  When I bought CS3 in 2007, I bought it via download. An order number and serial number was sent by email to my hotmail account. When Hotmail to Outlook, it is automatically deleted these emails. My adobe account also had the info of the purchase and the stored record. I have not needed to use the Adobe ID code so far. Today, I saw that all the info has been removed. My question is how can I provide a proof of purchase? I'm starting to think I'm screwed and will have to buy new software that I can't afford. Help, please!

  You must contact Adobe Support by chat or phone when you have the serial number and activation problems.  They may have access to information about your purchase which is not normally available publicly.

  Hi everyone, I live in Australia and bought an edition student and teacher of the cs 6 standard design for a Mac from Officeworks, major Australian distributors, there is a month and have tried to enter my serial number sent to me for more than a week.
  Providing proof of eligibility, I wonder now to provide proof of purchase.

  It took 5 attempts even send through my proof of eligibility and took 3 days (not including weekends) to get any sort of response from Adobe.

  I would like to know why I wonder to provide that there is no mention of it is required on completion/command of Adobe statement page.

  The problem is that OEM System Builder copies are not for end users to install on their own computer.  The license of SB on the wrapper warns that it is for an installation on a computer for sale to customers.  Setup of OEM software is responsible for support then yes I think you're out of luck.

  I have spent a few hours on various online cats and have no help. I bought Lightroom 5 almost two years and I thought that I had registered the product, but I guess I never.

  Yes, you can buy Lightroom without subscribing to Adobe Creative Cloud.

  To purchase an upgrade to Lightroom 6 from a previous version, please see this link: products .  Scroll to lightroom and click 'buy '. Then click on the selectable text next to "I want to:" and select "upgrade". In the drop-down list, select the version that you are upgrading.  I hope that help.

  Hello. I am a relatively new user to Captivate and am trying to create a quiz. I want to have questions which may have five or more possible choices (multiple choice), but two or more are correct.

  
  For example,.

  The first three letters of the alphabet are:

  1A

  2B.

  3 C

  4 D.

  5 E

  In order to get the right answer, the user must check the first three.

  I do not see this type of question format in pre-packaged ones that come with the software. Is there a way to do this?

  lol Config.sh copies the crs_config.params on both nodes.
  However, you will need to run root.sh on both nodes.
