Profile of Pro - 1 for "Photo paper Premium Matte"

Just got a Pro-1 and a few packets of Canon "Photo Paper Pro Premium, Matt" were included in the agreement. Installed everything, say the instructions with the paper "select"Photo Paper Pro Premium"" Matt for the media Type setting, but I don't have this profile. Here are the profiles I see installed in CC of Photoshop, Photoshop CS 4 and 5 of Lightroom:

Canon PRO - 1 v1-1 new 2/3 Fine Art Paper Photo Rag
Canon PRO - 1 v1-1 new 2/3 Fine Art Museum Etching
Canon PRO - 1 v1-1 new 2 other Fine Art paper 1
Canon PRO - 1 v1-1 new 2 other Fine Art Paper 2
Canon PRO - 1 v1-1 new 1/2 other glossy paper
Canon PRO-1 v1-1 new 1/2/3 Photo Paper Plus Glossy & gold
Canon PRO - 1 v1-1 new 4 Photo Paper Plus Glossy & Gold
Canon PRO-1 v1-1 new 1/2/3 Photo Paper Plus Glossy II N
Canon PRO - 1 v1-1 new 4 Photo Paper Plus Glossy II N
Canon PRO - 1 v1-1 new luster paper Photo 1/2/3
Luster paper Photo Canon PRO-1 v1-1 new 4
Canon PRO - 1 v1-1 new 2/3 paper Photo Mat
Canon PRO - 1 v1-1 new 1/2/3 Photo Paper Pro Platinum
Canon PRO - 1 v1-1 new 1/2/3 Photo Paper Plus Glossy
Canon PRO-1 v1-1 new 4 Photo Paper Plus semi-Gloss

I don't think that generic matte photo paper is the right profile.

I thought that maybe I needed to plug Print Studio Pro installed, but that was of no help. And trying to use Print Studio Pro has been no help, he opened but just sitting and cycled in CS4 and Lightroom, never reached a point where I could do something with it. It is never installed in Photoshop CC.

The Canon site search not found me an for this article standalone ICC profile. What Miss me? Thank you.

  • ... My BRAND NEW HP Officejet Pro 8630 load photo paper...

I just bought a HP Officejet Pro 8630 and it will NOT print on paper HP Premium Plus Photo or a generic brand of paper photo.  I just unboxed and configure all web settings.  Printing on plain paper works fine; However, when I place a small load of ~ 20 sheets of paper in the UPPER tray, the printer is trying to load then present and error message "Out of Paper".  I can then immediately turn around and put a single or the stack of paper in the upper tray and the printer will print.  I tried a single sheet of photo on a stack of regular paper, remove the stack of photo paper and loosening the battery in order to ensure that they don't are not glued together, as well as turn off the printer and the cleaning of all THE rolls by instructional video of HP and it still DOES NOT... (out of paper message).

I got exactly the same problem with an Officejet Pro 8600 this printer just replaced.  I had a similar but even more frustrating problem with HP 8500Pro; None of them will properly load the photo paper.  I do not know how to choose the type of appropriate paper via the print from the application menu and I tried to choose the types of paper "regularly."  No solution worked.  I'll take my stack of photo papers to the store chain that I bought the printer since they have the same model of 8630 display.  I will then try to print a test them to see if the same error occurs.  If it works there, I'll take this point to poor quality HP control and quickly return my printer.  If them does not load, I have to draw them on paper photo off their tray, and then try again.

    Please help...

    Update:

I went back to the store I bought the printer from.  They had Xerox 80 lb stock in Tray 1 and it printed without problem.  I took a stack of my HP Premium Plus Photo Paper (~ 20 sheets), removed their and mine inserted into Tray 1.  It would not load the paper and gave the same error 'out of paper '.  Commercial agent has experienced the same problem.  She then withdrew the paper except just a sheet of my Photo paper; It is then printed.  It prints all the way up to 4 sheets inserted at the same time in the status bar.  Any more of 3 sheets caused the printer to fail to load the paper.  It sounds like a fault with HP loading mechanism.  I noticed that the Xerox 80 lb pound felt slightly thinner my photo paper I have so bought Advanced Photo Paper from HP (66lb) as opposed to the Premium Plus.   I took a pile of about 15 leaves for the printer and loaded.  It seems to load well and has not failed with an error.

HP... you've had several lines of OfficeJet Pro to do things and it seems you are always dropping the ball with a defective printer product.  Where is your quality control?

  • I've just backed up with an external hard drive for the first time, but my profile with my folders for photos, documents, and movies are not there

    Hello

So, I finally got an external hard drive. I formatted for Mac (the device has been verified as being correct), and then he started to do a backup, which stated that a full backup would take 95GB. However, it only supported 19GB.  When I have my 'open' backup drive, I saw that only 'Macintosh HD' received support upward, not my user profile with all my folders containing documents, photos, movies, etc...

