netbook (Acer Ferrari One 200 to be am.), running on the same OS, it came with 4 years earlier and used by my moher to do computer mundane things like banking online and facebook.
    It has seen better days... but everything worked. And since it uses the PC for skyping with family, she needs.
    Now, it was an urgent need for an update so I have obscured the disc and slammed into Win7 Professional x 64 and updated until today. Everything went well, until I loaded Skype.

    Skype loads its window, but it has a white screen and when I hover above the mouse keeps flickering from the top down and with the loading circle.
    I thought I'd take just the time of loading, but after 2 hours of doing nothing, I deleted and tried using older versions, with no luck.

    I went to uninstall Internet Explorer 11 of the option "Turn on / off Windows features.
    The second PC started after the RS, Skype loaded correctly.
    This means that Skype needs files are only some of the updates surrounding and not IE itself.
    From this perspective, that would mean that these updates should be part of the updates required for Windows 7 and not optional according to it if we have IE installed or not, or at least now that Skype is owned by Microsoft that these updates should be added if Skype is present, if Internet Explorer is present.
    If here belong to other programs like Skype that are Microsot who require these updates to work, they should be added to the update list if this specific program is present on a Windows 7 system.
    It makes no sense that the functionality of the program, a program owned by Microsoft, would not have these done updates availible for her if Internet Explorer 11 is not present on the system.
    I know this is a problem with very little, but it's always a program however.
    What can be done to fix this?

    Y at - there a line of code that can be added to Skype that would make it possible to access that the MS update of database in order to install these updated files basic features needed?

    Hello. I was searching on the web and I don't know how, but I could not load other pages.

    The problem is: my site camputer will complete but after that show noting loading. Only a blank page.

    so I opened firefox on mac, but still noting rest then my camputer but has changed and after that I stopped and reset and then reset smc, finally, I ran disk utility and no thing changed.

    I have to say two things:

    some sites like google or wiki will open but page even apple is not.

    I can't open all the pages with windows and iphone so no problem with the network.

    Please read this message before doing anything.

    This procedure is a diagnostic test. It is unlikely to solve your problem. Don't be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.

    The test is intended to determine if the problem is caused by a third-party software that loads automatically at startup or logon, by a device, by a police conflict or corruption of system files or some system caches.

    Disconnect all devices wired except those required to test and remove all the expansion cards from secondary market, as appropriate. Start in safe mode and log on to the account of the problem.

    Note: If FileVault is enabled in OS X 10.9 or an earlier version, or if a firmware password is defined, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can not do this. Ask for additional instructions.

    Safe mode is much slower to boot and run as normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things work at all, including an audio output and a Wi - Fi connection on some models. The next normal boot can also be a bit slow.

    The login screen is displayed even if you usually connect automatically. You need your password to log on. If you have forgotten the password, you will have to reset it before you begin.

    Test in safe mode. Same problem?

    After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and make sure you always have the problem. View the results of the test.

    Question 1: My camera does not work. When I click on the camera icon, it says "could not start the camera.

    After hitting my head for several days, I left my phone to completely drain the battery until it empties. I left him in the same position without pressing a key or slide the screen for about 30 minutes.

    I had a problem trying to open the trial version of Fireworks CS3. Here is the message I received:

    Click on leave to see if rebooting your computer or by reinstalling the software solves this problem. Otherwise, click on continue to display a screen where you can enter a valid serial number to start using the product without judgment.

    For your information, I have reinstalled the fireworks (always use uninstall it and reinstall and I give a try to the REPAIR feature) 3 times. I restarted the o/s over 10 times. I had the same problem with Dreamweaver, but fix it by reinstalling from the CD as plug us the product. I expect to buy fireworks at the end of the trial, given that the budget will be available at this time there, but not now, and I have never seen this problem before.

    Again, there is another problem that seems to appear around June 2007, where few people had but never had any answer to the problem. I hope I have more success!

    just to tell you that I have contact customer support but without success since I was dealing with the trial and they do not provide support for the trial version. They told me that I have to buy the product and I'll have 30 days to fix the problem (where they can help me as soon as I buy the product) otherwise they can give the money back within 30 days.

    It is not so expensive but $300 is always something that I'd spent with confidence. Fortunately - for Adobe - I know very well this product (fireworks) since version a lot and I'm already comfortable with the product. I'm a little disappointed by the process of their tech support (I never call tech support before) and wonder if I have to put that in my decision to purchase or not for our company!

    One thing that makes me laugh a little, it was than "charm" Lady on the phone suggested to post my question on the online Forum to get help from the community! I think it will be a vicious circle for this question but I will push a bit more where I can find something to fix the problem (and especially to understand what is the problem in the case of "next time").
