  It seems that you have already activated PS on both machines authorized. You ARE allowed to only two Activations. As has been pointed out, you can disable one of these. In addition, the EULA allows Activation on two personal computers, but they can not be executed at the same time - this applies to ALL the components of any suite also, so you cannot run InDesign on one computer, while performing work of PS on the other. [Because I have sometimes, back, and the Adobe product manager had to go to Legal Adobe, sliced.] I was breaking my EULA, well that always try to follow that "to the letter of the law." Fortunately for me, I had two separate (non-custodial) stand-alone licenses for the PS and not used in any way to upgrade, for once I disabled, uninstalled, reinstalled (from one of the stand-alones) and activated, I was again 'legal'].

  If you HAVE enabled only on a personal computer, then there is a problem, and as the Noel, a call to Adobe (not Technical Support) customer service, should be able to fix things quickly and painlessly.

  Once, there was also a limit on the number of installations allowed, which could be reset in C/S, exceeding. IIRC, this policy was abandoned, from February 2010. Yet, there ARE limits on the Activations, and only two copies of each program can be activated at the same tim.