I'm quite confused, because I thought that it would save.  I plan on Snow Leopard update to El Capitan, but if something is wrong or I don't like, I'm afraid that I won't be able to restore all my personal files - but only the applications that are on my Macintosh HD.

Should I delete everything in my backup disk and try again?

This is an image of what's inside my external hard drive:

You have not indicated how you have saved, if you've used Time Machine then you do things the hard way and you'll find very difficult TM. Please use the Time Machine interface to locate your saved data. You can benefit from the research on:

Use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac - Apple, Support the section you want to find is the restoration section.

  • How can I Center my images .jpg for photo paper?

My new hp photosmart 7525 prints images, but the images are out of the Center, and a white border (between 0.5 and 2 cm wide) appears. Sometimes a singular boundary is along one side, sometimes along the perpendicular sides. Orientation seems to depend on which file is selected. These boundaries appear despite my selection of "print without margins" for paper glossy 4 x 6. HP technical support says that the problem is a problem of application (Windows Picture and Fax Viewer) and not a hardware one. I want a picture without any boundaries.

    Hello

Ensure that the appropriate paper type and size has been selected in the printer properties

Click on Start , settings and Printers .

Right click on the HP Photosmart printer icon, then select Properties .
    Click Printing Preferences .
    Click on page layout .
    Click borderless printing .
Among the options provided in the print borderless window, select the appropriate paper size and paper type.
Click OK and then apply .
Click OK to close the window
If the main driver on the PC does not produce the desired boarderless prints, then I'll try using another driver, like the HP Deskjet 9800 or 6980 pilots, as a possible workaround.
  • Extensions for Photos for Mac; can convert RAW Photos?

Downloaded "2016 creative Kit" on the site of macphun fairly recently so don't always do not have much with CK apps. I like the clean interface of Snapheal and intensify and had a go using these with the opening and Photos: the process is smoother with Photos; with Aperture, retouching a given photo tends to take more time to commute between a software for the back and other feels a bit 'hectic' (a closing and another opening, with the visible screen between the two...).

So I intend to spend some time at the Photos now. The question is: can you convert RAW?

Photos may develop all RAW formats supported by Mac OS X, see: Digital camera RAW formats supported by OS X El Capitan - Apple Support

For a very good RAW support, you can also try DxO Optics Pro Extension for Photos.

  • Office Jet Pro 8600: bad quality printing on HP Premium Plus Photo paper

Using HP Premium Plus Photo paper print quality is terrible! I have selected the correct paper and the "highest DPI", but the results are shockingly bad. The same photo printed on paper ordinary is by far superior, so it seems to be the book that is the problem. Anyone got tips?

HP Premium Plus Photo paper is designed for dye based printing.  Printers Officejet Pro 8600 used pigment ink which is not compatible with the HP Premium Plus Photo Paper.

I suggest that you try the Photo paper advanced HP, it is more appropriate for the Officejet Pro 8600.

  • Photo paper for a PSC1410

I have an old HP PSC1410 it does not use much for photo printing, so after a few years, I had to buy photo paper more.

    I bought Kodak Premium photo paper - A4, 250 g/m2.

I can not print - it always happens with a "Paper jam" error and won't feed paper.

Last batch of photo paper, I had was Xerox high glossy Photo paper - A4 180 g/m2.

Have I not bad paper?  Should I buy thinner?

  • Photosmart Premium C310a: Photosmart Premium C310a does not detect photo paper in the status bar

Prints on plain paper e.g. A4, but does not recognize the 6 x 4 photo paper in the tray above, asks me to load paper in the tray.

    Hi @Ebeniste1uk,

    Welcome to the HP Forums!

I understand that your HP Photosmart Premium c310a does not detect your photo on Mac OS X 10.10 tray. I am pleased to see that for you!

I would recommend going through this guide, the printer is not Pick Up paper from the Photo Trayand watch this video:

  • 100 Pro and Pro Premium matte paper

Pro-100 printer, Windows 7 and Canon Photo Paper Pro Premium matte paper. No matter how I try to set up this combination, I get nowhere. First the printer tells me that I have to use the manual of food, OK I've put that to the top. then he tells me that I can't use Photo Paper Pro Matte in the 8.5 X 11 (letter size) and give me several sizes to use, with a 8.5 x 11, but it will not be printed. I had the same problem, I try to print size 13 X 19 inches. Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance

If you use Matt paper Premium, you must select the Fine Art paper option that must be printed from the manual feeder.

  • HP Photosmart Premium C410b: printing using panoramic photo paper

    Hello

Is anyone able to tell me how to print using A4 panoramic photo size.

    Thank you

    Hi @Silverback2,

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!

I understand that you are curious how to print on A4 panoramic photo on your HP Photosmart Premium C410b printer paper. I'd be happy to help you and don't forget to come back to this thread and check "Accept as Solution", if I have successfully helped solve you the problem.

Your printer is not designed to print on that size of paper. If you want to print on the paper, I think that a DesignJet is better suited for these types of photos.
