  It sounds as if your CMOS chip has a problem. It is possible to s that the CMOS battery has failed and the BIOS settings are lost.
  Maybe the RTC battery is empty. In this case, you should connect the AC adapter to charge the battery of the CCF.
  Please note that the RTC battery (CMOS battery) can be fluffed once the main laptop battery has been recharged. In this case, the charge process may take several hours.

  About the CPU usage, you must session which uses this server shared at the time, with process $ v and v$ session to trace. From there, check the SQL_ID running and then get his stats.   Oracle PL/SQL (and SQL) certifications are not really related to the output of the database as are the DBA certifications. The exam 1Z0-147 was developed during the version 9i, and the exam 1Z0-144 was developed during the release of 11 g.  However, a review wins the same certification credentials (i.e. you do not become a 'Oracle 11 g PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate'.  The reason is that SQL and PL/SQL undergo massive changes from one version to the other. However, they change slightly from one version to the other, and OU must periodically update information on trial so that it matches the available capacities.  I talk about this in the article below.  It is specific for reviews of databases SQL, but the basic concepts are the same for reviews of PL/SQL.

  It's an investment of time very wise to make the resolution app agnostic, so that the layout is relative to the available real estate.

  In this way only a few minor assets will have to be updated and the application will still work out of the box.   According to the design of the application (i.e. using bitmaps full vs tile stuff) it might even not need to be adjusted at all.

  When you register with the default template using save for web, it's usually a setting very low.

  While in the registration window, you can set the size in pixels of the image you want with the quality and the resolution too.

  I use an .exe on two different windows boxes, in Windows 7 and XP.  I put both for resolution 1024 x 768.

  Win 7 (old laptop and Dell desktop computer) I have a large application to watch.  On the WIn XP boxes all fonts to big.  It doesn't make sense for me as all PC's have the same resolution.
