Problems with the creative Cloud/Flash Professional? (Run system restore, Flash has been deleted...)

I did a system restore to restore my computer as it was 24 hours ago to solve PC problems (could not uninstall some programs that I was going to reinstall to resolve performance issues); I have three other my computer Adobe programs that are still there, but where the Flash was my latest acquisition, it was deleted when I performed the system restore. When I tried to re - download the program, CC still consider that Flash is still on my computer. I uninstalled and reinstalled CC, passed through the program files for traces of Flash (do not delete or change this either, but also did not find everything related to Flash), deleted the Temp folder, tried to download Flash Professional CC directly on the CC site, but none of them brought no change. Is there a way to manually download Flash, or "reset" CC to get the opinion of that Flash is no longer on my computer?
