  You did not mention which version of the operating system (XP, Vista, W7)?

  One needs drivers Intel gigabit network.

  The other requires the Intel Management Engine Interface driver (or the driver HECI).

  The last one needs that you must first install the chipset driver.

Everything works fine apart from the reported errors we find no driver for Serial Port of the PC and the controller PCI of communication Simple.   First install the chipset driver and restart, if you have not already done. First download listed is the one you want.

  Go to Device Manager and click on both of your unknown devices.  Then click on the Details tab.

  In the properties of the drop-down list, select the second element (Hardware ID).

  After the first string of characters you see in the window.

  As I wrote above... If automatic installation method does not work, you must manually install the driver.

  Here's how to manually install the driver...

  Go to Device Manager and click the controller of simple communication IBOS who need the pilot.

  Click the driver tab.  Click on set to update driver.
