  • Lost audio in a video clip when imported for Premiere pro cc 2015?

    Hello,

I've never had a problem like this with pp...

I have here a video which lasts 15 minutes I need to edit. The format of the mp4 video file and the acoustics are ACC (I think).

When I import into PP, the audio is cut off after 6 minutes in the video when I see it, but when I look at the video playback in another application (vlc) audio in the video is perfect in everything - no break points or dead silence, so I know that there is nothing wrong with the video recording.

Someone knows how to solve this problem with Premiere Pro? I tried to restart the application; no difference

    falll.jpg

Whence the video clip? Judging by the name of the clip, could be the game screenshot? Lots of capture software seems to capture an image variable rate video, who does not like the first. Convert the clip via HandBrake software at a standard rate may be the answer if that's the case.

  • Rendering option and video playback greyed out on Premiere Pro CC 2014

I can't even click on the decline of rendering and video playback in the drop down menu as it is grayed out.

I have a 2 GB GeForce GTX 660 card that deserves to be supported because it has enough memory. I am running Windows 7.

Would really appreciate if anyone has a solution, how to enable the Mercury playback engine in this situation.

Managed to solve the problem by downloading and installing the CUDA GeForce drivers as well as graphics card firmware update.

The playback engine Mercury itself enabled in first after the updates.

  • Video focus on Android

    Hey everybody!

We live a minor weirdness with videos on Android devices. You wonder if this may be a bug in the generator of reports, as with other Android one, we discovered recently.

This is a discussion branched out from: Re: Android - frame scrolling drop shadows add

If the question is about video playback on android devices. It seems that even when we run a single folio orientation (landscape only) when playback begins, the video turns and plays as if the device is in portrait orientation (without moving the camera or whatever it is).

We use a 1280 x 800 specifically Folio for samsung target tablets, and videos are all coded to 640px x 360px and are all H.264 mp4 files.

Folio Viewer Version is 26. inDesign CC and all tools DPS are up-to-date.

We played with a lot of settings etc, but nothing seems to affect the issue of orientation.

Ideas that anyone can get would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks in advance.

Just to document the fix clearly for anyone else experiencing this problem.

Go to settings > device > accessibility > Auto rotating screen

Enable this setting. Videos must now respect the orientation of the device.

  • 2014.0.1 update blocks video playback

Since downloading the update of 2014.0.1 , my video playback will run for about 30 seconds and then systematically will freeze the right of the image before moving on to the next item. Audio continues to play in the next clip, while the frozen frame is on the screen.

Yesterday, a member of the Adobe technical support team did the following:

-increased le available in preview to 13 instead of 11 GB RAM

-changed my Renderer to: Mercury Playback Engine Accelerator GPU (OpenCL) instead of mercury only playback software

However, this did not prevent the problem from happening.

Change the resolution in the monitor of playback of full, 1/2 or 1/4 does not solve the problem either.

Everyone knows about this problem?  Any suggestions?

    Thank you.

  • SkyDrive - Android phone does video playback

I downloaded the SkyDrive app for my android phone, but as soon as I click on the video recorded (saved on my computer), a pop up box appears. The States of the zone, "file not could be opened. Sorry, it didn't there has not installed applications to open this type of file. ' Y at - it an app, I need or that you can download to a mobile video playback?

Well, it depends on the file type (format) you are trying to play.

The standard video player that comes with the Android OS supports all formats. Little actually, formats such as AVI, MP4.

Try other video players like mVideo and a few others that support a variety of formats.

  • How to change the rendering used for video playback in Windows Media Center Version 6 engine

I usually use other media players, but I would like to first of all using Windows Media Center. However for the moment video playback is not good because of the weird colors (everything is displayed in black and Red instead of normal colors). When you use other media players, I use the Haali rendering engine which gives good results for video playback.

Can you tell me how to change the rendering used by Windows Media Center?

Also, I noticed the same weird color effect in Windows Media Player 11.

    Hi Woobee,

    1. What is the brand and model of the computer?

    2. what graphics card use on the computer?

If you are using an Nvidia graphics card on the computer, in the Nvidia Desktop Manager, you will find an option for saturation to ensure it is set to 100%.

And if you are any other graphics card on the computer and search for a similar option for saturation.

If the previous step fails in Windows media player, so be sure that the hue and Saturation are defined by default.

