  From what you described, it is possible that the processor, the RAM and the motherboard are all damaged. Or also the cold of power supply the problem (which could be checked for appropriate using a voltmeter).   I'm not an expert, but maybe don windows to see the t the correct CPU speed. I recommend you to use a tool (clock THG) which indicates the speed of the processor.

  I downloaded iTunes 9 on my Tobisha laptop Satellite last night and put about 2.5 GB of music on it. I didn't upload the music from the internet. I used MP3s, I had for a few years.

  When I went to boot up the laptop this morning the loading process took some time, but it never loaded to the login screen. I just see the bottom of MicroSoft. Is there a compatibility problem with Vista and iTunes? Maybe I put too much music on my laptop?

  Boot in safe mode and delete iTunes and all the music I downloaded would solve the problem? Or it is less simple than that?

  Well, this can be caused by more than one thing.  It may be that World of Warcraft focuses on your audio hardware.  You can try to reduce the audio settings in WoW to see if this makes the use of Ventrilo better.  It may also be a driver problem.  I would check to make sure that you have the latest drivers for your audio device.  What kind of material is in the coffeemaker you all this running on?  If it is not powerful enough you can often get audio glitches.  WoW itself could have priority on the processor, so that other tasks get less time CPU.  When you reduce WoW, is no longer a priority that is why you can hear everyone Ok.  Usually if your audio hardware is powerful enough or your processor is fast enough, you can do both.
