Problems with the update of CS6 of Adobe Application Manager

Hello. I already bought and installed Photoshop CS6. A few days ago, I signed up for but also signed up for the monthly subscription of CC in order to get all updates and future versions. As soon as my Adobe Application Manager has been installed it tells me that a few updates were available and that they have downloaded and installed correctly. Yesterdat I was tild that another major update was available. No problem to download, but the payment is interrupted and told me that the update failed. Journal error reports attached:

13.1.2 for cloud creative Photoshop

Failed installation. Error code: U44M1P7

    I was getting a long error while trying to open PPro CS6.  I thought that I would like to uninstall just PPro CS6 and now it seems to have disappeared and now I am unable to reinstall.  My Application Manager shows the "Adobe first Pro CS6 family" to be "up-to-date".  I need to reinstall PPro CS6.  Can someone help me?

    I tried logging on my cloud account and download the app PPro CS6 once again, but nothing happens.

    -Rendering account I had to uninstall but still not only PPro CS6, and other elements.  The application manager now acknowledges that PPro CS6 disappeared.  Downloaded re and re install now.

  • I just wanted to know at all, if you encounter a problem with the update of creative cloud as if I was (error 1001), I discovered that my Webroot AntiVirus has been the origin of the problem. I turned it off and it updated correctly. Hope that helps some

    My iphone 6 has started having the same problem. Its literally the GPS. Saying that it does not find me at all. Ive seen say location for more than an hour in the suburbs of chicago. It started to happen to me after I downloaded the latest update for the iphone. I hope they react and let you know what is happening because I'm dying to know as well.

    I'm on a macbook pro, Snow Leopard 10.6.8
    I have a plan for photoshop CC and it works perfectly (I pay a monthly price for it and it is all ok).

    I'd really like the ability to use Creative Cloud sync, in order to have the same settings, when I switch from pc to mac (I use both extensively).

    At the moment I have Adobe Application Manager installed on my macbook pro.

    Adobe Application Manager is not up-to-date on its own.

    If I try to download creative cloud and install it, it opens Adobe Application Manager and stop there. Does not install creative cloud.

    I also tried to uninstall MAO, but it seems that I couldn't, so I used the Adobe cleaning tool and I eliminate AAM. Then I downloaded the installer of creative cloud again and I tried to install it, but it installed Adobe Application Manager instead!

    For Mac OS Snow leopard Desktop Application 10.6.8 creative Cloud is not compatible. It is compatible with Mac 10.7 and later.

    10.6.8 works with Adobe Application Manager only. This is the reason why, regardless of how many times you try to install creative cloud, it will install Adobe Application manager.

    • You have the graphical configuration Swichable?
    • As Mylenium says you must add this parameter in graphic control panel so that Photoshop can detect your card.

    I have recently moved from perpetual LR to the LRCC.  To do this, I downloaded and installed the program "creative cloud."  I also downloaded and installed the Psalm I find I have the latest version of LR, but PS 2015.1.2.   I have read many power outages of Adobe FAQ etc, but still problems.  On the one hand, my request for clouds to create does not say "Creative cloud", it's called "Adobe Application Manager."  Even when I redownloaded the creative cloud program, I get the same result.  Many troubleshooting FAQ have to do with the feature on the 'Creative cloud' application, I can't make them on "Adobe Application Manager."  No matter what I do, in the Adobe Application Manager or a manual "Check for Update" in Photoshop CC, it tells me that I am aware of nothing else available.  Yet he clearly also tells me I have 2015.1.2.   I tried signing and return several times.  So my questions: 1) is equivalent to Adobe Application Manager creative Cloud / if not, how can I get Creative Cloud.  (2) how to upgrade my programs?  I know that these are the basis and I searched the FAQ and troubleshooting files without result.  Thanks in advance.

    Dungeon updates not only give me an error code 8007066F Windows Update encountered an unknown error. I don't know when I search this error code. Should I try a different approach to the update? I am running Windows Vista Ultimate 32 bit.

    After beating my head against the wall for several hours (days) research and try a lot of different things I contacted the support of Microsoft Office. While there was time, their Tech Support solved the problem that apparently was having problems with the installation of Microsoft Office that would not allow updating. The solution required unistalling all the Office applications, doing some cleaning and then reinstall Office. Once this was done the updates installed successfully, like Service Pack 2. It was required a research engineer - it was way beyond my abilities. I am pleased to say that the problem is solved and I can't stress enough how much I care I just started with this option and saved manny, many hours of time and frustration. Experience with the support person, that I have had - spread over some time - has been remarkable. You save time and headaches - if you find any information on your error code get help from M/S even if you have to pay for it. If your time is worthless as it's well worth.

    Please remove Muse by using the uninstall program in the two programs and features or in/Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers according to your operating system.  Then you should be able to reinstall via Adobe Application Manager.
