  First of all, if you look at the 'Read only' attribute of a folder in the Properties window, you must know that this box has absolutely nothing to do with any read-only attribute.  It is actually used to customize the folder.  Microsoft's explanation of this is in the following article:

  From the Enterprise Manager domain

  1. in a browser, go to the page of Weblogic Enterprise Manager

  The URL will usually be something like: http://YourDomainSystem:7001 / em

  2 expand Weblogic domain

  3 right-click the field, and then select security--> security provider Configuration

  4. click on the box to extend the identity store provider.

  5. click on the button set up

  6. in the custom properties, click the Add button.

  7. in the name of property filed enter: virtualize

  8. in the value field, enter: true

  9. click on the OK button

  10 restart the Weblogic Admin Server and the server managed by WCC

• I have a HTML5 form that sends a null (%) if the user does not have a choice. It works fine, but I get an error of W3c on the value of '% '. Is there another way to send a NULL value?

  I have an HTML5 form that allows the user to select 1 of 6 provinces of Costa Rica. If they do not select a Province, I use php code to send a NULL value and the other selections research of the form looking for all Provinces. If they choose a province, we are looking for database records that are found in this province.  Currently I use the value = '%' as the selected value if the user does not have a choice. It works and looks in all provinces, but I get an error of W3c checking on the value = '% '. Y at - it another way to send a NULL value. PS: I have the same problem on the following form which allows you to select the Business category. The page is http://www.yellowpagescr.com