    1. click on the arrow on the tabplaying , point to enhancements, and then clickcolor picker.

    2. do one of the following:

    1. to return to the default color, click thereset link.

Also, make sure that the video settings are set by default.

    1. start the playback of a file.

    2. click on the arrow on the tabplaying , point to improvements, and then clickvideo settings.

    3. click onreset.

Check also in Windows Media Center if the

    1. on theStart screen, go to tasks, click settings, clickgeneral, then Visual and sound effects.

    2. undercolors ensure that Windows media center standard is enabled.

  • Reading problem, when I playback my video it only plays for 2 seconds and stops, I upgraded my ram from 4 GB to 8 GB

When I playback my video it only plays for 2 seconds and stops, I upgraded my ram from 4 GB to 8 GB, im using adobe production premium cs6

Here is my card in my machine.

    Model name: Mac Pro

    Model identifier: MacPro1, 1

Name of the processor: Dual-Core Intel Xeon

    Processor speed: of 2.66 GHz

    Number of processors: 2

    Total number of Cores: 4

L2 cache (per CPU): 4 MB

    Memory: 8 GB

    Bus speed: 1.33 GHz

It is found on all projects, I'm still under snow leopard, I have a NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT graphics card, and yes the playhead stops after a second reading of a video in the source and program window.

After hours of research and troubleshooting, I managed to solve the problem by signing on the standard user and account logging in as an administrator. Somewhere in the standard user account prevents play video.

I'll recreate a different standard user account and see if that fixes the problem.

    Thanks for your response

  • No picture for video playback in WMP12, VLC or QT but don't brush on video playback in IE or Firefox for example with Youtube

Very strange, recently my main account on desktop PC does not display a picture on the video playback but video playback works fine on any other user accounts on the same PC.  I rebooted WMP12, AMD video card drivers, flash, etc. QT.  Run the WMP rearmament as suggested in these pages.  However, there are no drivers or CODECS because on the other account user video playback works fine.   Windows 7 Edition Home Premium on the desktop with a two year videocard, AMD - all standard hardware that worked well before.

I don't see what is different in this user account.

    Ideas?

    Hello

Video content probably uses a compression codec that is not installed on your computer.

This problem is specific to a particular video?

  • iOS 10 video playback stops working until you restart

I have an iPad Mini retina, and since the upgrade to iOS 10.0.01, a short period of use causes videos to stop working.

Videos in Safari, Chrome, YouTube etc. appear in the cache (saturated with progress on the top bar), but no response to play. The first image of a video appears, but only in the form of static image. I am able to change the static image displayed by rubbing them at any point in the video, but playback will not occur.

The only thing that allows video playback is again restart the device (apps force closing, locking and unlocking etc. doesn't help).

    Hello, Sunkai!

Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. I understand from your post that you're having trouble playing videos on your iPad mini; the video will start but will be stuck as a single image, as if the buffering and never take back (at least until you restart). I mainly use my iPad for watching videos, so I know it's important that they play in fact; I'm happy to help you!

I have some troubleshooting I can offer to you. Before you begin, create a backup of your iPad using iCloud or iTunes, following the instructions here: How to back up your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch

Once you have your backup, try the following steps, in order. A video test after each step and will stop when the problem is resolved.

    1. Make sure your iOS software is up-to-date. In the last week, iOS 10.0.2 came out. Use the following article to get help update: update the iOS on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch software
    2. If this happens on a Wi - Fi connection, try restarting the network you are using from the router or the modem (if possible). If it is a private (for example, your home network) WiFi network, try to remove all the devices on the network, then by simply adding your iPad in return.
    3. Try a different network.
    4. Reset the network settings on your iPad under settings > general > reset > reset network settings. This will affect all personal data (like your photos, contacts, calendar of events, etc.) but it will remove saved passwords, and Wi - Fi networks one previously used settings APN or VPN and all paired Bluetooth device.
    5. Restore your iPad settings, following the steps described here: use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore the iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to factory settings

Once the restore is complete, configure the iPad as a new device (i.e. without using the backup that you created earlier, at least temporarily). You can sign in iCloud, iTunes and App Store, iMessage and FaceTime with your Apple ID test then a video.

If the problem is resolved, you can restore your backup by the information here: restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch from a backup

    Have a great day!
